"Are you the one who capture me? tell me honestly and I will spare your life when I get out from here."
"No." I look at her and rolled my eyes. The person who showed up was Leticia, she was wearing a white dress and she was holding a basket. Looking at her right now she looks like a saintess, I sighed when she unlocked the bars. I do look like a prisoner.
"Then who, do I look like I am happy with my situation right now?"
"I'm sorry, but this was an order to keep you lock here."
"You can let me go; you can do it right?"
"I can't, I made a promise." I groan and sit on my bed she put down the basket and closed the bars again. "I'm sorry that you experience this, but trust me Lady Alora this is for your own good."
"Who are you to decide what is good and bad for me?" she tries to open her mouth but I stop her, I know that she will just apologize.
"How many days since I was locked up here?"
"Three months, My Lady not days." I clenched my fists and nodded. Three months then I am unconscious for two months? Now I know why my legs were asleep.
"I see."
"I will see you again next week, is there something you want?"
"I want to be free."
"You know I cannot do that. Do you need desserts, I will bring some when I came back."?
"Don't bother."
"Then I will take my leave now."
"Leticia, how is the war going?"
"Do not worry, our knights are capable of defeating Wren. Just take a rest and forget that there is a war happening."
"Do you really think I can do that?"
"Yes, you will... you needed to do it."
"What a crap." She just smiled at me and gently bow her head before saying goodbye. I watch her close the doors and punch the pillow once again.
"Argh! For my own good, what the hell is that!"
When I calm down I get the basket she left and saw some flowers there, there is also a book and a letter, bread and a bottle of wine? I open the bottle and smell it, yeah, it was wine. I get my cup and pour some wine as I read letters.

I read the last three letter and it was from my younger brothers, asking how I am doing. They sent three letters because I wasn't replying at all. And base on their letters they do not know that I was not on the battlefield.
I drink all the wine that night and I was disappointed when I was still fine after that. I stayed up all night reading their letter again and again.

I keep on reading the last part until I was dissatisfied. How come they decide for me what should I do? This is the one I hate most, them looking down on me, they will see me as a lady. That's it.
A lady who was holding a sword instead of flowers.
A lady that is not capable of protecting herself.
A weak one.
"Do you really see me as a weak lady that needs protection right, Damien?"
I said as I tear his letter, I wait for Leticia to come back and asked her once again to let me go. I can't just stay here until the war ended. I will unquestionably go insane if this continues.
"Lady Alora?" I frowned when I heard a large voice, that was not Leticia. I became alert and when the door opened my eyes widen when I saw a priest. I already see him once when I go to the church, he was also one of the priests who came to the hospital to apologize when Leticia tried to kill me.
So, why is he here instead of Leticia?
"I am Priest Kael."
"Yes, I remember you. Why are you here, where is she?"
"I was sent here by the Saintess."
"Saintess? Leticia, she became the saintess?"
"Yes, the church already announce Lady Leticia as the new Saintess of Dormer."
I think they do it so the people will have faith, she was now the new hope that was born in midst of war.
"Anyways, I was told to escort you safe. Let's leave now, My Lady?"
"Yes." I step outside when I saw him look inside. "What is it?"
"You still have your things, are you sure you're leaving them behind?"
"Yes, so if we can leave now."
"Ah, Yes. Pardon me." I followed him, and I was right we are in the deepest part of the forest. Seriously, what is their problem? Locking me in that cramped house, and leaving me in the middle of this forest. And making me wear these restraints. Ah, just by thinking this my head does hurt.
"Is there any sorcerer available where Leticia is?"
"Sorcerer, I'm not sure. We are busy attending the wounded knights in the church but I think there is. May I ask why do you need one, are you perhaps need to get healed?"
"No, I do not need healing. What I want is this to be removed as soon as possible."
"Huh? Bracelets." He does look confused looking at the magic restraints I didn't utter a word and I was glad he didn't ask again. When we finally got inside the carriage I sighed in relief. Finally, I can now go far away from that place.
"It will take three days until we finally reached the capital."
"Okay." I close my eyes as the carriage started to move.
When I finally make it on the front line, they are sure dead to me.
"My Lady, we have already arrived at the inn. We will take a rest and continue traveling tomorrow morning." I nod at him and I said my thanks to the priest when I saw that the Inn was a bit pricey. I'm glad he didn't bring me to an old inn. I change my dress and go down to eat dinner when I heard people there talking.
"Did you hear that they almost infiltrate the seaport?"
"Yeah, they almost kill everyone there."
"It's scary if you just see what is happening to the front line right now. You will faint, I was glad that I manage to leave that place alive."
"Wren was sure strong."
"Yeah, but the war will be avoided if they just do what Wren-" I made a noise so he didn't finish his sentence.
"Hey, did you do that on purpose?" I didn't look at him and continue eating, but he was annoying. He continues to provoke me and he even dares to touch me.
"Remove your filthy hands off me."
"What did you say?" I sighed when he grab my dress and look at me, then he laugh and pointed to my eyes. "What the hell, the color of your eyes was both different. Len, look at the eyes of this lady, she is sure pretty but-" I clenched my fist and hardly punch his face. He was lying on the floor holding his face, his friends help him get up and some of them get their swords and point them at me.
"Are you all serious, pointing a sword at an innocent lady like me?"
"You don't look innocent at all."
"you got that right. But If he just let me eat silently here, it's his fault by the way so stop pointing your swords at me."
"Hey, I would suggest to not making a scene here. There are also customers here so please be mindful of your actions or else we will make you all leave." The owner said and they frown but they put back their swords back and continue glaring at me. I just raised my eyebrows at them and smirk before sitting down. And after that, I saw Priest Kael.
"My Lady, what is this commotion all about?"
"Nothing. We just have a nice chat." I smiled at him and he nodded.
"Ah, by the way, My Lady there is a change of plans. We won't go to the church; we will head to the seaport."
"And why is that?"
"They need your assistance there."
"I am willing to go there but I need to see a sorcerer to remove this. So, you will take me to the capital."
"I'm scared that won't do." I tapped the table and shake my head.
"You will take me there or I will vanish in this inn and go there myself? You choose."
"But-"
"Priest Kael?" I smiled at him he was thinking deeply but then he sighed.
"Yes, I will take you to the capital."
"That's good to know. Now, go on eat with me."
"Y-Yes..." he hesitantly smiled at me before sitting down, I'm glad Leticia sent this one.
