On the weekend
    The weekend went exactly as planned.So Eun goes on a date with Young Kwang. They meet at lunch time. They eat at a private restaurant with a romantic view. Young Kwang prepares everything thoroughly to set a romantic and comfortable atmosphere for So Eun. He asks a waiter to bring So Eun a bouquet of red roses while they are waiting for their meal. So Eun is really happy and satisfied with the lunch.
    After that, they go to the flower festival. They enjoy the beautiful colour of the flowers. They walk side by side, chatting happily. When a petal falls on So Eun's hair, he carefully takes it and caresses her hair. He is a natural sweetheart. She can't control the butterflies in her stomach. It was her first time getting sweet affection like this.
    They continue their date and go to watch a movie. The story is about the adventures of a girl who is caught by a dragon-human. They gradually become closer and fall in love.
    It was dark when they finished the movie. So Eun takes Young Kwang to their last destination. He brings her to an uphill place where they can see a beautiful night view from their place. Soon, a fireworks show start. So Eun is surprised by this, but she is amazed by this beautiful moment.
Three days later
     Every time So Eun visits the library, she can't find Hyuk Soo everywhere. Being curious, she decides to ask the staff. He tells her that Hyuk Soo is taking a short leave for a week due to a personal reason. Thus, she worries about him and texts him.
    "The staff told me that you were taking a leave for a week. Are you sick?" She sends the text.
     Hyuk Soo was in the middle of a photoshoot when he received her text. This week, he got an offer from Seo Hyein to do a weekly fashion magazine photoshoot. His week is booked by this fashion magazine, so he takes a leave from the library. He becomes the main model of this weekly series, so his schedule is full.
    He takes a glance on his phone and finds So Eun's name. There is a mixed feeling in his heart. Somehow, he is happy when she shows her concern towards him, but when he realizes that her concern is only as a friend, he can't be pleased at all. He wished to become more than just a friend, but she never thought otherwise. So he put away his phone without giving any reply to her.
   The next day, So Eun has a lunch break with Hye Su at the canteen. She has not had any spirit to eat at all. She discovered that Hyuk Soo had already read her text but hadn't answered at all. She even called him last night, but she can't contact him at all. She is worried sick.
    "Daeebaaaak!" Hye Su's loud voice interrupted her daydreaming. Hye Su shows her phone to So Eun. There is a picture of Hyuk Soo on SNS. It was uploaded by the "man_fashion" magazine's official account. "Take a peep at this week's fashion series" is how they write the caption. There is also a short video of the photoshoot sessions. They even mentioned Hyuk Soo SNS too.
    "Is he a model? I knew it! He always gives a different majestic vibe! " Hye Su makes a fuss. Soo Eun smiles brightly. She is very happy for him. She immediately takes her phone and opens her SNS too. She takes a screenshot of @man_fashion and sends it to Hyuk Soo personally.
    "So this is the reason you take a leave! Congratulation, I'm so happy! I was worried for nothing. Congratulations! You deserve it! "
    Hyuk Soo is typing away. She saw this. She waited for his response. But even after 5 minutes, he sends nothing. He is back offline. Is he that busy now?
    A week has finally passed. Hyuk Soo should work again at the library. So Eun really wants to meet him. These few days feel so empty and cloudy when she can't see his face at all. She misses him. She plans to visit the library as soon as possible.
     It was night when she finished her task. She ran fastly to the library. She didn't want to lose her chance to meet him. When she almost reaches the library, she sees him come out. His shift just ended. He recognized her and she smiled brightly. She waved at him. But he just took a short glance. He definitely saw her, but he just walked away. It confused her.
    She really wants to pursue him, but she needs to wait for a green light. When she was finally able to run after him, he had already walked far away from her.
    "Yak Lee Hyuk Soo! You saw me? Why are you running? " She tries to stop him by calling him out loudly. But he just kept walking.
    "You didn't answer any texts at all. Are you that busy?" She continues to pursue him, but there is no sign of him stopping or responding.She was out of breath, so she stopped.
    "Did I do something to annoy you? Did I hurt your feelings? Why do you keep avoiding me?" She starts to feel sad. Why is he suddenly treating her like this? He totally ignored her. Her eyes were teary.
    "Yak! Mianhe... I said I'm sorry!" There is a crack in her voice. She is actually starting to cry. He hears her voice clearly, he sighs and finally stops. They are on the side of the Han River right now.
    Hyuk Soo gives up. He turned around and looked at her. She looked at him with her puppy teary-eyed. Now he feels guilty. She straightened her back and walked closer to him. He was just staring silently.
    "Tell me.... Why are you avoiding me?" She asks him seriously. He takes a breath, looking at her straight in the eyes.
   "You rejected me," he finally speaks, but his answer makes So Eun frown.
     "Me? When? " She had no idea. Hyuk Soo points out the fact that she didn't take his feelings seriously when he regarded her as his girlfriend. She told him that they were just friends. Isn't that just a rejection?
    "Have you ever told me you like me or asked me to be your girlfriend?"She starts nagging. She points out the fact that all of this time they were going here and there pretending to be lovers. Is it wrong for her to assume that his indirect confession is just part of their routine?He can't blame her for that.
    "If you tell me directly that you are interested in me and ask me to date, then I!" She stops suddenly. Imagining that he would really do that makes her feel flustered. She cleared her throat and began timidly scratching her hair.
    "You couldn't reject me then?" He confronted her.
    "Yes," she instantly replies. "No.... I mean no..." she is bewildered. Soo Hyuk smiles contentedly. He pulled the still flustered So Eun closer and, without any warning, he kissed her lips tenderly, closing his eyes.
    She is shocked, but before she is ready to give feedback, she feels his warm lips leave her. She blinks repeatedly.
    "I like you..." His deep voice made a soft confession. He is staring at her intensely, waiting for her answer. She knew he had put his hopes up.
     She reaches for his cheek with both of her hands, pulls him closer and kisses him back. She kisses him deeply. She wants to convey all of her hidden feelings to him. She wants to make him realize how precious his existence is to her.
    This time, Hyuk Soo is the one who is stunned. He is frozen for a moment, but when he feels her warm and addicted lips, he can't help but deepen their kiss. He pushed her head even closer if it was still possible. His right hand strokes her back while the other hand supports her head strongly. They have a long and passionate kiss.
