"I will explain later Taero when I'm home. I'm going there now!" Nique replied to Taero.
The gusy are sulking. They had talk to do this, no one would speak first to Nique when she's arrived.
No one greets her.
Nique noticed the sad faces of her housemates.
"Why all frowned?" Nique asked in mind. Then she thought the reason for sure is herself, for being missing in 4 days. The guys really worried about her. She couldn't be contacted because of the phone that was off that might make them more worried about her.
"I'm really sorry guys!" She began to speak.
"I went to Nayiba Island with my friend and I didn't use my car, we went together. We're hurried and so I just brought my car inside the gate and parked in the garage then left with my friend."
A meanwhile, seems guys ignored her when talking.
But she continued to explain. But she didn't mention about Lauver. She just makes an excuse for the phone that was off. She also used the bad weather for the delayed of travel back. But that was true. They were about to leave that day when the weather suddenly turned bad because of the coming typhoon.
The guys are still quiet. Nique sensed the reason why. But she knew they are just sulking.
After a while, she looked for the souvenirs from her things. She took these out.
"Guys, I bought souvenirs from Nayiba Island it's all for you!" She said cheerfullly as she shows these up. Trying to cheer the frowning face.
Pomilo and Bruz suddenly looked at her. While Zeira and Taero controlling themselves. Forcing themselves to ignore Nique. But Pomilo and Bruz looked to each other, their eyes talked. Suddenly they ran to Nique.
"Where is mine?" Bruz said.
"I want this one!" Pomilo said.
The two are picking their want.
"Come on guys, If you two don't want it we will take it all." Pomilo said. He is referring the two, Zeira and Taero.
"Stops sulking guys, Nique was already here and she's fine! We need to cheer up for her coming back!" Bruz said.
Then Taero and Zeira looked to each other. They got both realized what had Bruz said. The two suddenly ran.
"Hey, hey, hey, I want that too." Zeira said.
"I pick this one. And this one, and this one." Taero said while choosing his want.
Nique was happy, because the frowning faces now are full of excitement choosing their wants. They are also happy now with the souvenirs she brought.
Zeira went to Nique's room so that they can have a girl talk because what Nique mentioned earlier did not escape to Zeira's ears. Even she pretends ignoring Nique.
"Who's friend in Nayiba Island?" Zeira asked her. Nique has no idea that Zeira knew about Lauver and her before were together there when she was invited with her client Mrs. Tashya in a celebration event in Nayiba Island.
"Ahm.." Nique was not ready for this question of Zeira, she can't build in mind an excuse.
"It's Lauver?" Zeira confidently sure.
Nique couldn't speak.
"Am I right!" Zeira was happy!
"Am I right!, you can't lie to me. Since me and Lauver were also became friends, there are time that he had mentioned that to me, the Nayiba Island." Then she smiled as if she teases Nique.
"Zeira, is there's something in my nape?" Then she turned around to show her nape to Zeira. She held up her hair and shown her nape.
Zeira was curious.
"Nope, there's nothing!" Zeira said.
"Why?" Zeira asked.
"Never mind it." Nique said.
Then Zeira began to ask what had happened when Nique was in Nayiba Island with Lauver. Nique shared to Zeira about how they went there uplanned and some memorable moments except the strange things, about the Strange World. Because it was just Lauver and herself only understands about this. They are just the two relates.
The best friends met at the nearest coffee shop in Wilmon's place. At this time he is wearing eye glasses not his black shades.
"You're not dazzled?" Lauver asked.
"No, eye glasses is much better to wear than black shades at night."
Lauver laughed.
"Good, that even that's clear you're no longer dazzled."
The service crew suddenly arrived holding a tray of their orders.
"Thank you!" Lauver said to the crew.
Then the crew left.
"Why it feels like I'm relieved?" Wilmon suddenly said.
"What?"
"Knowing that Nique knew now about what I had done, what we had done."
"Me too. But I really feel embarrassed that time when she said it to me, that I told everything to her when I was drunk."
Wilmon decided to meet Nique. He told Lauver that he wants to apologize in person. And after, he will stop stalking, hacking and tracking Nique. Lauver agreed.
Wilmon also said, Lauver was there and Nique's already found him out that he's the man that she was looking for. Because Lauver also shared to his best friend even before about the strange things he experiences, about the sudden goes in the Strange Place that he called before as Other World.
Now it was Strange Place. When Nique and Lauver found out each other they decided to call it as Strange Place.
"Hello?" Nique answered the phone. It was Lauver on the other line.
"You're not going yet to sleep?"
"I'm just laying down on my bed."
"I want to tell you something."
"What is that?" Then Nique got up to sit.
"You're not mad at Wilmon, right?" He asked to make it sure first.
"Why should I be mad?"
"Okay!" Lauver sensed it. She's not mad anymore. No, she didn't mad even before. He corrected himself.
"Wilmon wants to meet you." He said.
"Why?"
"He really wants to apologize."
"How's his eyes by the way?"
"It's still weird. Actually it is not just us who experiencing strange, he also."
"What?" Nique was shocked.
"But his situation is different than us. He just experienced the strange things happening to himself when he made his mistake to you."
"What do you mean?"
"It's because of you!"
But Lauver already told it to her when they were at the Lighthouse. That she's the reason why Wilmon always wear black shades. After their conversation she remembered it.
