"Please don't answer his call in front of me," Hyuk Soo discovers through her phone screen. He quickly takes her phone away from her hand and rejects Junsu's call.
"What exactly are you doing? Please return my phone!" So Eun demands that he return her cellphone. She reached out her hand to reclaim her phone, but the tall man in front of her drew her in even closer and engulfed her in his embrace.
"Oppa! What's the matter with you? Let me go!!" She is attempting to flee, but her strength is incomparable to his. The more she struggles, the stronger Hyuk Soo's embrace becomes. She is unable to flee.
Hyuk Soo didn't say anything and just held onto her even tighter, inhaling her scent that he had been longing for. He cuddles up to her crown and hides his face in her hair. He closes his eyes and wishes that this moment when she is in his embrace would last forever.
So Eun, realizing that her attempt to flee is a waste of her strength, gradually surrenders for him. She let Hyuk Soo tightly hug her. The feeling of his embrace is very familiar. "Oppa... Gwenchana (it's all right)... You are not alone; I am now present... You may return to sleep..." So Eun is aware that Hyuk Soo may not have fully awoken in this situation. She can't bear the pain caused by his agony any longer, so she refuses to listen to his half-asleep conversation.
She let Hyuk Soo cry out all of his tears while clinging to her hand and gently stroking his hair. She is attempting to make him feel at ease so that he can return to his sleep without having any nightmares. She follows him until he returns to his sleep and falls asleep beside him.
It is already morning when Hyuk Soo awakens from his sleep, his head dizzy from being drunk all night. He tried to wake up from his position by holding his dizzy head with his hand, but he felt something heavy on his stomach. He slowly opened his sleepy eyes to discover that So Eun had fallen asleep on his stomach while holding his other hand. To grasp the situation, Hyuk Soo must blink several times. He is perplexed as to why he wakes up in So Eun's room rather than his own.
As he slowly regains consciousness, the incident that occurred last night when he entered her room drunkenly resurfaces in his mind. He also recalls snatching her phone away when Junsu called her the night before. He recalls everything that happened between them, including their half-asleep conversation.
"Crap! Why am I being so embarrassing?" He curses himself in hushed tones, afraid of waking her up. Hyuk Soo must return to his own room as soon as possible before his manager discovers his absence. But seeing So Eun's sleeping face up close makes him want to stay even longer. He slowly extends his hand and gently strokes her hair.
"When you decide to push me out of your life, you must do so until the end. You should have pushed me outside and abandoned me... You should not have let me stay here, no matter how pitiful I appear to you "He speaks quietly to the sleeping So Eun.
He gradually awakens, his hand supporting her head. He places his face on the couch directly in front of So Eun's face after successfully sitting on the floor. He brushed her hair away from her face while admiring her lovely figure.
