"What the hell is going on here?!" I heard Jerick's voice make my eyes widen. Everyone was stunned by the screams when they heard Jerick's loud banging on the door.
They went back to their seats and I could feel Jerick's serious face even more. It walked closer to me and as it walked I felt my heart beat faster. I can't help but to look at him and feel uneasy about it. I didn't that he's showing this kind of attitude and people was been scared to him for this moment.
He is the only one I see, I can't help but smile when I think that he is a prince who will rescue me from the monster people. He stopped walking and seemed to notice something on the floor. He frowned as he looked at my behavior, "Whose shoe is this?" Jerick asked.
His voice was calm but you could see the seriousness on his face, they were silent and silent. He looked at me and noticed my state. He seemed to get it and suddenly turned his gaze to our classmates.
"Tell me, who did this?" Jerick's man and he gasped.
He still didn't say a word and just stared at him, "What? Tell me? Why are you silent? Earlier your voice was loud and you were like animals trapped," Jerick said seriously and insulted my classmates. Many of us are shocked of what he said. It's not my expectation about it, I thought he was only the type of guy who is quite and don't talk too much-- simply, he doesn't to his surroundings.
"So what Jerick? What's wrong with this woman and you're protecting her?" Brittany asked Jerick boldly.
Jerick was stunned by what Brittany said and for a moment we heard Brittany laugh, "Now Jerick, can't you speak now?" she mock him.
I saw Jerick grin at my behavior, he didn't know what to do and watched me. "It's okay," I mouthed him. I need to tell him-- since he getting in trouble as our classmates trying to mock or insulted and I don't want that for him.
He sighed, "It's not good to bully someone and you know the consequences when the Principal finds outright? Our next subject teacher is Ma'am Michepel. What will you do when she finds out you put glue on Michelle's shoes? " Jerick ask them. Brittany was silent and could not speak to what Jerick had told her.
I was silent and impressed by what he did, I didn't know that Jerick would think like that. When I saw him look at my behavior I averted my eyes at the same time I secretly smiled at what he did.
"Hmmph!" I heard Brittany react and it slammed back into her seat. I could no longer speak as I watched Jerick kneel, I wondered what was going on with this man. He seems weird and this sudden moment that he made-- but I can't help to blush about him for protecting me again to our classmates.
I stood up to him and walked away from him. When I arrived I found him holding my shoe and pulling it. "Why these shoes are so hard to pull?!" Jerick's complaint. I looked at him and approached it.
"Let it go first," I said to him. He looked at me, then I smiled at him.
"I'll just take my shoes to my gym locker later and that's all I'll use temporarily," I reasoned to him. He sighed and took out his cellphone. I frowned to his actions and don't know what his been up to.
He dialed something through his phone, "Hmmm, can you go to the shoe store right now?" Jerick asked on the other line. I can't hear who someone behind in the other line.
I frowned here and wondered who he was calling, “Girl shoes to be exact,” Jerick said.
My eyes widened as he rubbed his ear on his cellphone, "What are your size shoes?" Jerick asked.
I couldn't believe what he said and immediately shook my head, "You don't need to buy me ... shoes," I whispered at last. I didn’t know what to say as he just raised his two eyebrows.
"Tell me first, think of this as an apology for what our classmates did," he said but I still shook my head.
“You don’t have to apologize to them for what they did to me,” I said. He sighed and looked back at his cellphone and bowed.
"Her shoes are size 6, call me I'll wait for you outside," he informed on the other line.
My eyes widened at what he said and didn't expect he would know the size of my shoes. I never thought he would know this. I looked at my shoes when I saw that my size nf shoes were inside so I was slapped on the forehead. "You idiot in that part self~," I begged myself.
I heard her weak laugh so I glared at her, "What's funny?" I ask here.
He coughed once to restrain himself and laugh at me. I raise an eyebrow at it and open my mouth when I see Ma’am Michepel standing at the classroom door.
"Good Morning, class!" He greeted and walked over to the teacher's table. Jerick and I were put back in our seats. As ma'am walked, she frowned when she noticed a shoe on the floor.
"Whose shoe is this?" He asked. Everyone was silent but I slowly raised my hand.
"Ma'am, that shoe is mine," I said. His forehead furrowed even more.
"Take it," she demand I gasped at what she said.
"I-I can't, ma'am," I said to her which made her even more surprised.
"Huh?"
"There's glue stuck to it so it's hard to remove," I said to her honestly so her eyes widened and as she looked down on my classmates.
"Who planned this? Tell me!" Ma'am shouted angrily, I was close to the strength of her voice and did not expect it to get angry.
