PEARL WINSTON POV~
It's been a week since I told Bryson about Mr. Thomas
I feel light talking to him but I still didn't tell him why I ran away.
We sleep together, cuddle with each other, steal kisses with each other
Our whole routine changes, we wake up kiss then we eat breakfast he drops me at my shop and kisses me then at lunch he comes as we eat lunch together he kisses then leaves, pick me up at 6 PM from the shop then after dinner watching tv we cuddle each other till we get to sleep, not to forget he asks me to say 'I love you' sentence more than ten times a day.
Now I didn't take any sleeping pills as for some reason, Bryson didn't let me second I slept with Bryson I didn't need it and third I don't have any nightmares since I'm sleeping with Bryson.
Today Bryson was quite stressed because the hotel that Helen Sis was designing caught fire and she was inside but thank god her Bodyguard saved her
Uncle Jacob and Aunt Cathay left for Italy soon after they learned about the fire. Bryson can't leave because he has an important meeting today with some Russian client and Helen's Sis called him and assured him that she is fine and he doesn't need to visit her.
We both relax when Uncle Jacob tells us that Helen Sis is totally fine
Now I'm in the elevator of Bryson's office as he texts me that the meeting gets extended and he will be late for lunch so I think of surprising him with his favorite hot pizzas.
I have to buy pizza for Liam too. It has been a long since we last ate lunch together
I walk out of the elevator towards Bryson's office/meeting room
I bump into someone
"Sorr-" I stop as I look at the person I bump
My worst nightmare
The devil of my life 'master'
"Baby girl," he smirk.
I shiver as I listen to his voice.

LIAM ADAMS POV~
"I don't like that old cow," I said to my boss Bryson Knight who was busy reading the documents
"And why so?" he asks still looking at the documents
"Didn't you see the way that old bas-"
"-Language-"
"-That old cow talk so rudely, full of strong negative vibes," I said standing up and leaving the meeting room glumly.
As I walk out I see Pearl standing there. I smile but my smile fades as I see the person standing in front of her

"Pearl long time no see," I said standing in front of her so my back face that old cow
I saw her eyes widen looking at me. The sweat was dripping from her forehead as she looked shocked but her eyes showed fear.
"Pearl, are you alright?" I ask in confusion
"Y-Yeah-h I'm f-fine-e," she said stuttering like a mess
I turn around and face the old cow who didn't move from his place
"Well old c- I mean Mr. Potter did you forget something?" I ask trying not to smile looking at his red face.
In the meeting, I observed that he didn't like to look old which means he didn't like to be called old.
"No," he said as his jaw clenched. He looked behind me as I shielded Pearl like a superman "see you soon" saying that he left not to forget the death glare he gives me.
I roll my eyes 'hope not to see you ever again dirty old cow' I think then turn towards Pearl who was frozen at her place.
"Pearl, you bring pizza for me too?" I ask excitedly looking at the 4 pizza boxes in her hand.
"Yeah-h," she said nervously looking down
"Then come let's eat before they get cold," I said as she started walking towards the boss's cabin
"I know you know that old cow," I said as she froze
"Don't look at me like that, your face shows clearly you know him and you are not on good terms with him," I said looking into her widened eyes
"Don't tell Bryson about it please," she said with pleading eyes
"You will tell the boss about it right?" I ask in confusion. She hardly hides anything from him
"Yes I will but not now," she said looking down
"Well, I trust you that you will tell him, so don't worry I will not tell him," I said with a smile.
"I trust you too Liam thank you," she said. I nodded
I knock on the cabin door and he orders 'come in'
"Boss I have a surprise for you!" I said excitedly as he looked up from the documents
"What?" he asks in a deadpan voice
I open the door widely so Pearl can enter
Boss's face lights up as he sees Pearl
"Pear what are you doing here? I was about to come!" he asks standing up from his chair and kissing her forehead.
"Well she bought pizza for us," I said as Pearl didn't say anything
"Really?" he asks as she nodded
"Come before they get cold," he said sitting on the couch making her sit beside him as I sit in front of them.
"Pear you should call me before leaving the shop," he said
"Sorry," Pearl said looking down
"It's fine Pear I just don't want you to take a taxi or any other public transport to come here," he said.
She didn't say anything. But the boss looks at me, raising his eyebrow
I shrugged and served the pizza
"Pearl?" I said when she didn't take the plate from me
"Hmm... Yeah thank you," she said taking the plate from me and starting eating silently. I look at the boss and he too looks at me silently asking what's wrong. I shook my head unknowingly as he nodded and tried to ignore her strange behavior
"Well, Liam what do you think about the meeting?" Boss asks me
"I don't like that dirty old cow didn't you see the way he talks, demanding p-g," I said glumly.
"really! from where did you find those names?" Boss asks with a groan
"from this awesome mind," I said pointing towards my head where he rolls his eyes "but tell me how you feel about that negative duck?" I asked where he chucked
"truly I also don't like that gloomy ant," he said rolling his eyes
"Bingo! we both don't like that nasty owl, so it means deal canceled and so my resignation letter," I said while eating the pizza.
"resignation letter?" Boss asks in confusion then the bell rings "you are going to resign?" he asks in horror
"Yeah if you sign the deal with that ugly bull, I was going to resign from this job," I said grinning at him.
"You better not resign, I'm sure my mind will blow up without you," he said glaring at me where I gave him a cheeky smile.
I will never do that. It was just a joke which he takes quite seriously.

"-you know then she zones out?" like always, the boss said it's been 2 days since the meeting with Dylan Potter, Pearl is being zoned out a lot and didn't concentrate on her work, and the boss is complaining to me.
"Why don't you take her out for a vacation or something? I suggest you ask her about her problems and that question?"
"We just got back together Liam," he said with a sigh
"And you didn't see the future boss there were a lot of men around he-"
"What are you trying to say that she might chea-"
"You are getting the wrong idea, Boss. I just want you to take her out on vacation. I will look after work, and King's are coming back today so they can look after your work too," I said as he started going into deep thoughts "Pearl hasn't been out of the country how about you take her to Italy so she can meet Miss Knigh-"
"Oh he-l no! Helen sis will kick my a-s thinking of me planning to bring her back here," he said in horror.
"Then I'm gonna call your pilot and inform him that you both are going to Paris for a week," I said standing up
"Who said Paris?" Boss asks annoyingly
"Me! now go and tell her about your little trip," I said walking out "and don't forget to ask her about that in the city of love!"
"Whatever you say bossy Liam," he shouted where I laughed.
'I hope Pearl tells the boss about her problem'

"Hello good evening Liam Adams speaking from Bryson Knight's office of K's together," I said picking up the call
"Hello, I'm speaking from the Potter Tec. Office. We want to schedule another appointment with Bryson Knight?"
"Sorry miss but Mr. Knight is going on a week's vacation and he will not be available till next Monday," I said.
"Oh, maybe after he comes back,"
"I have to check about it thank you," I said before hangup

"I don't like that hideous monkey company," I said entering my boss' office and seeing both Xavier and Zachary King.
"hideous monkey?" Mr. Zachary asks in confusion
"Good afternoon sir, and yes hideous monkey, Dylan Potter," I said
"Really Liam but why the hideous monkey?" he asks while chuckling.
"yes! that old cow, demanding p-g, negative duck, gloomy ant, nasty owl, ugly bull, hideou-"
"Don't start with your names I already called off that deal," my boss Bryson said
"Yeah and that man can't stop calling since you called off the deal," I said irritatingly
"You can handle it in your way, right?" he asks
"of course, I can handle that disgusting eagle," I said with a chuckle, knowing how I handle those types of people. "you just go out on a vacation and introduce Pearl to the world. It's hard to hide her and control news and rumors,"
Xavier King motioned me to sit beside him.
"Yeah he is right it's quite long and it's hard to hide her from paparazzi when we are around her," Xavier King said.
"Yeah I will talk to her about it," Bryson Knight said
"You have to ask her about that too?" I remind him and he glares at me
"Ask her what?" Zachary King asks looks more interesting than ever
"About Marr-"
"Shut up Liam," the boss said
"I have seen that ring inside you-" I trial off when both King brothers launch at the boss and start shouting at the boss about not telling them.
I quietly exited the cabin knowing I was going to face the he-l soon

THIRD-PERSON POV~
"Bring her here first," Howard Thomas said on the phone
"Why I already paid for her I will directly take her to Russia," Dylan Potter replies
"No, bring her here first. She needs her last punishment from me for running away!"
"I know and I will punish her as soon as I reach Russia but I also know she betrayed you too so don't worry I will bring her to you but only for 24 hours then you have to forget about her,"
"Yeah 24 hours are enough for her punishment but how did you find her?" he asks
"I was exiting the meeting with that Knight kid when she bumped into me before I did something Knight loyal puppy came in between," Dylan said rolling her eyes in annoyance
"Do you know where she lives or does?" Howard ask
"Yeah she lives with that Knight kid and has a shop of some frozen desserts and bakery," Dylan said remembering what his personal investigator told him about her.
"Her father's bakery," Howard said in disgust "but what about her living with Knight kid?"
"Well my sources tell me that they were childhood sweethearts before her father died and she vanishes from Earth," Dylan chuckled, knowing where she vanishes
"Yeah I have done a good job hiding her but you know if the news is true about being a childhood sweetheart that K's family will not leave us after knowing what we did to her,"
"Yeah I know but I have all planned after she comes back from Paris I will.........."
"It's good but risky what if someone sees your man or something bad happe-"
"Don't spread negativity Howard I know what I'm doing,"
"I know but we also have to very care full about those K's. They are very smart to track us down,"
"I know my baby girl didn't tell them anything about us because fear was still visible in her eyes when she saw me," Dylan chuckled darkly.
"But how do you know she will not tell anyone about us?" Howard asks in confusion
"I don't know why she hides it from them but I think she is planning something,"
"Planning something?" Howard laughed "she didn't have the brain to plan!"
Dylan chuckled and said "Yeah I know but we can't underestimate her,"
"Yeah yeah let her just come back I will show her 'her real place'," saying that Howard hanging up
'Wait Pearl this time I will make sure you beg me to kill you in just 24 hours,' Howard thinks.
Dylan grin maliciously and think 'Baby girl no matter where you run and hide you will always end up with me, I will search for you sooner than you expect,'
