"I think we don't need to worry about them, the protectors were already with the other elementors." I said looking at Grandpa. He sighed in relief, "We need to prepare then." And we all nodded. "Yes, we need to go back to school. The students are in danger and they need help." Vincent said. I heard Viona clapping, "I'm so excited to see my soulmate, is he handsome, Kelly?" Viona whispered to me. Suddenly, I remember myself got starstruck with Jame's handsomeness when I thought he was an angel, I smiled and whisper into her "No." And her face suddenly helt a twinge of disappointment. After a second she smiled widely, "It's okay, no matter how ugly he is, I will accept him, it is always the heart that tells." I smiled looking at her. I didn't realize someone was also staring at me, when I glanced at him, he immediately looked away. I smile, "Tch hard to get." I murmured but enough for him to hear as he turned to look at me... glaring. I was standing in the garden while watching the beauty of the different flowers scattered around. I sighed as I thought of my dreams... the dead students... the destruction of the world... There are so many things that keep on running in my mind. How could I save the world? Is that the reason why I was given this power? It surely is, since the prophecy has written my mission. "What are you thinking?" I was surprised to hear someone talking behind me, I turned to see Vincent so close to me, my eyes widened in shock as I was taken aback which made me closely fall on the ground, luckily he caught me before it happened. Goodness! He is so close to me, as I feel my breath stuck in my throat. I felt so lost. We stared at each other's eyes and I felt like my whole world revolved around him. My eyes fall into his seducing lips and back into his mesmerizing blue eyes. "Next time, be careful." He stated and helped me stand straight. I blushed from my clumsiness and immediately turned to look at the garden instead of facing him. "W-why are you here?" I stuttered, asking. There was a silence between us, as if he didn't hear me. "Have you... seen our future?" He asked after a few moments of silence which made me face him not realizing he is already next to me. I looked down, sighing "Yeah," I answered shyly. "What does... it looks like?" He asked in hesitation. I looked at him and he was staring at the flowers blooming on the trees intensely, as if he was thinking deeply. I bit my lip when I remembered him... the way he proposed to me... our marriage... "It was so happy... those moments were like... fairytales." I answered and looked away remembering what happened next. Him... lying in his own blood... dead. I didn't realize, sadness was held in my eyes. My attention was shifted when I felt his warm, gentle hand hold mine, I looked at him once again. His face held emotions that I could not explain. "Fairytale... happens only in fantasy, Kelly. This... is reality. We are facing a great danger... a big responsibility. I always wanted you out of it but I didn't know that you would be part of this war... whether I like it or not. I'm sorry..." He said and I don't know why he is sorry. I shook my head, "Don't be sorry, this is not your fault." He is right, those dreams I had might be real but... it will never be like a fairytale because after a sunshine there is a rain. I don't know what Vincent thinks right now... but, "Don't you like me?" I asked as my voice turned soft with a bit of sadness. Just then, I saw his eyes change with unreadable emotion. He looked at the front, beyond what was visible as he sighed, "Should I follow my heart?" He asked lowly but I still heard it. My heart beat fast from what he said even though it was too confusing... I felt a bit of hope. I shook my head, what a stupid question did I ask? We are soulmates... we have a bond... a deep connection... How could he dislike me? Well, he does resist my charm, I sighed. Tch, what a hard to get. ***** "Are you really sure about this?" I asked once again. I took a bath early in the morning and I don't smell bad but... aish. This is very uncomfortable. "Yes. And if you don't want to, you can walk on your way to school." He said. We were going to school and Viona suggested that Vincent will carry me since he's fast. Vincent agreed because if I go alone he thinks I might encounter danger, which is absolutely impossible, I can handle myself, on the other hand, the thoughts of him carrying me creates tingles on my body. It sounds good. "How about you Viona?" I asked, ignoring Vincent and the overwhelming feelings I felt. "Don't mind me, you go first I can't leave grandpa alone but tonight you will see me there... at the Super 5 office right?" She ensured. I nodded. "You know where to find it but if we ever got to change the place, I'll call you." We exchanged numbers earlier, I was surprised she has a phone since she lived in the middle of the forest and she doesn't have anyone she could talk to but she told me she has... I don't know who and it is not of my business to ask. "Thank you." She said smiling. "Take care and oh, enjoy!" She said, wiggling her eyebrow playfully. "Thank you." Vincent said to Grandpa. "It's a pleasure to meet you, take care of her." He said, giving me a glance. "I will." Vincent replied, I couldn't help but smile. "Thank you for letting us in your house grandpa, I shall return!" I saluted which made him smile and Viona laughed. "You shall." Grandpa stated.
