I remained silent but too many questions were running inside my head.
"Bernard had a son studying at the Special Course years ago... but his son died accidentally from a fight that was unexpected at the school. The reason he changed so much and after a week, the people who caused the fight also died. Bernard became greedy... he wanted more... he wanted power. Until... he decided to get the power your mother had and that is becoming a School Principal. But he was not satisfied... I could feel he wanted revenge in the world of being unfair to him." Grandpa said as he thought deeply.
So, Mr. Bernard lost a son that made him change so much... Now I know why he acted so greedy... he wants revenge.
"Is there anything we could do to change his mind?" I asked hoping for a good answer.
Future can be changed... and I hope a person could be changed as well.
Grandpa shook his head in defeat, "Bernard is crazy, he is a psychopath. That is why I decided to stay away from the school, unable to play along with his attitude." He explained and then continued as he looked at me intensely, "You have to move fast and since you found all the elementors, now, you need to find your protectors."
"Protectors!?" Why are there so many hidden mysteries in the world that I didn't know about? First the Eye, which was me and then the Elementors but I didn't had difficulties since the Elementors were my friends and now, there are also protectors? Where the fuck can I find them!?
"Protectors were summoned to protect us, each elementor has one protector. Especially you as the Eye, you have one protector who will always remain by your side to protect you, he is destined to be your soulmate but I think... you found him." She said as she glanced at Vincent.
My heart beats erratically. So... Vincent is my protector? Well, I knew that he is my soulmate but I didn't know he had another responsibility than that. I smirked and turned to look at Vincent, I didn't realize he was already staring at me. When our eyes met, I don't know why but I lost my confidence and I suddenly felt shy. I looked away, breaking eye contact with him as he does the same. "How sure are you that I'm her protector?"
"According to the Prophecy, only Royal blood is destined to be the protector of the Eye." Grandpa explained.
"Royal blood!?" I looked at Vincent and he was just blankly staring at Grandpa. How many revelations are there that I need to discover!?
"Don't you know that he is Vincent Suego!? For goodness sake! I thought you know, he's your boyfriend." Viona said, emphasizing the word 'boyfriend'.
I bit down my lip, he is not really my boyfriend yet, since he still hasn't answered me... well I have not yet proposed to him waiting for the day he will. The dream that I had with him when he proposed to me... just made me smile but curiosity still lingers on my head. "What's with Vincent Suego?"
"He is the Prince of Mafia World, Kelly! I was so honored to see him here." Viona exclaimed and I was shocked.
"What!?" I stood up slapping the table as I faced Vincent, they all looked at me in surprise.
Vincent stared at me as I glared at him "Let's break up!" I blurted out.
I sat back down, crossing my arms in my chest. I don't want to be a part of the mafia family and destroy my future. What future shall I give to our children?
"Since when were we in a relationship?" I heard Vincent ask, confused which made me blushed in shame.
Aren't we? I looked back into him surprised that he was already staring at me with amusement in his eyes, I bit my lip not knowing what to say, "S-Since... since you kissed me. Don't you deny it!" I defended myself.
I immediately faced Viona to see her smiling teasingly at me, "How about you... have you found your protector?" I asked, changing the topic because I am already too ashamed of myself.
"Protectors were destined to be our soulmate so, we cannot deny the connection we have." She said to Vincent and then winked at him, "Speaking of connection, I haven't felt it yet so I think... I haven't found my protector. Unless, you tell me where I could find him." She said as she smiled with hope in her eyes.
"I can?" I asked, unsure.
"Yes." She said as she gave me her hand. "Here."
"You think I will see him? Maybe I might see something else. Is it okay for you?" I said asking for permission, I might invade her privacy.
"You will see him, try to concentrate and think of your goal." She reassured me.
I sighed as I closed my eyes and took deep breaths, the moment I opened my eyes, I was ready. I hold her hand and concentrate myself towards my goal.
Her soulmate.
~~Viona was walking towards the... wait- it was the Super 5 office! Then I could see Vincent opening the door, there... members of Super 5 were revealed, Viona could see Josh, John, Kenneth and James but she was stopped right at James, the moment James laid his eyes on her, he was stunned.
Haven't they seen each other yet? But I thought they have the same course since Viona wears the same school uniform and she has power as well, surely she will be part of the Special Course.
They introduced each other personally and when they got to hold their hands, they felt it... sparks. I felt the sparks between them too. The sparks that I felt the moment I held Vincent's hand for the first time. ~~
I let go of her hand and smiled. The smile of genuine happiness. Maybe, the reason why James fell for me is because I have a connection with Viona. He felt the connection that is in between Viona because he never had the chance to see her.
"Do you always go to school?" I asked, confused, they should have seen each other.
"Rarely, I went to the campus to spy and... I saw you once." She explained, I see, that is why she looks familiar... she is the girl I saw under the tree before.
"Aren't you a student of the Special Course?" I saw her yesterday wearing our school uniform with white necktie emphasizing that she is from a special class.
"No, I'm not. I just go to school if I get bored, so I wear the school uniform so as not to be identified as not a student." She explained.
Now I clearly understand, "I saw him." I said, smiling at her.
Her face lit up as her eyes glistened "Really!?"
"Yes, in fact he is our friend." And from my peripheral vision I could see Vincent looking at me curiously.
"How about the Protectors of the other Elementors? We also need to find them." Grandpa stated.
Instead of answering Grandpa, I faced Vincent, "How did you find your friends?"
At first, his face held confusion but then he bit his lip when the sudden realization hit him. "They are strong and I feel comfortable having them." He answered.
Bond, that is what they have in the Super 5 group... that is what I saw.
And from the visions I had with the girls including their reactions when it comes to the boys, I knew... I found them.
