In what way is she cute and beautiful?
This question is really difficult to answer.
Jack thought and thought and finally said.  “You’re cute and beautiful all over.”
She glared at him and showing her disapproval and disagreement with his answer.
This is too insincere!
“Dr. Jack, in the past when you were in love with others, how did you answer this kind of questions?”
Jack squinted his eyes and thought.  Arya said again.  “Don’t tell me they didn’t ask.  I won’t believe you.  All women in the world are the same.”
He rubbed his nose and said.  “Stuffy nose gives me a headache.”
She looked at him without showing the slightest sympathy.
Jack was helpless and could only say.  “That time, I was very young.”  So most probably he had said some frivolous words?
Arya glared at him again and despised his answer but she did not pester for an answer again.
He felt unhappy and said with reluctance.  “Hey, we are no longer teenagers, why do we have to play the game of question and answer?  This is meaningless.  Feelings are not arithmetic problems, how can it be so precise?”
“But now, it is not that the question of being precise but it is because of your inability to answer.”
“You are cute when you are picking on me like now.”  Suddenly he had the answer.
“But this does not sound like a compliment at all.”  She said unhappily.
“Look, when you are angry and trying to be difficult, you are also cute.   When you are happy, you are also cute.  When you are anxious, you are also cute.  When you are drunk, you are cute.  The expression on your face when you focus your attention on everything is also cute.”
His words came out smoothly and as she listened, her face turned red.
He quickly added another sentence.  “You are very cute when you are blushing.”  As soon as he finished speaking, suddenly he hurriedly grabbed the tissue box and pulled out two sheets of tissue paper and covering his nose, he gave a big sneeze.
This time, whatever momentum and atmosphere had disappeared. 
After waiting for Jack to pull out a few more tissues to clear his snot, Arya was no longer blushing.
“Dr. Jack, if I were a teenage girl, I would have been very excited just now.”
Jack who was holding a tissue box, with a red nose and watery eyes, looked a bit pathetic.
She could not control herself and laugh.  Then she reached out her hand to push back the lock of short hair that had fallen on his forehead.  “If I was that Arya a few months ago, I would have felt ecstatic now but……..”
When she saw Jack pursued his lips and frowned, she could not help but laugh again.  “But I’ve been taught a lesson and feel that what you said made sense.  So, I also want a love that is sincere.”
Jack felt even unhappier.  “Who said I don’t have sincerity?  If I am insincere, I would not have kissed you.”
How can this be considered as sincere?
He looked at her with slightly squinted eyes and suddenly asked.  “Arya, how many men have kissed you before?”
“You’re not the first.”
“I request to be the last one.”
“Who cares…..”  She continued with distaste.  “You must also have had numerous.”
“You will be the last one.”
She pretended not to hear and said.  “When you let me see your sincerity, then we can discuss the rest.”
“I am very sincere.”  He tried to defend himself.  “My kiss is not casual and I am a chaste man.”
Is he starting to mess up his talk?  She wanted to laugh.  The word ‘chaste’ to describe him is really funny.
“Hey, what is that look you are giving me and also that expression of yours?  I’m serious.”  He muttered, put down the tissue box and drank two mouthfuls of mineral water.  Being a sick man was really not easy.  He had to use his brains and had to talk a lot.  Currently, the Demon of Sickness was wreaking havoc in his body and his brain reaction was not alert. 
“I request for this trial to be held another day.”  He groaned.
She ignored him and continued to ask.  “That day, after you went crazy, why didn’t you come to look for me?”
He answered evasively.  “I was sick.  If you knew, you’ll scold me.  So, why should I call you to give you the opportunity to scold me?”
“So you do know you should be scolded?  Even now, I feel like scolding you.”
“And I’ve said that every time I see you, I will kiss you.  Having just said that and if I don’t do it, it would be embarrassing but because of my stuffy nose, I will not be able to kiss you properly which is also embarrassing.  So it was better to delay the matter.”
Finally, she could not control herself and gave him a punch.
Jack quickly leaned his head forward and peck on her lips.  “Well, I have a cold and can’t give you a proper kiss but a light kiss is also considered as fulfilling a promise.”
“Hey!”  She punched him again.  “Don’t behave like a rogue or I’ll be angry with you.”
“When you are angry, you look very cute.  Didn’t I just say that?”  He laughed. 
He is really a rogue!
She stared at him.  He rubbed his nose again and sighed.  “Okay, okay……I know.  You want to see my sincerity…..I know.”
She nodded forcefully.  “Correct!”
“Today, it should be considered as I had shown you my sincerity.  I knew you have this Elder phobia, so I came specifically to accompany you to this dinner.  Doesn’t this show I’m considerate towards you?”
“Is this the truth?”  She remembered the time when she called him, she had harbored evil intentions and she did not believe that he did not have any evil intentions either.
“I had also ordered chcolate pastries for you.  so isn’t that thoughtful of me?”
“Wrong…..that was not your treat.”
Jack drank another two mouthfuls of water and muttered that she was really picky. 
She glared at him and he smiled.   “When you are picky, you also look very cute.  Did I say that just now?”
She continued to glare at him, and after glaring for a while, suddenly she let out a sound ‘pft……’ and laughed.
When she laughed, Jack could not control himself and also laughed.
She said.  “Dr. Jack, you are already 31 years old.  You still speak in such a childish way with such sweet words which is really funny.”
“Hey!”  He stopped laughing.
“Dr. Jack, if we are really together, I hope we will always stay together, not only now but we will always be together in the future till our hair turns white.  I want to find a partner who can talk to me about love, marry me and live together with me for the rest of my life.  In the future, I don’t want you to be like my first boyfriend who disliked me for being boring or dislike me for any other things.  I think you also don’t want me to be like Shelly and tell you later that I’ve found out we have a difference between us…….and I can’t overcome it and I want to leave you.”
He rubbed his nose which was hurting a bit and listened to her seriously.
“Dr. Jack, we are no longer children and both of us have also experienced the pain of a failed love relationship.  It was not something very devastating and it is normal like most people in this world had experienced……it is only just a lost love.  But I had really thought of what you said about your sincerity.  I had asked myself before…….while I was pursuing you…….do I really like you?  How much do I like you?  What do I like about you?  And on the other side, I asked myself…… are we really suitable for each other?  Can we really be together?”
“Dr. Jack, your mother had once told me, she didn’t like the girl who went on the blind-date with you because the girl would not be able to suffer hardship.  The hardship that she was talking about was not the hardship that is encountered in a war, not the hardship as in working hard nor the hardship of going hungry but the difficulties of endurance and tolerance in life.  She had said that being a doctor’s wife is very hard.”
“Dr. Jack, you may think I have thought too far and too much but since you said you want to be my boyfriend and we already know each other for quite some time.  In fact, I had pursued you, and you had rejected me, and we had also talked a lot to each other, so I think I am qualified to tell you this.  I went on a blind-date to find a man with whom I can spend the rest of my life and you went on a blind-date to look for a woman with whom you can marry.”
Finally, Jack was able to say something on this matter.  “I was forced to go on a blind date and you were reluctant to go home for on a blind date.” 
“I was not forced to go on a blind date with Jay.  I was willing.”
“That is not the point.  The main point is that we are interested in each other.  I like you and you like me too.  Those blind dates are irrelevant people.”
“What you just said is not the main point.  You have already mentioned the main point yourself, that is.......at this age, we should not be playing love games.  So now, you said you like me, how much do you like me?  Will you be able to like me until you reach the aim of marrying me?  Will you be able like me and still feel I am cute after a long, long time in the future?  Will you be able to like me and make me feel that it is worthwhile to suffer any hardships for you?”
He did not speak for a long time.  He looked at her and studied her for quite a while.  Then he smiled.  “Arya, have I ever told you that when you are talking endlessly and seriously, you are very very cute and beautiful.”
She could not help but glare at him.  “Have I ever told you that you are really hateful when you behave shamelessly?”
He sighed and rubbed his nose again.  “Arya, when did you become eloquent?”
“I don’t know.  When I got into the car, I was still thinking hard how to tell you this but I still could not think of anything and I did not know how to start telling you.  But now, I think I have spoken a lot of things I had kept in my heart including many things that were kept in my heart I was unable to think of.
She looked into his eyes seriously and saw a reflection of herself in his eyes.
“I think perhaps, it is because I feel extremely happy but I also feel fear and I am scared.
