"Brother", "Husband" Two words were fighting inside Myra's head whereas Ranvjiay stood with one single pistol in his hand. Xavier stood with another man. Surely more would be coming soon. The first thing Myra tried to remember that was her brother's present state. Closing her eyes she tried to remember every single detail since the gun shot had started in that alley. Their men arrived as she saw those blue dots. Among them Arthur's car was also there. If Xavier would have already got Arthur then surely he would have dragged him here. But she needed to confirm that first. "Where is Arthur?" Myra spoke with her gritted teeth. "Poor sister. You engrossed yourself so much in saving your husband that you haven't noticed how Arthur was taken down." A small smile erupted in Xavier's mouth as soon as he finished speaking. Myra was still playing in her mind the last encounter like a repeat telecast of any show. There were no calls about Arthur's failure from the bodyguards. There were no red signals either. But there always remained a loophole. "Let's make a deal Xavier. Let Ranvijay go. You can have me." "No way Myra. Hey, you piece of shit. Don't even dare to take a step towards her." Ignoring Myra's words, Ranvijay came in between Xavier and Myra and stood still. "You are choosing your husband over your brother Myra?" Xavier displayed all of his 32 ignoring Ranvijay. Myra felt like smashing his mouth then and there. Holding back her breath she spoke, "Xavier. Let him go. He is not a part of this. He never was." "Really?" That was the triggering point for Myra. She pushed Ranvijay aside and jumped on Xavier without giving him a chance to understand the situation. The other man when tried to grab Myra got a hard punch by Ranvjiay. He took the lead on the other side. No one was bothering to leave a single place for anyone. Xavier with his other two men were heavy for Myra and Ranvijay. As Ranvjiay already killed one of the two who barged first only one was left from the previous slot. But the man who entered with Xavier was stronger than the other two. At the end of the day Myra was a woman though she was strong enough but Xavier was furious like a hungry wolf. Ranvijay strangled the other one and reached to help Myra. No one knows what was happening. Everybody stalled for a moment when they heard one single gunshot. Yes. One gunshot echoed through the room and one of Xavier's men got shot. The glass window behind them got a perfect O shaped hole through which the bullet travelled. Arthur's sniper man did his job. He was at his position but was unable to get a proper sight due to their constant movement and fight. Xavier and his last man stood still while panting badly. So did Ranvijay. Myra's situation was the worst. Her lips were busted. Her forehead got hurt making it bleed. She was coughing due to hard punches on her stomach. But a smile of triumph arrived on her face. "Told you Xavier, let him go. You had called your death by yourself." Before another word could come out from his mouth another gun shot was heard by them and the last man of Xavier got on his knees. Myra smirked looking at him while holding herself strong enough to face him. "You bitch..." Xavier shouted. "Told you earlier. This bitch can finish off your family." As soon as Myra finished her sentence Xavier brought out the gun he managed to get during the fight and pointed at Myra. "Do you think you can survive after killing me?" Myra was still buying the time to bring Xavier at a proper range of the sniper. "No. But I can give you the same pain I got after losing my father." One word struck Myra's mind like thunder. Xavier was surely not planning to kill Myra. Then who? Myra or Ranvijay? The dilemma was at its peak. Two gunshots at the same time were heard. Two bodies fell on the ground with loud thuds. One shriek shook the entire suit violently. "Ranvijay......" Her shriek pierced through the dead souls too if was present there. He heard his full name for the first time from her mouth with such vulnerability. No matter how many times he fought with her to make her call him by his full name she didn't. "Your name is too tough to pronounce Jay. Give me a strong reason to call you by your full name." Myra's words kept on ringing in his head as he tried to register the entire situation with his droopy eyes and almost blank mind. Arthur moved towards the red dot that was blinking a few miles away. He was driving his car like a mad person to reach that location. It was none other than Myra's location. He was cursing Ranvijay continuously. Because of him, today again he was at the verge of losing Myra. This girl would never change. Sweating like a pig, Arthur reached the hotel. There were few guards here and there. Looking at the building he figured out every single detail. His men covered the building. Two snipers got their positions at the opposite building targeting the exact room shared by Myra's guard. Ranvijay's guards were already there. Myra's guards were kept at a safe distance to bring out more help. Arthur couldn't stop admiring her sister's plan. But every time she planned something she ended up putting her life in danger. Xavier's most of the men already shot dead but with whatever number he entered, he couldn't believe that dickhead. Arthur got down from the car and wore a bullet proof jacket. Slowly taking the elevator he reached the 17th floor. Motioning his men to take further steps he carefully reached the suit. Leaning at the door he tried to eavesdrop on the situation inside. After a good two minutes Arthur barged into the room pointing the gun straight. The moment he entered his gun dropped on the floor. His men stood still at their place. His breathing stopped and his eyes turned red. He stumbled on his feet and his breathing got heavy. Whatever he saw, his eyes couldn't believe and his mind couldn't register. The room was filled with blood, broken pieces of vases, glasses and many more. Three bodies were lying in the pool of blood. Shattered glass pieces were breaking due to each of his heavy footsteps. He reached the centre of the situation ignoring the rest of the three bodies. There lies his heart, his protected charm Myra in Ranvijay's embrace covered in blood. Ranvijay sat holding her body in his embrace like a statue. He was patting her cheek to wake her up. But she looked peaceful in her deep sleep. That bastard pointed the gun at Myra but immediately turned that at Ranvijay to shoot. Myra in a fraction of second came in front and the bullet hit her. The sniper did his job and Xavier died at the same time after getting the bullet in between his eyes. Arthur crouched down to Myra's level. He checked her pulse. Pulled her body in a tight hug by patting her back. "Your brother is her little sister. Nothing would happen." Taking her in his embrace he stood up to leave when Ranvijay came forward. Arthur was pissed off with everything. Keeping Myra's motionless body in the nearby couch he punched hard on Ranvijay's face making him bleed like anything. "Because of you, today I lost my Myra. I swear if you spend a single second in front of my eyes, I would forget what relationship you had with Myra. I would send your body in a body bag to India." Ranvijay stood there like a statue. He saw the deadly Arthur. If he would try to punch him back they might end up killing each other. He was about to walk towards Myra when Arthur came in between. "I said leave this country. Don't you understand you are nothing but her doom?" Bringing his man in front Arthur instructed them to send back Ranvijay from Italy as soon as possible. If he had to spend a moment more in that environment, he would rip Ranvijay's heart out for sure. His Myra was shot just because of that bastard. He kept away every threat from her since her childhood. He killed the boy who tried to lure Myra. He did beat the shit out of the boy who tried to touch Myra in an inappropriate way. And here stood Ranvijay, because of whom his Myra was drenched in blood. Will Minerva forgive him ever? She asked him to protect her. She saved his life by risking her. And in return he couldn't protect her daughter. He couldn't throw away the shits from her life. She got hurt. She got shattered. Her stubbornness brought him onto his knees. His heart ached. Her childhood memories kept on flashing upon his eyes. How she used to come to him running with open hugs. How she was terrified after doing rash driving and got caught by police. It was him who's one call set her free. It was him who walked like a shadow behind her. But the moment he thought to give her a chance to make her own decisions she ended up making the same mistake. Ranvijay wanted to be with Myra. He wanted to hold her back. But the circumstances pushed him out of the scenario. Fighting with Italian Mafia being alone in Sicily was nothing but a fool's decision. He was ready to die in Arthur's hand if that could save his Myra. But unfortunately the more he would stick to the place the more Arthur would be busy in throwing him out. Arthur rushed out of the suit carrying Myra in his embrace towards the elevator. Like a mad man he ran to his car and sat inside keeping her on his lap. The chauffeur drove to the best hospital. Arthur barged into the emergency unit and shouted at his top voice to gain attention. Ronan came hurriedly out of the cabin after getting Arthur's call. His eyebrows knitted seeing Myra in that condition. Arthur grabbed Roman's hand and spoke in an almost broken voice. "I want her alive. I want my sister alive." "Arthur. Hold on yourself. We are trying." "I don't want to try. I want her to walk back to me. Or else I would set the entire Jaipur on fire along with that bloody Sekhawat family." Ronan understood Arthur had already lost his mind. He was not even thinking rationally. Pushing Arthur away he called his teammates to take Myra inside. The situation got tense. Arthur was pacing like a lost person while rubbing his forehead. He was mumbling in his mind. "I shouldn't have allowed you to go like that. I shouldn't. I will kill Ranvijay." As his pacing increased, sweat beads started forming on his forehead. A small hand touched his shoulder all of a sudden. Moving his head away he looked at the owner of the hand. Sylvia was standing behind him. He hugged her suddenly while crying like a kid. "V, Myra.... Myra was shot. V what would I do? V would she be fine?" Arthur usually called her V by shortening her name. Sylvia had never seen a ruthless mafia breaking down like that. She understood the pain and love of Arthur for Myra. "Calm down. She would be fine." Sylvia pushed him to sit on a chair. He was still not fine. "I would kill Ranvijay." The only word that he was chanting all the time. "Killing is not a solution." Sylvia spoke and ran her fingers through his hair. Time passed slowly. Seconds felt like hours. Still not every one of his family was informed about Myra's certain condition. Sylvia saw Ranvijay standing far away in a corner. Arthur didn't notice that else he would have again got ready to kill him. Sylvia walked towards Ranvijay and introduced herself as Arthur's girlfriend. Without making much fuss she directly fired her question. "Why are you standing here? To know about Myra's health?" Ranvijay didn't know what to say. If he wouldn't force Myra to meet today she might not end up like this. His guilt was eating him like a Piranha fish. "I... I am...” Ranvijay stammered for the first time. He became the reason for Myra's pain. If he had to bear Myra's death news he won't be able to survive anymore. "You must leave. I can see you can only bring darkness to her. I know it's hard to leave our loved ones. But believe me sometimes it's better to leave to let them live." Sylvia hears everything about Myra and Ranvijay's marriage. Not only did she get a one-sided view from Arthur but also she heard Myra's part too. She decided to listen to both of them before judging the situation. Myra was definitely a headstrong girl, but sometimes it's better to just accept the reality. "But... Myra... I want to know if she...." "Alive or dead? Does it matter to you? Even so , please don't bother. If she survives, thank god for saving her. But do not barge in her life, making her weak again." Finishing her words Sylvia left a broken Ranvjiay there in the empty area. He might be the king of Underworld from India but for her he was just Myra's sinner. She never hated him but she could no longer deny the fact anymore. They surely cannot be together. After all two equal forces would always repel. It's better to end it up then and there.
