When Arya arrived at her company, she found her key ring and she strung Jack’s house key together with it.  Looking at his house key leaning against her house key, an indescribable happiness rose in her heart.
This is the first time that she has a key to the house of a single man.
When it was noon, as a girlfriend she thought about what she should do.  Well, she should show concern for the matter of his meals. 
She sent out a text message and asked him what he ate for breakfast.
What he was going to eat for lunch.
In the end, Jack did not reply.
Arya did not feel anxious.  She carried on with her work as usual.  At noon, she went out for lunch with her colleagues and took some free time to return home to freshen up.  She had a change of clothes and went back to work in the afternoon.  After working for a while, suddenly she received a phone call from Sophia.  Soph said she was flying back in the afternoon.  She made an appointment with Arya for dinner and said she will be treating.  They were going to a restaurant for a sumptuous meal and also said she had something important to tell Arya.
Arya sensed something had happened and quickly agreed.
Not long after she hung up the phone, her Mr. Poisonous Tongue made an appearance.  He called to say that he had operations to perform the whole morning and only now he was able to take a break.  He said to her.  “This morning, my breakfast was a takeaway from the hospital canteen and now my lunch is a takeaway from the hospital canteen.  What do you say my dinner will be?” 
This man obviously wanted to ask her out for dinner but he wanted her to make the first move to ask him instead.  But today is really impossible for her to go out with him.
Arya told him about Sophia coming back and also she would be having dinner with Sophia. 
Jack was somewhat unhappy.
“You live with her.  You will have ample time to sit at home and talk to her.  Why do you need to set a time to go out with her?”
“Therefore, Soph must have encountered a big problem and I need to accompany her.”
“Arya, other women will give priority to their lover over their girlfriend but why are you giving priority to your girlfriend over your lover?”
‘Your understanding of women is too superficial.”  Arya said arrogantly.  “Women obviously give both lover and girlfriend equal attention and both are needed.”
“……”
The silence on the other end of the phone made Arya feel pressured.  She coughed twice and felt she was not guilty at all. 
“Arya, you are domineering.”  He finally spoke.
“I should, I should.”  This proves that one who stays near ink gets stained. 
(One who stays near ink, gets stained means one adopts the behavior of the other person that one associates with.)
“Tonight, I will continue to eat takeaway food from the hospital canteen.”  He announced in a tone that said he was abandoned as no one was taking care of his meals.
“Hey!”
“You can go ahead with your appointment.  Don’t worry about me.”
She was speechless.  Is he a 30-year-old man?
“Don’t eat from the canteen.  The food is not nutritious enough.”  As a girlfriend, she must have a say.
“The name of our canteen is called Nutritious Canteen.”  He said defensively.
Arya rubbed her forehead.  “Don’t create trouble.”
“You don’t have to worry about me…….”
“Okay.”  She is not going to worry….. she hung up the phone.
After work, Arya returned home directly.  When she was getting down from the bus near the district, she saw Chandler talking to a young girl near the district entrance. 
Chandler saw her and nodded at her in greeting.  Arya returned a smile and then saw the girl staring at her.  She also politely smiled at the girl.
The girl seemed a bit shy and when she saw Arya smiled at her, she was a little embarrassed.  She nodded her head slightly and returned Arya’s smile. 
When Chandler saw this, he introduced them. “This is my neighbor who is staying in the same district, Arya, and this is my colleague, Chloe.”
The two girls greeted each other and then Arya went home.
Sophia had arrived home and she had bought gifts for Arya……clothes and shoes.  When the two people saw each other, they were very happy and they talked and laughed for a while.  Then Sophia encouraged Arya to try on the clothes she bought.  They were very beautiful and Arya liked them.
“You look so ravishing in this dress! Where do you kept this hot figure till now?” Sophia whistled.
Arya blushed.
So Sophia told her to keep them on and she also helped Arya to put on makeup.  She also put on a new dress and makeup and the two beautifully dressed girls laughed as they walked out to have their feast.
After walking out of the building, Sophia was about to flag down a taxi when Arya spotted Chloe crying while sitting on the bench at the bus stop not far away.
Arya hurriedly pulled Sophia over.
“What is the matter?”
“That girl in a blue jacket sitting on the bench is the colleague of Chandler.  I just met her when I came back.  What is wrong with her?  Do you think we should go over and find out?”
“That neighbor who went on the family arranged blind date with you?  The one who wanted to go back to set up a business?”
“Yes.  When I came back, I saw them talking at the gate and Chandler introduced us.  Why is she crying here?  Should I go over and ask? 
“if she is bullied, it’s not for you to take care of it.  Doesn’t she know how to call Chandler?”
That is also right.  But Arya saw Chloe crying so pitifully and she was still worried.  “Really, we should not be concerned?  It’s better to ask and confirm she’s alright.”
“If you are concerned, you can just give Chandler a call.  Tell him that the girl is crying.”  Sophia folded her arms across her chest.  “What reason can there be for a woman to cry in front of a man’s door?  Speaking of this, this Chandler had gone on a blind date with you…….is he clean?  Is he carrying any love debts on his back?”
“No, he should not be.  He is a good man.  He doesn’t look like someone who is in a relationship and goes on a blind date at the same time.  He is planning to return to hometowm, so he does not intend to find a partner here and because of this, he went back home for the blind-date.”
“Yes, that’s right.  The problem is here.  He must not look for a partner here, so his female colleague is crying.” 
Arya was not sure but she still gave Chandler a call as a duty to a friend.
“She is crying?”  Chandler was surprised when he heard this.
“Yes.  It’s not nice for me to go over and ask and I don’t know what happened to her.  I’m going out with my friend now, so I just wanted to let you know.”
“Okay, okay, I will go over and take a look now.”  Chandler hung up the phone.
Sophia asked.  “What did he say?”
“He said he will come to take a look.”
Sophia raised her eyebrows.  “Is he really coming over?  Then let’s wait and see.”
She is really a busybody.  However, Arya did not object because she also wanted to see.
Unfortunately, Chloe did not let them see anything exciting.  Before Chandler arrived, she wiped her tears, got on a bus and left.  When Chandler came out, she had disappeared. 
When Chandler did not see Chloe at the bus stop, his face showed sadness.  Sophia pulled Arya into a taxi and left.
“I can bet the two of them are in an emotional entanglement.”  Sophia said with confidence. “My guess cannot be wrong.  I’m a love expert.”
While having dinner at night, this love expert gave Arya a fright.
Sophia announced that she was going to resign and go to vince city to get married.
Arya was shocked and asked.  “Who are you getting married to?”
She had never heard Sophia said that she has a boyfriend in vince city.  Did she not say that she was going to vince city for a trip to use up her annual leave?  Why did she suddenly come back and announce she wants to resign and get married?
“I met a man over there and I went to bed with him.” 
“Oh.”  Arya nodded.  Going to bed with a man, this kind of matter is not something strange for Sophia and Arya had long been trained not to feel surprised at such happenings. 
“It was his first time.”
“Oh.”  Arya nodded again and felt a little embarrassed.  This kind of topic is very private and she feels shy talking about this.
“I plan to go back and be responsible for him.”
This time, Arya could not even utter an ‘Oh.’
“Soph, be calm.  Although it is not easy to meet a virgin, what I mean is you have met a lot of men, so you don’t have to make a decision so quickly.  How long have you met him?  Moreover, you’re not familiar with vince city and you are going to resign and go over to get married.  What if your life is not good?  If he used this matter to hang onto you, will there be any hidden problems?”

Sophia smiled, propped up her chin and shook her glass of wine.  “Arya, I was at the airport when I made a sudden decision, so I called you.  I don’t want to give myself a chance to retreat.  I told you my decision and if I don’t do it, it will be very shameful.  You know that I love face, so I just want to tell you immediately.  I want to take the risk one more time.”
“Soph, are you provoked by the matter with your ex?”
“Of course not!”  Sophia denied.  “That bastard can only affect my fart and he doesn’t have a place in my heart.  I just met this man and his girlfriend was really annoying.  I could not stand by idly and watch, so I wanted to help him but he didn’t appreciate it.  He was not appreciative and so I purposely made him accept me.”
“He also has a girlfriend?  Then you guys, you…….”
“His girlfriend was arranged by his family, they had no feelings for each other.  I saw the woman showing off women’s supremacy over him.  He was cool but he did not chastise her but I really couldn’t stand it.”
“You couldn’t stand it and so you went to bed with him to help him find men’s supremacy?”  Arya really wanted to knock her head.  She must have been very upset over that ex so she went crazy in vince city. 
“You are not allowed to resign……stay put here.  When you have calmed down, rethink these issues carefully, then you will find you have been acting foolishly.”
Sophia laughed.  “Arya, I’ve not seen you for two weeks and you’ve adopted an imposing manner.  Don’t worry.  I’m very calm and I know what I’m doing.  I’ve never seen such a man like him and I like him.”
“What kind of a man is he?”
“Very straight and conservative, long-winded and not agreeable to everything that he sees.  He is especially not agreeable to me, obviously…….well, I don’t how to describe it.”
Is there still this kind of man that Sophia, the love expert cannot describe?  Arya was worried.
“Soph, you fall in love too easily.  In the past, I didn’t control you, but I don’t think it is right for you to quit a good job to go to a completely strange city to marry an unreliable man who already has a girlfriend.  You can’t even describe this man…….  Does he want to marry you?  If this matter is not certain, then there is more reason for you not to go.  It’s better for you to go to work, have a good life and let this matter rest in your memory.”
“If I don’t go, there is nothing that I can lay rest in my memory and it will be the same with each and every love game before this.  Arya, in my mind the matters that can be kept in my memory is too little and I don’t want it to be like this.”

“Soph, you must think before you act.  Don’t be impulsive.  Give yourself a little more time to think about this.”  Arya persuaded patiently and asked again.  “Did he promise to marry you?”
“Yes, he promised.  I called him at the airport and he said yes.”
Are these two people crazy?
