She feels what he said is true.
You will definitely be able to feel whether a person loves you or not.
And she can feel it. The sincerity in his eyes!
The car had already reached downstairs at her house but neither of them was willing to get down.  Their meaningless chatter was endless and finally, they quietened down and sat for a while.
In the end, it was she who yawned and felt sleepy.  Then Jack urged her to quickly go back upstairs.  But when she reached the building entrance, he hurriedly chased after her and said he would send her up.  Holding hands, they took the elevator and went up to the door of her apartment.  She found this scene very funny when she thought of it.
“I will go in now.”  She said.
Jack nodded.
“Today, Soph is not back yet and I’m alone at home.”  When she finished speaking, she saw Jack’s expression and paused.  She felt she had said something wrong and quickly added.  “I don’t mean anything else.  I only meant that she is not coming back and I’m alone at home.”
Arya’s realized what she said and her face became red. Jack laughed.
“I’m going in.”  She glared at him.  Really hateful, he is no longer adorable.
She searched for the key in her bag while he watched her.  She searched for a long time but could not find her key and she became anxious.
Then she put her bag in his hands while she put two hands into her bag to search for it. 
“What happened?”
“I can’t find my key.  Oh, dear…….where did I lose it?”
“Don’t worry……don’t worry.”  He tried to calm her and helped her to search in her bag.  He groped for it in her bag and there were many gadgets inside but there was no key.
“Try to recall where you have left it.  Just now, did you take it out when you were outside?  When you were eating?  Or when you were in the company?
“Oh no!”  She finally remembered.  “Today, my colleague asked me to lend her my nail clipper, and my little nail clipper was strung together with my key ring.  After using it, she left it on my desk and I forgot to put it back into my bag.”
“You’re so careless.”  Jack frowned.  “How can you leave your key lying around?”
She lowered her head and whispered in a low voice.  “I usually pay attention to this kind of thing.”  Today, her mind was really not focused.
“Let’s go.”  Jack did not continue to reprimand her on this issue and pulled her downstairs. 
“It’s so late now and I can’t get into the company.”  She felt at a loss.  What should she do?  She will not look for a locksmith since it is a waste of money.
“Ah..……I will call Cindy and request her to take me in for the night.”
Jack who was walking in front turned around and said.  “You can try and Mark will be very annoyed with you!”
She twitched her mouth.  “Getting him annoyed is better than leaving me without a place to stay.  Moreover, I’m a friend of Cindy, so he will not dare to behave too impolitely towards me.”
“But he will behave impolitely towards me.”  Jack said.  “Based on our relationship, he will definitely take it out on me.”
“A man should have character and be brave, you should not be afraid of him!”  Arya waved her fist and encouraged her boyfriend.  “Dr. Jack, I have confidence in you and I bet you’ll win.”
“Instead of letting you disturb Cindy  and provoking a fight with Mark, it’s better for me to take you back to my home and save me the trouble.”  Jack was still holding Arya’s bag as he stood beside his car and opened the door for her. 
“Huh?”  Arya was stumped for words.
Go to his house?
Overnight?
A man and a woman alone together!
“Arya, what is on your mind?”
“What?”
“It’s written on your face ~ Together on the same bed, sharing the same pillow!” 
“No, I didn’t!”  She jumped with anxiety!  “I didn’t!”  She didn’t think it that way!  Certainly not!
Then she saw Jack’s smiling face and suddenly she had the feeling that he was making fun of her again!
This stinky man is really not adorable anymore!
She pouted and unhappily got into his car.  No matter what arrangement they make, he would still have to send her anyway, so it was better for them to talk in the car.  It was really inappropriate to hold this kind of private talk in front of the building.
Jack smiled, got into the car, and closed the door.  After placing her bag on her lap, he started the car and was ready to drive away.
“Let’s go to my house.  I have guest rooms for you to sleep.”
“A house with many rooms and many beds doesn’t mean it is safe.”  She deliberately picked on the matter.
Her expression made him smile and he asked.  “Arya, did I not tell you that I am a chaste man?”
“Do you mean to tell me you’re a male virgin?”  She said in disdain and did not believe it to be true.
“What I meant is that I don’t play around with relationships and I don’t play with emotions.’”
“Oh.......”  She dragged her voice but she still had that disdainful expression.
He smiled again, reached out his hand, and pinched her face.  “If the word ‘chaste’ can’t make you feel at ease, how about ‘preserving chastity’?”
“You mean to say if you encounter such a situation, you will resist preserving your chastity?”  This time, her eyes finally shone.  “You really have encountered such a situation before?”
He completely ignored the power of her imagination and said.  “What I meant is that I have the self-control to resist temptation.”
“Temptation?  That is to say, I am a very tempting woman?”  She actually did not have any self-confidence in herself and if he wanted to praise her she had to make sure. 
Jack sighed and stared straight in her eyes. He had noticed she was not wearing that ugly glasses anymore. “Why are you undermining yourself? I meant that our relationship had not developed up to that stage and I will not do anything to you.”
“Oh.” 
“Why do you have this kind of reaction?  Are you dissatisfied that I decided not to take our relationship further a step tonight or is it because I did not praise you for your beauty and your hot sexy figure?”
“Uh…..”  She turned her head away.  He already knew the reason but he still wanted to tease her.
Jack started to put the car in motion and said.  “You women are really weird.  When men tell lies, you’re not happy and when men tell the truth, you’re angry.”
“You men are the weird ones.  When you’re supposed to lie, you don’t lie and when you’re not supposed to lie, you will lie.”
“Maybe it is because some men control their thoughts by not only just using their brains.”
“Ah?”  Is he starting to talk about indecent topics again?  She felt herself blushing.  If they carry on discussing this topic, it would get deeper.  Would it be a bit inappropriate if she was to take this opportunity to express a warning to him against going off the track?
“Right, later when I’m free, I will teach you about the structure of the human body.”  His words made her face even redder.  She had yet to express her thoughts and he had already ventured deeper which was more indecent.
“If you were to run into hooligans or similar kinds of people, you should know where to hit and where to stab to render that person seriously injured without causing death…….”
“Ah?”  Arya was puzzled.  How did it suddenly turn to hitting hooligans?
Jack looked at her and asked.  “What is so surprising?  Females who meet with danger outside must be brave to protect themselves and be able to protect themselves.  
You don’t expect that when you call me for help, I will be able to drop from the sky in five seconds, do you?”
Of course, she would not be so silly.  “Calling for help is more reliable than calling you for help.”
“So I will look for an opportunity to teach you.  You’re stupid and your reaction is slow.  What will you do if I’m not beside you?”
He became long-winded and started to tell her about a few girls that the hospital had taken charge of.  They had encountered attacks outside and were sent to the hospital for emergency treatment due to their serious injuries.  Those were terrible accidents but as Arya listened, she could not help but smiled.  He really cares about her and it made her happy.
They finally arrived at Jack’s apartment.
On the way, she wanted to find a store to buy some personal toiletries and clothes but it was too late. The supermarkets and shopping malls were already closed and the convenience stores only stocked small items like toothbrush and towels.  Jack told her that he had new supplies in his home, so it was not necessary to purposely stop the car to buy those items. 
In short, Arya followed her wolf into his lair empty-handed.
She felt a bit shy and a bit uncomfortable.
A touch here and a look there.  She felt curious and a little excited.
“You must be very eager to see this place.”  Jack said to her while standing in front of the door of a room with a suggestive look on his face.
“I’m not.”  She blushed and turned around hurried into another room.  “You’re a rogue!  It’s late, I’m going to bed.”
The last word stuck in her throat when she realized she had entered Jack’s bedroom.
“Are you going to sleep here?”  Jack’s low laugh sounded behind her as he embraced her from behind.  “Arya, you are so bold and passionate.  In case I can’t resist you, what should I do?”
He is teasing her again.  Stinky man!  Dead man!  Hateful man!
“Huh?  Tell me, what should I do?.......”  At the same time, he dragged his voice to create a sexy atmosphere filled with teasing and smelled her neck.
She thought for a long time, then patted his arm and said.  “It is time to prove your chastity and your preservation of chastity!  Dr. Jack, you must make sure to hold back.”
“What do those words mean?”  Mr. Poisonous Tongue acted coquettishly and shamelessly. 
Oh dear!  Her mind went blank.  She cannot remember what those words actually meant but she knows how it feels when the body goes limp.
She must pull herself together!
“You…….if you continue to tease me…..I….will…..will be angry.”  She stammered out her words to express her stance and Jack laughed out loudly. 
What is he laughing at?  He is……not a bit…...not even a bit adorable. 
Arya frowned and wanted to give him a bite.
After he had laughed enough, he finally released her conscientiously.  He brought out his long-sleeved t-shirt and a pair of cotton pants to let her wear as pajamas.  He also gave her a new toothbrush and towel to clean herself before going to bed. 
She followed him to the guest room with a red face and watched as he changed a new pillowcase for her.  After laying on a new bedsheet, he took her to the bathroom and told her where the switch for hot water and toiletries was located, and then he went out.
She locked the door and alone in the bathroom, she calmed down for a while.  She stood in front of the mirror and in the reflection she saw flushed red face of a woman with moist eyes displaying a gentle and happy look.
With the hot water turned on, she hummed the song Love story while she washed her underwear so that she could wear it again tomorrow morning.
After washing her underwear, she started to clean herself.  When she was applying body wash on her body, suddenly she heard the doorbell ringing.  The hairs on her body instantly stood upright…..this cannot be……it’s so late and there is still someone coming?
Arya was so nervous that she did not even dare to breathe and leaned behind the door to listen to the movements. 
She heard Jack open the front door and after a while, she heard footsteps.  Then she heard Jack Mother’s voice. She vaguely heard Jack Father and Jack Mother had gone to a friend’s house for a gathering and it had just ended.  The friend had given them a box of eggs and as there were still a lot of eggs in Jack Mother’s house, she thought to give it to Jack.  Since they were passing by, she brought it up.
Jack answered with a few words and Jack Mother said that Jack Father was still waiting for her downstairs and she had to leave.
In the bathroom, Arya placed both her palms together and prayed that Jack Mother would leave quickly.
But Jack Mother said.  “I want to go to the bathroom.”  Listening to the sound, it seems she was heading towards this side.
Arya widened her eyes in shock!
This cannot be!
She is now naked with foam bubbles all over her body!  
How can she face her?!
The footsteps were getting closer and closer.  Arya was panic-stricken and wanted to knock herself senseless. 
It would be better if she was unconscious!
What to do now?
