Hyuk Soo is surprised to see So Eun standing in front of him. He never imagined meeting that woman at that particular library. He has no idea how to react to her appearance there, so he can only blink his eyes several times. So Eun just stares at him silently, as if she doesn't know what to say. Worse, she doesn't want to see him and despises the fact that she has to meet him now.
"Ah... Emm... What a coincidence to meet you here," Hyuk Soo stammered as he stroked his neck. He is extremely nervous and awkward. He makes a concerted effort to greet her, but So Eun remains silent. As a result, the actor concludes that So Eun wishes for him to simply vanish right there and then. Maybe she's still mad at him.

"Do you mind taking a walk with me?" she finally asks. Hyuk Soo immediately turned around and looked in her direction. So Eun's expression shows a glimmer of hope, or so he wishes.
"Perhaps over a cup of coffee together?" she suggests. Hyuk Soo is once again taken aback by her question. He assumed she wanted him to leave, but the actress invited him to go for a casual walk with her. She appears to be less tense towards him now. Hyuk Soo can't help but to feel happy about that. He can't keep his smile from showing.
"Sure," he says, a big smile on his face.
The two people buy their favorite beverage and go for a walk along the nearby river. Fortunately, the surroundings are relatively empty, allowing them to enjoy their time together without fear of being noticed by unwanted attention as celebrities. They stop and enjoy the drinks when they reach a wooden bridge. So Eun takes her time inhaling the night air, which is both fresh and cold to her. Her face is bright with joy.
"Emm... So Eun-ah. I got the invitation from you. I appreciate you sending it to me. Congratulations on your marriage! "Hyuk Soo recalled the wedding invitation he had received from her.
Even though it is a painful thing for him to say, he must express his joy at her happiness. He may never have another opportunity to meet her directly again. So Eun turns to face Hyuk Soo, and it appears that the actress is struggling to understand what Hyuk Soo means. When she remembered the wedding invitation and realized what he was up to, she burst out laughing, which confused the man.

"Hye Su is the one who is getting married. My college buddy. Do you remember her?" So Eun asks Hyuk Soo once more. The actor is attempting to recall who Hye Su is, and after a brief pause, a familiar face appears in his mind. Kim Hye Su, a girl with short hair, is So Eun's close friend. Hyuk Soo nods slowly, recalling the person she mentioned.
"You know, she's become a big fan of yours now. She enjoys all of your drama. So she asked for my assistance in sending you the invitation because she was concerned that you wouldn't remember her name and thus wouldn't be interested in attending her wedding. "Ah..." Hyuk Soo nods, understanding why So Eun burst out laughing as he congratulates her on her wedding. Her bestfriend is the one who is getting married, not her.
"So, how about you?" he can't help but feels curious.
"And how about me?" So Eun, not knowing what he means by that, asks him again.
"When are you going to get married? Together with Lee Junsu...." As he mentioned this, Hyuk Soo's voice gradually became lower. He doesn't want to bring it up, but he is intrigued. Even though it's difficult to imagine, he still asks her.
".... I ended things with him..." So Eun answers the actor's question hesitantly. She gives the topic an awkward smile. Her thoughts are drawn back to the events of seven months ago, on the day she broke up with Junsu.
"I believe you, and I know you'll gradually let me know if you think I need to know. As a result, I'm waiting for you. I'm all right... Don't feel bad about what happened." So Eun smiles warmly as she holds his hand.
Junsu sighs deeply as he slowly pulls his hand away from her and stares at the table, lowering his gaze to avoid hers. So Eun is perplexed as to why Junsu suddenly put a distance between them, and she isn't happy about it.
"So Eun-ah... Aren't you jealous? Are you not upset with me? Or perhaps you're frustrated or dissatisfied with me?" Junsu slowly fixes his gaze on her, attempting to find answers through her eyes.
"I... " So Eun is unable to continue the sentences because she does not know the answer. Is she really not jealous that another girl is openly attempting to make a move on her boyfriend? Is she not frustrated nor dissapointed? She realizes, after much thought, that she has no negative feelings about it. Despite the fact that a girl has just huged her boyfriend, she remains calm and serene. Is it because she has complete faith in Junsu?
"Do you ever love me So Eun?" Junsu carefully questions the actress.
"Junsu-ah... I feel so fortunate to have a man like you who genuinely loves me; I always feel happy and comfortable when I am with you; you are important in my life..." So Eun tries to encourage him and express her true feelings. She wants Junsu to understand the significance of his presence in her daily life.
"That's correct... However, there is no emotion turmoil in our relationship. I have the impression that you are attempting to accept all of my love with an open hand, but you are not as desperate as I am because you do not share my feelings... So Eun-ah, you don't love me "The singer is attempting to reveal the truth that he has been attempting to conceal.
"We can't keep our relationship going like this... I don't want to watch you try to convince yourself to stay with me when your heart has never truly belonged to me... I tried everything I could to make you fall in love with me, but I've had enough... I apologize..." Junsu expresses his deep feelings to So Eun with a bitter smile.
"Junsu-ah..." So Eun is unable to continue what she is saying after that. She feels terrible, but apologizing to Junsu in that situation feels wrong. She can't even deny his statement about her feeling. She is unsure whether continuing this kind of relationship will be beneficial to both parties, so she is unable to speak further.
"It's fine to break up with me... Thank you for giving me a chance. At the very least, I would not be regretful because I did my best..." Junsu gets to his feet and walks out of So Eun's apartment. The actress is alone as she stares silently at the closed door. That night, So Eun spent her time contemplating her relationship with Junsu.
So Eun checked her phone when she woke up the next morning, as has become her habit. Junsu would usually greet her in the morning and sweet talk her. However, she discovers no message from him that morning. It does feel different without Junsu in her daily life. She can't believe they've ended their relationship.
So Eun was shocked to hear a noise outside. There appear to be a lot of people going back and forth on the hallway. So Eun sneaks a peek and discovers that a lot of things are being moved out of Junsu's place. She is perplexed as to why they keep taking Junsu's belongings from his apartment, which is when she discovers Junsu exiting his apartment with a suitcase.
"Are you going somewhere?" So Eun asks him immediately. Junsu gives her his usual friendly smile.
"I'm choosing to leave; I think it might be awkward to stay as a neighbor with your ex, right?" he says casually, his friendly smile never leaving his face. So Eun is about to respond to his word when Junsu cuts her off.
"I'm leaving, stay healthy... goodbye," Junsu said as he walked away, never looking back. Junsu has completely disappeared from her life. So Eun expects to feel empty and lonely as the man who has always been with her suddenly leaves her. But she doesn't feel anything.
"Is it because of me?" So Eun is brought back to the present by Hyuk Soo's responses. She needs to take her time to understand his question. Lee Hyuk Soo, that man, has a significant impact on her life. But she refuses to admit it right away.
"Where do you get your confidence from, oppa?" She laughs quietly. He never changes; he always exudes the air of a haughty, self-assured, and lovely jerk. He doesn't smile, and he watches her laugh intently, but his eyes are filled with anticipation.
"Please just answer my question honestly... Is it because of me that you broke up with him? Because even though it is rude for me, I really hope so..." Hyuk Soo looks at her, hopeful. As he waits for her response, his eyes are pleading.
"It's not because of you... It's because of me," she finally says. Hyuk Soo is perplexed by what she means, and the actor can only look at her with a puzzled expression.
"I did a lot of bad things for Junsu; when he confessed his feelings for me for the first time, I rejected him because I wasn't ready to start a new relationship... But when he distanced himself from me and stated that he only wanted to be a friend, when he decided to go on a blind date, I was disappointed and told him that I liked him... I was always playing with his emotions "She pauses before continuing.
"Nonetheless, Junsu is always kind to me and lavishes me with his love... He tried his hardest to breathe new life into my life and give me his entire heart... But, on the other hand... I can't stop my heart from being swayed when you return into my life...." So Eun lowers her gaze to avoid Hyuk Soo's gaze, embarrassed to admit her true feelings.
"Even with Junsu by my side, I can't help but be greedy because of your presence... I was being a bad person who caused Junsu great harm... I just can't control myself or my heart when you're around... I had a boyfriend, but I... I miss you... I...." As Hyuk Soo suddenly connects their lips together,So Eun is unable to finish her sentence.
The actor kisses her passionately, as if he has been longing for it and can't contain his excitement. Her confession fills him with joy. He finally learns from her that So Eun still harbors the same feelings for him that he harbors for her. He kisses her like there's no tomorrow. He can't bear the thought of losing her.
So Eun can't stop crying because she can finally taste his lip after a long time. She has yearned for his close presence for what feels like years. She closes her eyes as she lets the man kiss her and accepts his lip.
"I miss you...So, could you please get back to me?" Hyuk Soo gently whispers as they break their kiss to breathe air into their lungs. The actor desperately beg her to stay with him. He holds her close and cups her cheeks.
So, instead of responding to his confession with a word, the actress begins another kiss to express her feelings. She terribly miss him like an idiot and she pull out all of her feeling through the long passionate kiss between them.
His pupils are dilated. He'd never been so attached to someone before. But it's different with her. Instead of saying anything, So Eun grabs his collar and pulls him closer. She kisses him deeply and passionately. So Eun expresses her love with a kiss. Hyuk Soo pulls her waist in closer for a deeper kiss. They are unwilling to let go. Their last separation made them appreciate each other even more. They will now begin to learn and love again. Love is a never-ending process of understanding and accepting one's partner. Love is about forgiving and sticking together during difficult times.
