Jaipur, India "Famous politician Rajendra Singh Sekhawat's elder son is in coma due to a sudden life threatening attack on him few days back." - Times Today India As Myra joined the breakfast table Rajendra threw the paper in front of her by shouting, "What is this Myra?" "News. That you are reading." She replied in her calm voice. "Listen Myra. We know that you are our daughter in law but whatever you did by releasing such news is not acceptable." "Nobody has asked about your acceptance criteria Mr. Sekhawat." "Myra.." His fuming rage with his anger filled voice shook everyone. "Calm down Mr. Sekhawat. Excessive stress is not good for health. The news is not so bad." "It's not true. My son is not in Coma." "That is known to us only. The world must not know at this time and he needs a recovery time and Shaurya is roaming around to take the chance of killing him." "What about Takht then?" As Rajendra shouted again Myra stood up from her chair and raised her voice. "The claimant of Takht is standing in front of you. Myra Moretti or Myra Ranvijay Singh Sekhawat. Whatever you would like to call it." Rajendra couldn't believe what he had just heard. Claimant of Takht is a girl? How could it be? Never in the history of Rajputana had it happened. Before he could proceed further Nandini stood up and said, "A girl can't be the claimant of Takht." "The throne cares about its claimant, not about its gender." Myra's statement gave a perfect slap on everyone's cheeks. She spoke something that nobody thought of till now. She knew she was breaking people's hearts but that's the only way to save what was left. If the throne of Mafia or Takht would be passed to Randhir or Ranvijay the attacks would be more. The moment it would be with her Shaurya would take that lightly and come down on his knees. He had his eyes on Myra, so for her luring Shaurya would be easier. And this time she would make sure that Sharuya's soul gets scared enough to be born again in this soil of Rajputana. Without finishing her breakfast she left the table keeping some shocked faces behind her. Storming into her room she saw Ranvijay reading the same newspaper with an irritating expression. He was still lying in a half seated position resting his back on the headboard. "What is this Myra? Did you just come here to get hold of the power and position?" Never in her life had something stabbed her so badly. Even Jay misunderstood her. She was never that much hurt when Ranvijay insulted her by calling her illegitimate daughter of Solanki. But today he accused her of something that she had never thought of doing. Does she actually care for power and position? "Is it you who just said that or it's your male ego who can't accept a woman claiming what is strictly kept for men only?" If there would be a system to capture the sound of invisible slap then the room might have heard it very clearly. None of them spoke as Myra finished her sentences. Ranvijay looked at her. How could he be so dumb that he forgot with whom he was dealing? She is Myra and surely her signature style will be different. "Election is about to start in one month. Do you think it's a wise decision to put you out instead of me?" "Do you think it is a very wise decision to let you attend the rally under such circumstances?" Sometimes Ranvijay thought in his mind that Myra could be a far better politician instead of a Mafia. "You want me to sit back and let my father lose?" "No, I want you to enjoy the pretty little show and also to finish off Shaurya. And for your kind information I would be attending the rally for the promotion of your father and the party." "Do you think it would be easy like some Bollywood movie named Rajneeti?" "No. But everything is fair in love and war and so does in politics." Before leaving the room Myra turned her face to speak again, "By the way I don't watch Bollywood movies anymore after Randhir's suggestion of watching Prem Ratan Dhan Payo." "His taste sucks." "So is yours." "Really? My taste is you. So you want to say......" Ranvijay's mocking tone didn't go unnoticed by Myra. "Yes. It sucks too. Couldn't you find a normal girl to marry instead of me?" "Couldn't you be some random girl towards whom I would have never gotten pulled so badly?" Those small pieces of conversation and they stood far away from each other. They knew how badly they would melt if they came closer. She was about to leave the room when Ranvjiay called her name. "Myra." It felt like a sweet lullaby to her ears. If he was not badly shot she would have jumped on his lap. Brushing off her thoughts she walked slowly to him. Sitting near him she looked into his eyes. Without giving her another chance to flinch away Ranvjiay held his nape of neck and pulled in a fast move to bury his lips on hers. Due to reflex her palms reached his chest to push him away. The moment her palm rested on his left just above his heart she stopped pushing him away. His lips found their own way to lick and suck her lips. Her pressed lips gave him a clear rejection on his attempt of intruding her mouth. He squeezed her neck and her most sensitive spot beneath her ear. As a result she failed again to keep her lips sealed and surrender herself in the warmth of his touches. Devouring her mouth he felt so satisfied that he didn't even notice that the door of the room was open. Randhir saw the door open and made his way inside to ask for some matter but seeing them in such a deep kiss he couldn't do anything except clearing his throat. Hearing that, Myra pushed Ranvijay away and stood abruptly from the bed. Ranvijay was cursing under his breath for the sudden entry of Randhir. Randhir was smiling like a child who just saw some adult stances by mistake. "Bhai, I would come later." Without letting anyone say something he ran away from there. He was blushing more than Myra or Ranvijay itself. "You never left any chance of embarrassing me." Myra glared at Ranvijay. "Kissing my wife is not embarrassing." "You divorced me." "And you have burnt those papers." Myra slapped her forehead with her palm hearing that piece of information. Surely Randhir had given him such information. But in her heart she still felt an ache. Would she be able to conquer all such things? She promised her brother to return back to Italy. Would Ranvijay ever let her go? Again her life became a messed up one. The more she tries to make it easy one the more it becomes a twisted one. Every time new complexities come over to part them or question their own decisions. Leaving Ranvijay there, Myra moved out of the room. Randhir finally entered the room. Looking at his brother's pissed off facial expression he knew what would come towards him. "Since childhood you were always a pain in my ass." "Sorry Bhai, how would I know, everything will be sorted out between you and bhabisa?" "That's the problem Randhir. Nothing is sorted out. I know this girl. She would die suppressing the pain inside her but she won't let us or anyone suffer due to her actions." "Didn't understand bhai." "Leave it. I am still understanding her. Tell me what do you want to say?" Ranvijay was not ready to hear the upcoming news. He felt like even if his enemies failed to kill him Myra's decision would be enough to give him a major heart attack. Hearing the next statement he felt someone announced the official start of world war three. "Bhai, Bhabisa wants me to marry Ragini." "What? Myra? Are you? I mean... She hasn't spoken about it... And how?" It was two days back when Myra was sitting in the lawn. Randhir saw her looking at the horizon blankly. He slowly walked towards her and sat beside her without asking anything. Sensing his presence Myra without snapping her head spoke in a calm tone. "Would you marry Ragini?" The eerie silence in between them was enough to engulf both of them. Myra knew exactly what she was asking and Randhir was still in shock. Ragini once tried to kill herself when her marriage was fixed with Ranvijay. Since then she had barely talked to her brother. Randhir no doubt always had a good communication with her. Rather than Ranvijay, Randhir's age and characteristics matched more with Ragini. She was too sophisticated and immature. Handling a cold man like Ranvijay was never her cup of tea. Randhir had always respected Ragini but he didn't think of marrying her. Though somewhere he liked Ragini. After all their age difference was less compared to her with Ranvijay. Thus they were more open to each other. But with the current situation the feasibility of such a decision didn't seem acceptable towards Randhir. "Bhabisa... I was thinking." "Don't worry. You can take your time. Rather I would ask both of you to sit over this matter. I know how arranged marriage works here but you have every right to choose your partner." Myra opened up about her thoughts about cutting Randhir mid-way. "I understand. We have arranged marriage here. But seeing her previous actions I am worried about the decision." "That's why I am asking you to talk to Ragini once." Myra didn't have the courage to enter Solanki Palace. She was no longer having any strength to face her biological father. She hated him from the core of her heart. The man left her mother, though her mother left her entire family and mafia throne for him. He betrayed her in every aspect. Her arrival news has already been shared with them. Arjun, Ragini and Mayabati came to Sekhawat place to visit her once. Mayabati spoke only one sentence to her that day. "I know you don't want to see him. But why are you punishing us on his behalf?" Those words stabbed her heart badly. Arjun was looking at her with different questions and expressions. Of course after knowing her real identity he was also ashamed of his father's deed. Myra held Mayabati's hand and assured her that sooner or later she would surely visit them. People cannot live with grief or hatred. With time they have to leave them all to move forward. That day only Myra talked to Ragini and Arjun personally. She was confident and straight forward. Without making any single fuss she asked Ragini a single question. "Do you still have some love or trust left for Shaurya?" Ragini kept her head down and started fidgeting with her fingers. Fat drops of tears were welling up in her eyes. She was badly shaken when she got to know about Shaurya's real motive. She was broken when she got to know the real reason for Shaurya's fake love. She wasn't mad at Shaurya. She was mad on her immaturity that once led her to commit suicide without thinking about her loved ones. She was mad at her impulsive behaviour which caused immense drama and forced Myra to take her place as a bride. But she couldn't raise her face to match Myra's gaze. She was her sinner. "I got my answer." Myra understood her silence. But before she could proceed further Ragini gave her verdict. "I am ready to accept any decision that you make. But if you get a hold of that bastard give me one chance to slap him hard." Myra didn't expect such a comeback from that little girl. Two years and so many things got changed. Someone said it correctly that Myra stepped here to change something. She stepped here to shake the old shackles. "I am not your father to push you. I am not here to force you. I have a suggestion for you. It's completely your choice to accept or reject that. Would you like to marry Randhir?" Arjun's jaw dropped on the floor, Ragini snapped her face towards Myra. Never in her life had she expected that offer. She regretted her decision of not marrying Ranvijay. But today she was given another chance to be the daughter in law of Sekhawats. She never had any friendly communication with Ranvijay but with Randhir she had a warm relationship. From both of their ends things were more sorted from the beginning. But they never thought of it in that way. As her father already declared her as the future of Ranvijay. Arjun couldn't stop admiring Myra's watchful eyes. Randhir was always Arjun's first choice as Ragini's husband because Ranvijay's personality was deep and heavy. For a girl like Ragini, being a wife of Ranvijay wouldn't be that easy due to their conflict of interest and age gap. Because of his father he was silent at that time. Today when he heard about Myra's decision he was more than happy and was about to accept that proposal hurriedly. He raised his voice to speak when Myra halted him mid-way. "I didn't ask you, Arjun. Don't repeat the same mistake like your father did. Let her decide." Ragini looked at Myra with wide eyes. The girl whom she hated most was always there for her support. She chose the bed of thrones instead of her. Even today she was prioritizing her choices over anything. She wished Myra would have come earlier in their life. "I will marry him. But will he?" She knew she had betrayed her brother once. For him believing her would be difficult. "No one is pushing you. Both of you can sit and talk over this matter." Saying that Myra came forward and hugged Arjun by saying, "I missed you brother." Arjun spoke, hugging her back. "I missed you too." Ragini was still in a dilemma to initiate a hug. The girl once called illegitimate is no one but an Italian Mafia. What else she could do at that time she didn't know. But she understood that Myra's decision was taken for her benefit only. Ranvijay heard the entire story and asked Randhir again, "Do you want to marry her?" "I want to talk to her personally. I cannot disrespect Bhabisa's request. But I need to think about it also." "Randhir, with marriage there comes numerous responsibilities. Remember Ragini is a girl who got her trust broken. She is way too fragile and if you think of marrying her then be responsible enough to protect her and love her." "Bhai, when you got married did you also vow to love bhabisa?" "Don't ask me Randhir. That's the major turning point. We both vowed something else but ended up doing something else. You never know what a woman is capable of until you give her a chance. She can love and hate. She can save and kill. Depends on where you are pushing her."
