Ash and Rhea stops talking when they someone talks.
"Hi." It was Ivanna's mother.
Rhea saw Langston and she remembered that he was Ivanna's father and the woman beside him thinks he's the wife and Ivanna's mother. Ash stood up to hug them.
"Dad, mom." he said.
Rhea was shy.
"See that you have someone here, Where is Ivanna? She didn't call us for how many days?" Tina asked him.
Ash started to feel nervous and worried thinking that Ivanna didn't tell her parents about them.
"Uhm, she might be busy." he said.
Rhea was watching them and Tina was staring at her making her uncomfortable.
"Okay, we need to leave. Be sure to enjoy your lunch." Langston told them.
Tina glared at Rhea and they left.
"You see that, that old woman was glaring at me." she said.
Ash thinks she's being too much.
"Rhea! you're being too much." he said.
But she just rolls her eyes. Ash went back to the office, he lied to her that he has a meeting for her not to come back with him at his office. He remembered what Ivanna's mom told him and he decided to call Ivanna.
"Ivanna, Your husband is calling." Ivy said.
Ivanna decided to answer it.
"What the hell?! I thought you told to your parents about it." he said.
Ivanna was shocked that he shouted. Ivy took out the phone from her.
"What the fuck! Can't you just ask her calmly? You don't need to shout. Ivanna's not deaf, you asshole!" Ivy shouted and ended the call.
"Ivy...." Ivanna said.
Ivy turned her phone off.
"Ivanna, Your parents and even I am didn't ever treat you like that." she said.
Ivy was right, no one treated her like that before except her husband. Ash was very stunned when it was Ivy who answered the call and even shouted at him.
"Is she with her?" he fucked up.
Ash was starting to feel lazy and he doesn't want to go home. He headed to Zeke's condo.
"Dude, what are you doing here?" Zeke asked.
"Nothing, I'm so bored and I have no one to talk to." he said.
Zeke was very curious then Ash told him everything that made him so surprised.
"What? She did what? why did you let her?" Zeke reacted.
Ash shrugs his shoulder.
"I don't know, maybe I think it would be better for us." he said.
Zeke sighed.
"You're such an asshole. Do you love her?" he asked.
With that question, Ash just drinks his beer.
"I don't know." he said.
Ezekiel wants to finds out if he really loves his wife or not.
"Do you feel lonely or empty now that she's gone?" he asked.
"Yeah, I guess." Ash said.
"Do you miss her and some times you want to see her and hear her voice?" he asked.
Ash was very curious.
"What the hell, why are you asking those questions?" Ash declined.
"Because, i want you to figure it out if you really love her already." he said.
Ash thought that it was impossible.
"No, I still love Rhea." he said.
Zeke rolled his eyes.
"Jesus, Come on, You have to realize and admit to yourself." he said.
Ash didn't say any thing but with his last question, he was right. He wants to see her and hears her voice again especially when they argue, he missed to see and hear her shouts at him. Ezekiel was watching him smiling and thinking of something.
"I think Ivanna did the right thing." Zeke said.
"Why?" Ash asked.
Ezekiel thought that Ivanna was so smart to think for a way to let him thinks and realize her worth.
"Okay, I'm going here tomorrow again." Ivy said and kissed her forehead.
"Yes mommy." Ivanna said giggling.
Ivy was disgusted.
"Yucks!" she said.
Ivy left and Ivanna felt emptied again.
"It's just you and me again, my precious." she said, caressing her belly.
She was diverted when she heard her phone ringing.
"Who must be that." she whispered.
She glanced at her phone and was stunned to see it was her mother, she took a deep breath.
"Mom!" she greeted.
"Honey, where were you? You didn't call us." her mom said.
"Mom, I'm so sorry. I was so busy." she lied.
Her mom sighed and told her that they saw Ash and Rhea eating lunch a while back.
"Tell me honey, Is something wrong with you and your husband?" her mom asked.
Her mom and her dad knew that something is wrong between them.
"Mom." she said.
"Come on, you can trust me." her mom said.
Ivanna thinks to tell her mom but her mind doesn't want to, she was very scared.
"Nothing, I'm tired. Good night." she said.
"Okay, call me or your dad if you need something." her mom said.
After the call ended, Ivanna smiled bitterly and went to her veranda.
"I'm sure, you're happy right now." she said.
Her phone rang again.
"Wow, who is that also." she said.
She felt nervous to see it was an unknown number but part of her want to answer it.
"Yes?" she said.
"Ivanna." it was Rhea.
Rhea's voice made her stiffened.
"Yeah." Ivanna replied.
"I called you because I want to talk to you." Rhea said.
Ivanna sighed and told her to come to her condo tomorrow.
"Okay." Rhea said.
"But you need to come early before Ivy arrived." she said.
Rhea agreed with her. Ivanna was excited to face her but same time nervous.
"I will tell her and see what is she going to do with it." she whispered.
Rhea at her condo sleeps early, she wants to talk to Ivanna about Ash. She wants to clarify what's happening both of them. She wasn't afraid to face her but she was more confident to face her.
"I'm sure, you're going down." Rhea said.
Rhea was drinking her wine and laughing thinking Ash would be finally hers and no one can replace that.
