Iseul doesn't remember how she got there, but she realizes that she has been at the door of Ji Hoon's room. She was daydreaming alone there; he wanted to see the man to make sure that he was fine one last time, but he was not brave enough to enter. 
 
He felt that he had gone mad for having accepted the marriage, but he had no other choice. And today, he decided to meet with Ji Hoon for the last time. She just wants to see the man as her love one last time, to say goodbye to him, and to really let him go. 
 
Perhaps seeing her in person and hearing that she is getting married soon will give her the strength to keep going and never look back again. Perhaps telling the guy that he would belong to someone directly would give him a reason not to meet his first love again and no longer hope that the guy would reciprocate his feelings. 
 
Iseul tries to stabilize her heart and is ready to open the door, but when she touches the door handle, she pulls her hand back and sighs in frustration. Her heart beats so hard that it makes her feel breathless.
 
"Would you like to visit her, Miss?" asked a nurse who was watching Iseul, who had been daydreaming all the time.
 
"Aniya," the designer answered nervously.
 
           "then ... "May I know why you keep standing at Inu's door?" Ask the nurse again.
 
"Ah... Me... Ehm... Anniya... It's okay..." Iseul said in the end. He canceled his plan to meet Ji Hoon and turned the body ready to go. But after he took one step, he again approached the nurse.
 
           "May I ask you something?"Iseul asked the nurse
 
"Yes, Miss..." answered the nurse.
 
"How's the condition?" Is he getting better? "He didn't have any serious injuries, did he?" Tanya Iseul cannot hide her worries about Ji Hoon's condition. She was really curious about the man's current condition, but she couldn't afford to easily ask Yoon Hee or the others about his state because she was afraid that people might be aware of his hidden feelings for the man.
 
Nurses appear hesitant to answer Iseul's condition, but hospital protocols say that they should keep their patient's personal information and condition confidential from outside parties unless they are their family or relatives.
 
"Sorry, miss, but we should keep such information only for the patient's family and relatives. Is it possible that you are one of them?" May I know your name? "I will convey to him that you want to meet him," said the nurse.
 
"Aniya, I can't meet him... and I don't want to if she finds out that I came here." Iseul said sadly. Even though he couldn't meet her and talk to her in person, he just wanted to know her condition right now. She really wanted to make sure that the man was okay.
 
The nurse is able to capture Iseul's grief and her worries; she thinks that Iseul may not be a bad person and will not harm the patient. Somehow, he feels that the woman really cares about Ji Hoon, and they must have a close relationship.
 
"Well, actually, his condition is better now. He had a back injury, but he doesn't look like a suffering person. I think the patient will leave this hospital soon." In the end, the nurse decided to tell Iseul.
 
           "jinja? "Is he okay now?" Tanya Iseul can't hide her happy expression. There was a gleam of relief and happiness in his eyes after hearing the news. 
 
"Yes, Lady, the patient is fine now," said the smiling nurse, looking at Iseul happy.
 
"Gomawo. You've already told me," Iseul said sincerely. Anita bowed her body to the nurse and left Ji Hoon's room. She decided not to come to see the man again.
 
            On the other hand, Ji Hoon is now alone in his room. He stood by the window and enjoyed the view of the garden outside from inside the room. His room is located on the fifth floor, and from the room, he can see a lot of things around this building. He could see some patients in the park with their families or lovers, enjoying the fresh air together. 
 
Ji Hoon smiled to see the scene, but there was a bitter taste that appeared in his heart. Her little eyes suddenly widened as she caught the figure of a beautiful woman walking alone through the park. He walked while staring at the ground at a slow pace. Although the man couldn't see her face directly, he was convinced that the woman was Iseul.
 
"Iseul..." Joong Kook muttered to himself. He was really happy to see the woman there, and he was really happy to think that the woman had finally come to the hospital to visit him. She almost turned around and was ready to leave her room to meet the designer, but she immediately stopped her steps when she saw another man coming near her.
 
"Song Iseul!" screamed a man happy to see Iseul there. The woman was surprised to hear her name called. He raised his head and found a familiar-looking man smiling broadly in front of him.
 
         "Gary oppa?"Iseul asked hesitantly.
 
              He dropped his jaw and looked at the man blankly. It was the first time they met again after a very long time. Gary was still standing there quietly, showing his smile; it seemed like he was waiting for Iseul to really realize his presence.
 
           "Yak Kang Gary!"Iseul shouted at the end. She finally realized that she was not wrong to see the man there. Iseul then ran happily and jumped to hug her.
 
           "Aigoo Ask Gary to greet Iseul and hug her back.
 
"Oppa... is this really you?" ask Iseul again.
 
"Yeah, Song Iseul... You haven't changed at all, even after you studied abroad? "Let's chat for a while," Gary said, leading Iseul to sit on a park bench.
 
                 They are happy to chat and tell each other about their current activities. Iseul even tells Gary that she is engaged to her director and asks Gary to come to their engagement ceremony. They were so close when they were still studying on campus. Gary is Sunbae Iseul, and he is the one who helped her adapt on campus. They are so close, like twins, and Gary is really like his own brother.
 
"Why are you here, Oppa?" Ask Iseul later, "Are you sick?"
 
"I came to visit a friend; what about you?" Ask Gary back.
 
"Me too," said Iseul, smiling awkwardly considering that she didn't really visit anyone here.
 
"Well, Iseul-ah, let's have lunch one day; I'll come to your office to pick you up; introduce me to your fiance," Gary said to Iseul. She stroked Iseul's hair gently.
 
"Ne oppa, let's go," Iseul said with a wide smile.
 
Gary and Iseul didn't realize that since Ji Hoon had been watching them all the time, he was just secretly watching them. Ji Hoon knows Gary. The figures Iseul and Gary seem so close to each other; this is something familiar to the burly man. He recalls times in the past when he saw the woman appear to smile happily at Gary when the man made a joke or deliberately teased her. 
 
Their closeness seems the same as it used to be, and Ji Hoon's feelings when he watched them aren't really any different from the memories of his past; his feelings are still the same. He could feel the heavy pressing on his chest every time he saw Iseul along with Gary, just like before.
