*Third Person's P.O.V.*
Cathy, Cassy, and Casper Mollins sat at the back of the car while Dark Tensi drives and Mark Fiel, whose royal presence amazed the Mollins, sat on the passenger seat so that, it would be easy for him to do his portal tricks. It's not everyday you get to meet a witch prince.
"So Dark, Ireland is such an adventure huh?" Cathy asked as the car sped off to the main street.
"Yes, too adventurous I have to say, with the twist and turns that we all took here." the young vampire answered.
"Gibson said something bad happened to Vienna when I called earlier. What exactly happened to her?" Casper asked. Such information bothered the three when they heard of it.
"Apparently, going against the royal family, or well the king in particular is not a joy ride. And now Vienna's soul was taken." Dark provided, not knowing how to explain things exactly.
Cassy gasped. "Oh my, why would they do such a thing?" she mused.
"It must have something to do with Vienna's abilities. She's a big asset to us in going against our father, hence he had plotted out a way to rid us of that advantage." Mark spoke up.
"It does make sense."
When they reached the deserted road, Mark waved his hand and made a portal the way he did when they're driving towards the airport. They jumped in and they're already in the bumpy path in the woods.
"So who's our guest?" Amelle asked when the five arrived.
"Oh this is Cathy, Cassy, and Casper. They're our friends from London." Dark introduced the Mollins to everyone and they all greeted each other.
"Now where is Vienna?" Cassy asked, looking around the room full of fabulous looking people. The sun is starting to go down and Marcos stood up.
"She's right this way." the Mollins looked up to the landing of the stairs and saw Gibson, out of his usual police uniform back in London.
"You go see her and I think it's best if you stay here too. To those who's coming to Donegal we have to set off now." Marcos said.
"Before you go, I have something to give you." Aurora said and her nephew turned to her. "Assemble the men you're going to bring outside the lawn." Marcos followed her instructions and everyone went out.
The Mollins followed Gibson up the stairs and into Vienna's room. The hunter witch strolled directly to the window and watched about fifty paranormal creatures assembled in five rows with Marianne, Marissa, Mark, Noah, and Devon standing at the front like Generals, ready for war. Marcos and Aurora stepped out of the porch and now stood infront of the assembly.
"They seem ready." Cassy said beside the hunter witch. They watched as Aurora seemed to give them her blessings and they all bowed to her, even the future king.
"We have to be." the hunter witch looked at her then to Vienna's still form in the bed.
"What happened to her?" Casper said, holding Vienna's hand and turning to his prime to see what's going on, he's a healer witch after all. "coeatalus" he mumbled, just like what Marissa said.
"We must find out what kind though, that way we'll know how to help her." Cathy said. At that moment Ariella came in the room.
"They've gone off already." she said to Gibson, nodding to the others.
"The three of you, stay here. I have to go down and talk to Aurora." Gibson instructed his friends.
"Sure, I'll look up the books on what we can do." Cathy said already fishing out a thick book from her bag. Even with her witch side already dead, she kept her books in the hopes of helping whoever might need her help.
Ariella agreed to her suggestion and promised to help in looking out for something like a cure once they finish setting up the remaining paranormal creatures. She and Gibson went to the living room where Aurora sat accompanied by Molly and Divine.
"The remaining shifters and a few vampires are already waiting outside." Ariella said, referring to the members of the Paranormal Council that were left with her.
"My people are also here now, let's spread them around the area to watch out for any intruders." Aurora agreed. They all went out and by a whistle, the members of the Council made themselves known as they shifted in their human forms, since most of them are shifters and the vampires came out of the shadows since the sun is low in the horizon anyway and darkness is about to engulf the land. Noah brought all his witch members with him since they would beof huge help in fighting off witches there in Donegal but he made sure the forces he left here are as strong.
"Listen," Molly started and the array of about forty individuals paid her their full attention. "the enemy might attack us here thinking that we gave all our forces there in Donegal. They might take this opportunity to get Vienna's body and do what malice they plan to do with it, so we must prevent that from happening." she announced.
"We want you to spread out, on the woods, shifters take in your blend in the natural surroundings, around the house, vampires hide yourselves in the shadows, and witches stay vigilant for they might be here for all we know." Gibson instructed, looking at the eyes of each creature in front of him.
"Don't wander off too far though, for I will place a wind barrier with about twenty meters radius within the area to prevent any portal magic from taking effect, that way, no one can intrude us directly." Aurora added. She asked someone to fetch her a pot with water and some ingredients and Divine and Ariella obediently gathered them as everyone else started spreading out and taking their place all around the area as instructed. Brooklyn Gibson settled the area where Aurora would do her enchantments and within minutes she started her endeavor.
Heating the water in the pot then mixing up the right amount of formulas, the witch princess waited for the water to turn green and when it did, she added her own wind manipulation power into the path and started off her chants in her prime. A transparent dome appeared above the boiling pot and the prophecy witch slowly stretched her arms, the dome becomes larger and larger until it covered the whole house and eventually covered the whole area.
Said prophecy witch turned back to her segun and sat in front of the path after she successfully put up the protective dome. "That should do it." she sighed.
"Now that that's settled, Cathy suggested there must be a way that we can help Vienna wake up." Gibson said.
"As far as I know, only she or Voughn who has her soul can free her. But then again I don't really know everything so I won't disagree with the initiative she's taken up to look up the books." Aurora stated.
"I guess that's what we would do right now." Gibson, Ariella and Divine proceeded upstairs to help Cathy and the others in looking for something they can do for Vienna. Molly andAurora remained in the living room, waiting for what's to come.
"I hope your brother succeeds." Aurora said when she's left alone with her niece.
"Marcos is pretty powerful, that I can say. How else would he manage to hypnotize the rest of our siblings to work with us, we all have strong mind barriers for starters." the young princess said. It's true. Marcos compelled his siblings to join him. He knows they have their own stands and that they would disagree, with the exception of Molly, who like Marcos, knew of the prophecy. And even if she doesn't, she'll still ally with her eldest brother anyway, she always preferred his ways than their father's. Marcos didn't want to play dirty but desperation sneaked its way to him and he just did it, prepared for the consequences he had to face later on. The future king is not that clean after all, but Molly understands why he had to do that.
"But your father is cunning, he probably had it figured out by now why all his children suddenly turnned against him." Aurora pointed out and Molly nodded.
"As long as his deception doesn't wear off just yet, I believe we do stand a chance against him." she said, full of hope.
On the other hand, Marcos and his fighters, using Mark's power now arrived to Killarney where they're going to get in to Donegal using the whangzhan in his attic. The guards in the mansion were shocked to see the troop but they were not able to do anything about it because Marcos looked at them in the eye and willed them to go with them, adding about ten men in their group.
Marcos looked at his allies, "You know the drill. Noah, I trust you know your way around some parts of the castle right?" he asked although he knows Noah had intruded the castle in secret for how man times in the past.
"Yes, we'll take the south wing." the paranormal council leader said.
"Good, Mark you go to the east, Marissa to the west, Marianne to the north, and Devon you come with me to the main hall." he repeated his instructions earlier and his subordinates nodded, knowing fully well what he meant. "Are we all set?" he asked.
"Yes." they answered in chorus.
"Marianne, go on, open the whangzhan and do your thing." Marcos said to his sister.
Marianne stepped forward pulled out the knife from her jean's pocket. She opened her palm and cut them, she placed them in the identical branched pillars and chanted to open the portal that would lead them straight to the royal coven. When the portal opened, she pushed herself in, getting sucked by a the sideward whirlpool it possess and eventually, her feet touched the garden grass in Donegal.
"Hey you!" she was immediately greeted by guards awaiting in the lawn.
"Wait!" she held up her hands in surrender before the fighter witches can fire their weapons at her. They had their eyes narrowed down at her, knowing exactly what is currently going on and having been instructed to not let any of the royal siblings in. "I'm a victim! It was Marcos, he got me under his hypnosis! But I got out, please believe me!" she said, spilling half the truth of what her brother did. Of course though, she isn't only there to spill out, for very carefully, she had manipulated the plants and bushes all around the castle, changing their arrangements and grooves in a slow pace so that no one will notice immediately, she did it in a way that can shield their entrance.
"We don't believe you!" they spat and shot their knives at her but she quickly shielded herself with her growing vines. The witch princess smirked.
"You asked for it." she mumbled, dolling her eyes as she waved her hands and the vines swallowed up the guards, they didn't manage to scream or do anything else. She sighed. With the garden arranged in accordance with their plan, she sent the signal to her brother on the other side of the portal that remained open.
Upon seeing a vine jut out of the portal, Marcos motioned for Mark to get on. The royal hunter witch entered and Noah's group followed him. Now protected by the canopy of plants,the troop arranged themselves as Mark created a portal to teleport them directly to the south wing of the palace. The troop jumped in. Marianne's group jumped in next, then Marissa's, Marcos' came next, and finally Mark and his group entered and were teleported to their respective wings,making sure they land on the garden where the vines that Marianne manipulated covered them. That and the darkness of the night worked well with their evasion.
Marcos, the future witch king took a deep breath as he spied on the fighter witch guards who are in high alert, from the cover of the plants. He turned to his companions, "On three, we dash in invisibly and knock down all the guards in sight." he instructed. Devon, Diana, Dark, and the other witches with him nodded their heads.
"One." they all focused their attention on the number of guards that are three times theirs, contemplating on which guards to take down.
"Two." they all sprayed themselves with the invisibility potion they prepared. Such potion would only take effect for five minutes so they have to make the most out of that amount of time.
"Three!" that's it. They all rushed to the main palace door, invisible in the eyes of their enemies. Not only in the front door, synchronously on the other entrances, the rest of the troops attacked in the same fashion. One guard fell after another and they didn't even have time to fight back what they couldn't exactly see.
