"Iseul-ah, let's go on a date," said Ro Woon, who entered Iseul's office. He stood, leaning his arm on the table, and looked at Iseul intently.
"mwo?"Iseul asked confusedly.
         "we.... Go on a date?" asks Iseul again, unsure. Ro Woon just nodded and smiled cheerfully.
           "wae? "Are you planning something for me?" Iseul asked curiously
"Well, I know we've gone out together before, but I think we've never really spent our time as a man and woman together; well, I just want to spend my time with you by walking together on the street, eating street food, etc., something like that. " Ro Woon explained this to Iseul. The woman can only stare at him blankly and cannot say anything. Is this some kind of confession of love from the man or what? Seeing Iseul's still-silent face, Ro Woon somehow felt scared that she would refuse his offer.
"Anjoha (dislike)?" asked Ro Woon, straightening his position. There was a disappointed expression on Ro Woon's face. Iseul was the first woman he asked to date, but she didn't seem interested in doing that with him.
               "Johayo!! (I like it)" Iseul said quickly. She didn't even understand why she had to answer that question so quickly; it seemed that she was really excited about the man's plan.
"really?" Ro Woon smiled happily. 
"Ne," said Iseul, smiling back at him.
"If so, let's go!" Ro Woon said to Iseul. Iseul nodded and stood up from her seat; the two then came out of Iseul's room together and caught up with the other employees.
"Woaah, it looks like someone's going out together. Our office couple will go on a date," teased Si Woo to them. Dong Hyun also makes a suspicious smile and joins in to tease them while Boem Suk and Suk Chin just exchange glances and Yoon Hee smiles nicely at them.
"Aissh, stop teasing us like that," Ro Woon said, embarrassed by the actions of his employees.
"Director Kim, aren't you outrageous?" "Should you show us about your and Iseul Nama's intimate relationship in the office as well?" Dong Hyun continued his teasing.
"ah jinja?"Ro Woon asked and looked at Iseul, and he wrapped his arm around Iseul's shoulder.
"You mean like this? Should I kiss her too?" Ro Woon asked
"Yak!" said Iseul, landing a gentle punch on Ro Woon's chest, embarrassed by the physical contact he suddenly made. Everyone in the office laughed out loud as they caught Iseul's red face. Ro Woon then tells his employees to go home and rest immediately before he and Iseul leave the office first.
Iseul is now in front of the building, waiting for Ro Woon, who leaves to pick up his car. She looked at the sky and smiled at herself as she watched the beautiful stars in the sky.
"Waiting for director Kim Unni?" ask Yoon Hee, who is now standing next to Iseul.
"Oh Yoon Hee-ah, do you want to go home now?" ask Iseul back. Yoon Hee just nodded and then fell silent again.
"Unni," yells Yoon Hee again doubtfully.
"Waeyo?" asked the confused Iseul, who caught her doubt.
"May I ask you something?"Yoon Hee asked again, but there was still a restless expression on her face.
"What is it?" Just ask me... The designer gave Yoon Hee a warm smile and told her that she would be fine with everything Yoon Hee wanted to ask her. 
"That... did you... em.. do you want a house with a swimming pool in it?" forest background on the wall? Pictures of the sky on the roof and huge swings in the yard? "Is that your dream home?" Yoon Hee asked in the end. 
"Non... oddeoke arra" (you, "How do you know"), ask Iseul, confused, and see Yoon Hee observing her expression.
"that's because...."Yoon Hee seems hesitant to tell Iseul. 
She's not sure if telling Iseul about all of this now is the right thing to do; Iseul is already engaged to Ro Woon. Somehow, she was afraid that if she told Iseul about this, she would put their relationship in a bad situation, but on the other hand, she really wanted to tell her about that truth about her cousin, Kim Ji Hoon.
"Didn't I say in our first meeting that I felt like I'd never seen you before? Do you remember that, unni?" "I just realized now that I've actually really seen you. Yoon Hee tells Iseul slowly.
"Ne, I remember... where did you see me?" Iseul asked
"Nan, I saw your picture before, on my oppa's phone, at an architectural exhibition," said Yoon Hee. Her mind drags her back to past memories when she sees a photo of Iseul on Ji Hoon's phone.
"Oppaa," says Yoon Hee when she opens the door to Ji Hoon's room. She is used to spending time with Ji Hoon in his room; she will ask him to help her do her homework or tell a lot of stories from her daily activities at school.
"Where is he?" Yoon Hee muttered when she couldn't see the man anywhere in his room.
Ahjumma, "Is Ji Hoon oppa out?" She asked the aunt, who had just passed her, and walked to the kitchen.
"He hasn't come back yet. Just wait for him inside. I'll prepare dinner. You sleep here tonight, oke?" Mrs. Kim said this to her nephew. This is not the first time Yoon Hee sleeps in Ji Hoon's apartment; she usually sleeps in an empty room next to Ji Hoon's room.
"Ne ahjumma," said Yoo Hee, entering Ji Hoon's room. 
She saw some papers on Ji Hoon's desk. She then approached the desk and saw the design of the house on the desk. The girl takes the paper and looks at each picture. It looks like Ji Hoon wants to build a house with a swimming pool inside.
"This design is unique; I would love to live in a house like this," said Yoon Hee, then sat on the sofa near the table and observed the details of the design.
"Cekkleek," suddenly Ji Hoon appeared from the door with a frustrated and sad face.
Yoon Hee looks at Ji Hoon with a confused feeling, trying to figure out what happened to him. Ji Hoon notices that his cousin is there; he then approaches Yoon Hee and sits next to her, putting his phone between them. He could see that Yoon Hee was holding the design of the house that he wanted to show Iseul with sad eyes. He grinned sadly to himself.
"Are you on a project to build this house, Oppa?" Yoon Hee asked intriguingly. 
"How I wish I could let her know about this... Ji Hoon muttered sadly as he took the design paper from Yoon Hee. Suddenly, Ji Hoon's phone received a message, and Ji Hoon just stared at his phone with no interest and didn't want to read the message. Yoon Hee also looked at Ji Hoon's phone, and she saw there was a picture of a girl on his wallpaper.
             "why don't you read your message?"Yoon Hee asked curiously, and I took his phone. Ji Hoon still did not give any reaction. Yoon Hee then closes the message screen to see the wallpaper. She could see a beautiful girl was observing the building model; the picture was taken from the side of her back, but Yoon Hee could see the small side of her face from the side; she must be a beautiful girl.
"Nugunde (who is he)?" "Oppa yeojachinggu (Oppa's girlfriend)?" asked Yoon Hee while showing the wallpaper to Ji Hoon. The man then turned his gaze to the mobile phone and saw Iseul's picture on his wallpaper.
"that girl... Isn't she beautiful? "She always knew how to keep me smiling; I felt very comfortable with her," said Ji Hoon, smiling.
"Introduce him to me, Oppa; I also want to know your girlfriend." Yoon Hee said it excitedly.
"She's not my girlfriend, Yoon Hee-ah... I never even had the chance to tell her that I liked her so much, I think. I fell in love with her... "I love her," said Ji Hoon, who took his phone from Yoon Hee and gently touched the screen.
"Today I made her leave me. Because of my childish actions, I made her leave me." Ji Hoon said something condescending to his face. Yoon Hee can see the sadness in his voice; his eyes lose their light, and his face looks so gloomy and dark.
"It has happened a long time ago, that's why I've forgotten about it, but... when oppa had an accident and I saw how worried unni was about oppa, I felt that there must be something between you two... and yesterday, when unni told us about your engagement, I could feel pain in oppa's heart after he learned about it, so I guess... oppa still has feelings for you, unni  Yoon Hee said in a low voice, imagining how much her oppa was hurt about all of that.
There was a huge blow in Iseul's heart after she listened to all the stories from Yoon Hee; she really never knew before that Ji Hoon had the same feelings as her. She just realized that her love story is not a one-sided love story anymore.
"Odinde (where is he)?" "Ji Hoon oppa... jigem odinde (where is he now)?" Iseul can't wait to see that man now.
"I think he's in his apartment now, "R" apartment, twelfth floor No. 201," said Yoon Hee, giving the address of Ji Hoon's apartment.
              Without thinking any longer, Iseul quickly ran over and stopped a taxi. She really wanted to meet the guy now; she really wanted to ask him directly about his feelings, and she also wanted to tell him her true feelings.
Ro Woon had just come out of the parking area when he saw Iseul running quickly and stopped the taxi. She seemed to rush into a taxi and go somewhere. Ro Woon feels confused about it and is curious why the woman looks so panicked. He decided to follow Iseul from behind.
On the other hand, Ji Hoon came out of his apartment with an angry expression on his face. He had just had dinner with his mother in his apartment; a little later, Hyori also came out of Ji Hoon's apartment and followed the man from behind. She ran to follow his fast pace, which seemed really angry at her right now.
"Oppa! Ji Hoon oppa! Mianhe..."Hyori tried to stop Ji Hoon, but he didn't seem to care and continued walking with a sullen face.
"Mianhe... nomu mianhe... Ji Hoon oppa mianhe!" Hyori shouted at the end, making Ji Hoon stop his steps and turn around to look at her.
"Why did you lie to my mother about our relationship?" Ji Hoon asked coldly to Hyori.
"Mianhe... it's because I like you so much, oppa, and I really want to be with you, and you know that... ", explains Hyori.
"But... it's not right to say that you're my girlfriend; we both know it's not right, Hyori-ah, and I don't like anyone lying no matter what the reason is!" Ji Hoon said in a high voice to make Hyori startled. It's the first time Ji Hoon gets angry and yells at her.
Hyori and Ji Hoon were partners when they filmed a show called Family Outing; they were paired together on the show. 
Ji Hoon always treated her well as a girl and was gentle as always, which really made Hyori fall in love with him. Hyori has confessed to him about her feelings several times, and she doesn't hesitate to show her feelings directly, even in public, but Ji Hoon only sees her as a friend and rejects her directly because he doesn't want to hurt her feelings more by pretending that he can accept and return her love when in fact he can't. 
But Hyori isn't the kind of woman who gives up easily when she wants something; she does a lot to make Ji Hoon want to love her back, even lying to his family about their relationship. She thinks that if she can get close to his family, maybe Ji Hoon will finally accept her. That night, Mrs. Kim invites her to their family dinner, and Ji Hoon learns about her lies from there.
"So what should I do, Oppa?" "I like you so much; I really want to always spend my time with you. I know that you still can't love me back, but why should you shout at me like this?" Hyori started crying and looked at Ji Hoon, who was angry at her. Ji Hoon sighed, and looking at Hyori, whose eyes were teary, he felt guilty for yelling at her like that.
"Is it too hard for you to accept me?" "Can't you feel that I really love you, Oppa?" Ask Hyori again. Ji Hoon approached Hyuri and gently patted her shoulder, stroking her back to calm her down.
"Mianhe. "—that's the only word Ji Hoon can say to the crying woman in front of him.
"Is there another girl you like?" "Can't I be like her?" Hyori asked with a trembling voice.
"Mianhe.."Ji Hoon said again.
Hyori really understands what Ji Hoon's answer means; she understands that she has never even had a place in his life. Hyori rubbed her tears with the back of her hand and then wrapped her hands around Ji Hoon's waist, hugging him tightly. Ji Hoon is surprised when Hyori suddenly hugs him and tries to get himself away from Hyori.
"Changkaman (just a moment)... in just a short time,.. I really want to hug you like this for a short time, and after this, I promise I'll never bother you again." Hyori said, hugging Ji Hoon tightly. 
She tightens her arms and rests her head on the man's stocky chest. Ji Hoon can't do anything about it, so he decides to let Hyori go because he knows Hyori will definitely keep her word. Ji Hoon then hugged her back and rubbed her back, trying to calm her down.
Without Ji Hoon and Hyori noticing, Iseul had observed the two of them from behind a wall not far from their place. She could clearly see how the two people hugged each other. Iseul sighed deeply and felt a great and deep pain in her heart.
She only hoped that her first love might work this time, but it felt like she was now being hit by a sharp knife to the chest; her hopes were completely cracked. She then turns around to leave Ji Hoon and Hyori alone. Her tears began to overflow into her cheeks; she could only wipe them with her hands. She entered the elevator and went to the ground floor again.
After she reached the first floor, she could see Ro Woon walking towards her. She quickened her pace and approached Ro Woon, then hugged him tightly when she was right in front of him. She sank her face into his chest.
            "I'm so stupid, right? You're right—first love never works," said Iseul, leaning her cheek over Ro Woon's chest. Ro Woon raises his hand and hugs her back. He strokes her hair and makes Iseul cry harder, tightening her arms. Her heart has been broken again and again because of the same love.
