After coming from the toilet, Clara sat back down on the sofa with her parents. "Oh yes Clara, you intend to stay here for a few days, is that okay?" asked Mrs. Ellen suddenly, looking at Clara for approval. Mr. Herman looked at her in surprise, because he didn't know that Mrs. Ellen would want to stay there. Because their purpose for coming was just to see Clara. "I'm fine, Mom, if you want to stay here, that's fine too," Clara replied. "But wouldn't you mind if you stayed over?" "Dad, come stay overnight," answered Mrs. Ellen with a little laugh, glancing at Mr. Herman who looked at her questioningly. "I can't come, later I have to go home. Your mother is the only one who stays here," answered Mr. Herman, making them exhale in resignation. "Can Smith, if I stay here?" Mrs. Ellen looked at Smith, now she only asked for approval from the head of the family. "That's okay Mom, I'm happy if you want to stay here. There is a friend for Clara at home," Smith replied kindly, making Mrs. Ellen smile to hear that. In the afternoon, Mr. Herman had to go home immediately because he had worked at the office. But before going home, Mr. Herman wanted to talk to Mrs. Ellen outside the house for a while. "Mom, why are you staying here instead?" asked Mr. Herman in surprise, he was still wondering. Mrs. Ellen clucked in disgust. "Aren't you suspicious of the two of them?" Mrs. Ellen asked Mr. Herman back, but Mr. Herman only shook his head slowly. "That's why you are insensitive to the two of them, my instincts are bad for Clara and Smith, there must be something going on in that house," Mrs. Ellen said in a low voice, making Mr. Herman nod. "If for example, you stay here, you can accompany Clara. After all, Clara is often lonely, and you can also find out what their problems are," said Mrs. Ellen again. "Okay ma'am," answered Mr. Herman resignedly, he didn't feel that way at all. The mother's instinct is stronger than the father's. "I go home first okay, later if there's anything directly call me." Mrs. Ellen nodded, she shook her husband's hand. Before Mr. Herman got into the car, to return home. While he was silent staring at Mr. Herman's departure. Mrs. Ellen entered the house and saw Clara still cleaning the table in the guest house. "You're so busy cleaning," said Mrs. Ellen, seeing Clara who was cleaning the table. Clara laughed softly. "Dusty Ma'am, there will be unpleasant guests," Clara answered. "Clara, I'm still wondering why you fired your maid. Even though she helped so much in this house," said Mrs. Ellen, making Clara look at her slowly, then looked away again. "There's a bit of a problem ma'am, so I have to fire her. It's better if I don't just look for a maid," Clara replied, she couldn't tell Reyna was a spy for Mrs. Katy. "So?" Mrs. Ellen just nodded, she saw Smith coming down to her room with a bag. "Where are you going, Smith?" asked Mrs. Ellen, when Smith approached her. "Mom, Clara, I'm saying goodbye to college first," said Smith, shaking the hand of Mrs. Ellen who was looking at her in surprise. "School? It's late, isn't it," replied Mrs. Ellen in surprise, looking at Smith "Smith has a lecture at night, ma'am, so it's fortunate that if you stay here, there will be a friend of mine later," Clara answered, making Mrs. Ellen look at her. "You study at night too? Your schedule is so full," replied Mrs. Ellen, not understanding. They chuckled softly, hearing Mrs. Ellen's words. "Okay ma'am, I'll go to college first. Take Clara, ma'am," said Smith, making Mrs. Ellen nod her head. Now only Mrs. Ellen and Clara are left in the house, she finally helps Clara to clean the table, as well as several places in the guest house, which are filled with dust. ** In the evening they had dinner together at the dining table, this was the first time Mrs. Ellen had stayed at Clara's house. "Mom, why do you suddenly want to stay at my house?" Clara asked, even though her mother didn't say on the phone that she would be staying there. "It's okay, I just want to accompany you," Mrs. Ellen's alibi, she will be by Clara's side to accompany her so Clara won't be lonely. "But at least Mom said, I can prepare a room for you. Even if it's not like before, it's you who prepares your room," Clara said uncomfortably to Mrs. Ellen, who had wanted to rest for a while instead she cleaned the room, so she could sleep later in the evening. Mrs. Ellen laughed at Clara's words. "Who do you think you are with? I am it's okay," replied Mrs. Ellen, Clara laughed too. "By the way, does Smith have evening lectures every day?" asked Mrs. Ellen. Clara shook her head. "Not every day, but often. He's busy at the office, ma'am, maybe until the afternoon, so he chooses to go to school at night so it doesn't interfere with his work at the office," Clara answered, explaining to Mrs. Ellen. "That's amazing how quickly she can pick up on something like that," said Mrs. Ellen, who looked amazed at Smith. "Then if Smith went to college, you were alone at home?" Clara nodded. "Yes, I'm often alone at home, that's why I told Mom to stay overnight, I have friends here," Clara answered, making Mrs. Ellen understand even more. "Why don't you just tell me you're lonely here? I can accompany you here later," said Mrs. Ellen with a gentle feeling, looking at Clara. "It's okay Mom, I don't feel lonely every day either. At least I'm in the room playing on my cell phone waiting for Smith to come home," Clara replied. Mrs. Ellen just nodded, if Clara didn't want to tell her the problem, at least Mrs. Ellen was still by her side. Mrs. Ellen can still accompany Clara, her daughter who may have a problem. Can be friends, and later can tell her. "Let me help with the washing, you always want to do everything yourself," said Mrs. Ellen, making Clara smile. Clara was pleased by her mother's presence, as well as her tender affection for her. She thought again if Mrs. Katy was actually looking for spies and didn't really like Clara. While Mrs. Ellen loved her very much, she hoped that Mrs. Katy would accept her as a daughter-in-law. "Clara, why are you awake?" Mrs. Ellen asked, interrupting Clara's reverie who was holding the plate. "It's okay ma'am." Clara and Mrs. Ellen did the dishes before they went to their rooms to rest.
