The C.A.N.D.Y fighters are in the Yo-Milk's director home. The Inspector is also with them. They're in the parlor, where everyone is seated. Carlos starts to talk;"We've found out the one that's dragging your name to the mud." "Who's the person?", Director's curious. "It's Dr Williams!", Inspector replies. "Wow! That evil genius!", Director leaves his mouth agape. "We're sorry for putting you under pressure", Carlos apologises. "It's your job. There's nothing wrong with it", the Director smiles. "We need to stop Dr Williams from succeeding with his plans", says Amelia. "Ever since he was fired, he's been nowhere to be found", the Director adds. "He's been hiding but causing havoc everyday. I'll deal with him!", Inspector frowns. Silence reigns for a while before Carlos gives others a sign to get up. "We need to be going Sir!", Carlos tells the Director. He smiles;"Thank you guys for everything you've been doing for this city of ours." The clique bow their heads while the Inspector shakes hands with him. Yanking creates a portal and they walk in. He waves at them as they enter. The portal closes in front of him. He shrugs his shoulders and heads for the kitchen.

There's a rush hour in the streets ad people head for their various homes. In one of the streets, the road starts shaking. People don't understand what's going on. After some time, the road opens up, making some cars fall inside the ground. Dr Williams and his ninjas come out from underneath the road. People get scared and start running away, leaving their cars behind. Dr Williams laughs;"Where are you guys running to?" He instructs his ninjas;"Start killing them! I want to see blood!"
The ninjas start using their swords on the people. There's chaos everywhere as people are running helter skelter for their safety. Two police vehicle are driving towards Dr Williams. He sees them and blows out flames, which burn the vehicles and the policemen down to ashes very quickly. While the ninjas are killing the people, Dr Williams is burning down anything he sees. No one's bold enough to confront them.

In the C.A.N.D.Y's main room, the whole place suddenly turns blood red. "Oh Oh! This rarely happens", the boss gets scared. "What does this mean?", Yanking looks up to the lights. "It means that there's a serious threat in the city right now. You guys may have the biggest fight of your lives today", Smith explains. The boss switches on the big screen and everyone sees the chaos in the city. "Who's that man blowing our flames?", Smith asks. The boss thinks critically;"That's Dr Williams!" "Wait! See those five ninjas. So, they were working for Dr Williams all this while?", Yanking squeezes his face in anger.
"They're slaughtering people all over. We've gotta stop them", Amelia opens a portal. "Switch on time "hero mode"!", she tells others. The clique now change to their hero costumes. They bow down to the boss and Smith. "Farewell! In case we don't see again!", Carlos bids them bye. The boss scolds him;"Don't say that! You'll come back alive." The clique bow once more and jump into the portal. It then closes. The boss tries to swallow up his fear. Smith goes up to him to calm him down.

The portal opens in the street and the fighters hop out. They look at the buildings destroyed and burnt people in front of them. Amelia starts crying;"I'll make sure these guys suffer for what they've done." "What does Dr Williams really want?", Nick asks. Carlos feels danger behind them and tells his people to jump. They all jump and notice that they just escaped being burnt from flames blown towards them. They land on the ground and turn behind to see Dr Williams and the five ninjas with him.
"Well! Well! Well! Isn't it the C.A.N.D.Y fighters before us?", Dr Williams smiles. "What will you gain in killing people?!", Dahlia yells at him. "Nothing much! Just wanna rule world, that's all!", he smiles again. "We won't let you!", Carlos yells. Dr Williams chuckles;"I know that! That's why we came prepared for a fight." Dr Williams whistles to his ninjas. They all bow and spread out to different places and continue slaughtering people. "Stop them if you can!", Dr Williams chuckles.
The fighters switch to "flying mode" and start chasing the ninjas. The ninjas run away on seeing them. The fighters decide for one of them right face one ninja. "I'll face the leader", Carlos tells them and start flying after him. The rest go after their own ninjas. It takes them a while for one to get a ninja.
The leader is about to slaughter a young girl when Carlos gets hold of his hands and snatches the sword from him. A portal opens and Carlos collects a "flames device". He drops the sword on the ground quickly and burns it to ashes. The ninja gets extremely angry;"You'll pay for that!" Carlos tells the girl to run away for safety. She runs away at a great pace. The ninja gets Carlos by surprise. He beats up Carlos, hitting him to a building. He drags him off and punches Carlos to a another building. Carlos bangs it hardly and shatters the wall. He gets up and staggers while walking;"When did you become so strong?" The ninja gets angrier and gives him an upper cut. Carlos flies up so high, going up to the sky. The ninja climbs up the building very quickly to get up to Carlos. He reaches the top and awaits Carlos. As Carlos reaches the building's height, he jumps and uses his two hands to hit Carlos at his belly, sending him down to the ground. Carlos falls on the road, shattering it in the process. He remains there unconscious while the ninja lands on his feet and waits for him to get up. "Get up and fight me like a man!", he shouts. Carlos remains there unconscious.
