"You know what, I felt so lonely last night." Harper looked at Minzy. She remembers how she tried talking to Haruto through messaging him as well, but he seemed like he didn't want to talk.. like he wasn't okay talking to her.
"Why?" Her besy friend asked. But she couldn't say it was maybe because of that.
"Well, one of the reasons, I was home alone cause Hunter went to the grocery store with mom to grab cooking oil cause we suddenly ran out of it."
"Ah-huh." Minzy signaled Harper to continue.
"And... YOU WERE ALSO NOT ANSWERING MY MESSAGES!" Harper snapped out of her. Of course, Minzy too.
"Ahehe. Sorry. You were on mute." She smiled innocently.
"Excuse me?!"
"Wait! It's because you know, you were spamming me the last time we talked through chat and I forgot to turn my notifs on you." Minzy grabbed her phone and gave it to Harper. "Here, turn it back on yourself. Sorry, again." She shrugged.
"Tch." Harper then turned the notifications on her own conversation with Minzy.
"Wait, you have a boyfriend. Didn't you try to talk to Dylan?"
Harper pouted. "I tried to, I spammed him actually. He's the first one I tried talking to."
"He didn't reply?"
"He didn't even read." Harper shrugged. "You think I was on mute on him too? He was active."
Minzh shook her head. "I don't think so. He wouldn't put you on mute. Maybe he was doing something, or talking to someone else important."
"Woa, I suddenly felt jealous?" Harper raised one of her eye brows.
Minzy laughed. "That's not what I'm trying to say. How about Haruto?"
Harper shook her head. "I don't think he wanted to talk."
Her best friend looked out the door. "Speaking of the giant."
She looked at Haruto walking inside the classroom. He made his way to his chair, placed his bag on top of it and made his way back outside.
She stood up. "Ah, Haru-."
"I'll just talk to you later." Haruto just walked past her. He didn't even look.
"Okay, rude?" Harper saw Haruto walked out the classroom and smiled as he faced Leana out there. Harper furrowed her eye brows. "I thought he has a problem with her..."
Minzy looked at her, confused.

"Hold this for me." Harper handed Minzy her badminton racket to tie up her hair. They're on their way to the school's gym for P.E.
"Everybody here?" Ms. Park asked.
"Yes!" The class responded.
The teacher smiled. "Like I told you, you'll be playing badminton today and I see that all of you got your rackets already."
"Everybody warm yourselves up." She called up the class president to lead up the countings.
"Go pick your partners and enjoy playing." The teacher smiled once the warm ups were done.
Minzy then grabbed Harper's hand. "Huh?" She looked at her.
"You might look for Haruto!"
She furrowed her eye brows. "I didn't even think about playing with him first."
"I'm kidding." Minzy laughed and ran to the other side. She was the one serving the shuttlecock.
The game went pretty well. They enjoyed it. Harper is a great player. So as Minzy.
They played for about thirty minutes. "Ah, wait. Let's have a break!" Minzy yelled.
Harper then followed her to the bench and grabbed her tumbler. As she drank water, her attention was caught by Haruto and Jace playing.
"Hey hey! Can you just play calmly?" Jace yelled. His hands on his knees looking at Haruto from the other side of the gym.
Harper sat down beside Minzy. She wiped her sweat using her towel. Both girls watched the boys play. They both look tired but Haruto looked like he still wanted to play. He looked serious though. He's been smashing the whole time.
Harper grabbed Haruto and Jace's towel and water tumblers before walking towards Jace. She passed him his water and towel and walked towards Haruto. She did the same.
He looked so tired and he's sweating so much. His hair looked like he just showered.
"Take a break, people."
Haruto just looked at her straight to her eyes while he was drinking his water. "You good?"
Haruto breathed out. "Thanks." He turned his back and made his way to the bench. He sat there, his head falls back while his eyes are closed. He gulped causing his adams apple to go up and down.
"I wonder what's he thinking about." Harper whispered to Minzy.
"He looks so serious."
"He is." Jace butted in. He sat beside his friend.
Then, what's he serious about? She just thought.

It's now their last period. Harper's eyes roamed around the classroom. She can't find Haruto anywhere. Not even his bag. "Jace!" She caught the boy's attention.
"What?"
"Where's Haruto?"
His eyes also looked around. He shrugged. "Probably went cutting. He might have gone home." He lowered his voice knowing the teacher's still there.
"Ah.. okay."
Jace nodded and brought his eyes back to what he was doing.
"Geez!" Harper was surprised by Minzy causing her to flinch. "You're worried about him, don't you lie."
"I don't know, I'm just wondering about what's going through his mind. He's my friend, Zie. I remember him telling me he can trust me on his problems so I'm waiting." She shrugged.
"Psh. Because of your friendship with him, Dylan might get jealous of you two."
Harper shook her head.
"Okay, everyone, class dismissed!" The teacher smiled. The class became a mess.
Harper stood up and fixed her stuff in her bag. She swung it and wore it. Minzy did the same. "Harp? Let's go the pet shop, please?
She widened her eyes. "I was literally thinking about that before you said it." Both of them laughed.
The girls walked their way out of the campus. They made their way to the bus stop.
While waiting, someone caught Harper's attention from the other side of the street. She squinted her eyes for a better vision. "Is that Dylan?" She asked Minji.
She saw him talking to a girl. "Where?"
The bus finally came, blocking the view.
Harper and Minzy hurriedly went inside the bus. Harper looked out the window to see them again, but she saw them walking away already.
She just sat down with Minzy beside her.
It took them a few minutes before they finally arrived at the pet shop.
They were again, greeted by the workers inside the shop. They made their way to where their puppies are. It's not like they're claiming them, though.
"Hi, is Sky still here?" Minzy asked. Pertaining to one of the puppies in the shop.
The worker. "Ah, no. Someone already got her."
"Oh."
Harper roamed her eyes around. "Where's Coffee?"
"Coffee?" The worker looked at the puppies, finding the puppy. "Ah, there!"
She pointed at a guy who's currently petting Coffee. She looked so happy with him, playing with his fingers, biting on it. He chuckled. He smiled as he looked at Coffee, petting her.
"Haruto."
