"You......you are angry because he left his door opened?", Chloe asked bewildered. Juliet just nodded awkwardly. Chloe rubbed her face and sighed. "Well, my brother is having a hard time holding up thinking that you're angry at him. If not for the work he has on his shoulders, how would have broken down? Sister, you're punishing him."
Juliet nodded rubbing her cheeks.
"I'm the one punishing him but I'm punishing myself at the same time. I haven't seen Luke in a week now and it's killing me." She pouted. "Chloe!"
Chloe raised her head and saw Juliet smiling with her eyes.
"I'm almost done with the work here as the stocks will be arriving tomorrow. Mummy still has things to do but as the company is facing a tight situation now and I'm sure Luke needs someone right now so......."
"So..." Chloe gave an expectant look.
"I'm coming back home next week," Juliet revealed and Chloe released a squeal that Juliet blocked her ears.
"You're coming home? You're coming home!" Chloe rejoiced that a teardrop even left her eyes.
"Yes Chloe but you can't tell Luke just yet.", Juliet noted.
"Why?"
"Not tell him, I mean not just like that. You tell him this. First, I was only angry at him for one night. Then, I won't call him until I get back. Also, he has to be the one to pick me up from the airport and he should think of a good tactic to win me back. ", Juliet said and Chloe just nodded.
"On it. I'm leaving for Utopia now and I will surely tell brother. He's going to brighten up a bit now. When exactly are you coming?", she asked.
"On 22nd. Before Christmas. We'll spend the new year together. " Juliet smiled.
Chloe clapped happily. "I can't wait to see my brother's reaction. "
They spoke for a while before Chloe called Leo.
"Leo. Can you get a hold of your boss's laptop?", she asked after the greeting.
"Uhmm. Miss Chloe, Mr. Luke is always on that device recently. I'm not sure I can get it from him." Leo replied.
Chloe scratched her head. Luke was very busy and Leo can't just go and meet him and say, give me your laptop boss.
"Anyways, this is an emergency, Leo. Tell me something, how has my brother's behavior been lately? Speake the truth."
Leo hesitated before replying, "He's been grumpy and worked up lately. He can take a rest as there isn't any rush but he seemed to be worried about something I'm afraid he might fall sick. "
"That's it, Leo." Chloe pointed out. "Help me out here and your boss will be back in shape. My brother always records his calls, so check the last video he had with Juliet on the 14th of this month. You have twenty minutes to get that laptop and do this work for me. And it will benefit you too because I know how grumpy Luke can be. He must be pressuring you too."
"So this has to do with miss Juliet. She also told me to look after Mr. Luke but for some reason, doesn't want me to tell him." Leo came to a realization.
"So game?"
"Game."

Chloe went into the office and walked directly to the waiting corner calmly. It didn't take long before Luke came rushing towards there and he paused seeing her sitting there taking tea.
Spotting him, she smiled saying,
"You have such a good service, you even got tea."
"Chloe?" Luke sighed holding his waist.
"What?" She acted oblivious.
Luke walked to her and said, "Leo just informed me that someone is urgently waiting for me downstairs and it's a life and death situation. What's this about?"
"He said that?" Chloe was genuinely surprised. But, it did work. "Anyways, it is as serious as that. Sit down first okay."
"Chloe, I got to work," Luke said and wanted to turn back but she stood up and grabbed his arm.
"Come sit okay?", she asked more warmly. Luke glanced at her face and nodded. He went and sat down. She got another cup of coffee and gave it to him.
Watching the eyebags that were threatening to form on her brother, Chloe felt pity. Sister, what have you done to my brother?
"What are you doing to yourself brother? Have you seen yourself in the mirror? I'm surprised how sister Juliet is tolerating this behavior of yours. Or are you ignoring her just like you are ignoring me too?", Chloe said with a pout.
Luke laughed mockingly at Chloe's statement. "Have you spoken to Juliet recently? Did she perhaps tell you anything about me?"
"She did look worried and........" Luke immediately caught her off.
"Please tell me what's wrong with Juliet. She knows me perfectly well and if there's someone I think trusted me in this world then it's her but that night, at the resort, Susan suddenly barged into my room half naked and Juliet just believed that I knew of her being there! " he explained agitated. "She refused to listen to any of my explanations. She stopped picking up my calls leaving me all alone now that I needed her to support the most when she promised not to ever ignore me.  How am I supposed to know that she's fine over there sister? Tell me, is this fair!"
Chloe was silent because the confession made her know the issue has aggravated this. Her brother's eyes were red and his breathing was rapid.
"Brother calm down." She stood up and hugged his shoulders rubbing his back. A message suddenly entered her phone and she turned to him.
"Don't go anywhere, brother. I'll fix this.", she said and went to check the message. Leo had sent it. She moved farther from Luke and watched the video. Chloe felt like trashing Susan right now and was happy to see how Luke dealt with her. No longer wasting time, she sent it to Juliet. At least any misconception will be removed. Now Luke...........
Chloe turned her head and saw him with his face in his palms
"Uhm brother. I've spoken to Juliet about this already." She said quietly and sat down. Luke raised his head and stared at her inquisitively.
"She said she didn't doubt you and was only angry for a short time. So.......I'm sure even she didn't expect this to affect you.....this much. "
Chloe watched as Luke's countenance was blank before relief came upon him.
"Why will she do that? She knows just how much I love her, isn't this too much of a punishment?" He raked his hair and exhaled. "Then why won't she speak with me?"
Chloe smiled and said watching him intently. "Sister Juliet is coming back next week."
Luke blanked out again before he got agitated and rushed towards his sister shaking her shoulders. "Are you sure she said that?", he asked excitedly.
"Yes! Positive." Chloe smiled and he hugged her tightly. "This is great. This is great," he mumbled with tears in his eyes.
"Yeah right? I'm super excited too." Chloe also smiled. A year ago, will this two ever imagine that someone will matter this much to them?
Luke held his tears back and pulled back.
"Then why hasn't she called me yet? I should....." Chloe quickly held his hand shaking her head.
"Sister Juliet said she won't call you yet until you two meet. She wants you to pick her up personally and think of a way to make it up to her.", she explained.
Luke didn't care about this issue, he'll do anything she wants.
"Okay. I'll get ready. " he nodded.
"I'll help if necessary. Now go back to where you came from. ", Chloe smiled and dragged him up.
"You.......what is a child doing here in the first place?" He sneered flicking her head.
"Oh. You just forgot about your benefactor. So ungrateful. ", Chloe gasped dramatically. "And in case you've forgotten. I can work here too. Now if you'll excuse me, this celebrity has an interview."  Yvonne was going to make an interview with Chloe.
"Celebrity my foot."
It seems the air was no longer oppressive.
