*Third Person's P.O.V.* Using their own abilities, Marcos’ team was able to invade the outermost part of the castle. After the five minutes time the invisibility potions gave them, the other individuals inside the castle now knew of the intrusion and faced the rebels head on. When the news reached the witch king though, he was very calm about it. “So they’ve arrived. Send word to my siblings and to Teressa. Protect the throne.” he calmly said to his man who reported to him. “Yes my Lord.” he bowed down and fled the king’s office in search of his siblings and wife. The king sat back on his seat. How his children and their allies managed to enter without much of a notice was something he’s rather proud of. He knew they would come, so he kept his guards up. Then again his successor is clever as he is powerful, no wonder he made it this far. Voughn is very much confident with Marcos being the future leader, however he does not approve of it and swore that until the day he dies, his eldest can never sit on the throne. For reasons very obvious to everyone. He would love to mock them to their defeat but he had a bigger fish to fry. It wasn’t long before Marcos made it to the throne room. Its outside is heavily guarded, but he flicked his wrist and half of the fighter witches flew to the other side of the hall, out of his way. Devon, Diana, and Dark were on his heel. They fought off the other half. “Go on, we got this.” Diana said as she knocked off a guard while another leaped her way. “Thanks.” Marcos said as he ran near the precious seat of power. His footsteps echoed on the marble floor and the stillness in the air gave him an eerie feeling. Unlike the chaotic other parts of the castle, the most important room was, empty. Something didn’t sit well with Marcos about this. He knows the rules of war, even abrupt attacks, his father and sometimes, him, would go directly to this room to protect the throne, that is why guards are heavily posted outside, however, someone must be inside. In this case, he haven’t seen a soul. The pumping in his heart can be heard loud and clear in his ears as a thought came to his mind, but before he can fully grasp it, “Marcos.” his eyes looked with Teressa, his mother who appeared, seated on her throne. The prince’s guard turned up it wasn’t already at the top as it occurred to him that his enemies are actually around an that they may be, invisible. He didn’t reply to her, he just waited for his father to show himself, he doesn’t have nything against his mother, in fact it pains him to oppose his whole family like this. It’s just that, justice weights more to him than blood. “Son, why did you do this? How can you turn your back on us?” heregoes the question Marcos didn’t want to hear from his mother. It’s not a matter of family, he wanted to say, but then again he can’t. “Where is father?” he sternly asked. His mother, slowly descending the mini steps that raised the two chairs. A whoosh was heard and Marcos’ eyes darted to the ends of the room where his uncles, his father’s brothers appeared with a stoic stand. So they are here, he thought. They, just like his siblings who are not in ine for the throne, posses power and can manipulate one of the elements. Vincent, who comes after his father, controls the water; and Arnold who comes after his aunt Aurora, controls the land. “Why do you want to see him? You want to beg for his forgiveness for stainng our reputation? Or you want to mark history with such unwell manners of challenging him for the throne?” Vincent asked, seemingly angry at his nephew for leading such rebellion. “You brought shame to us!” Arnold roared and fired a yellowish concentration of energy to his nephew who countered it with his own concentration of white energy. Teressa used her powers to shut all doors to the room so that only by destroying its walls can someone come in or go out, trapping her son in a three against one, duel of power. It didn’t take long for Vincent to launch his own blue concentration of energy to Marcos who again countered t, using another white concentration of energy, brought about his wind manipulation power by his other palm. Despite both of his uncles having him cooped up into holding their attacks, Marcos stayed guarded on what his mother is planning to do. He knows she’s cunning so he used another portion of his power in reading her mind. Trying to get in her barricaded brain. He pushed harder on the three portions of his power’s wave and was able to read from his mother’s mind who was saying something he didn’t really listen to, where his father is. He screamed in frustration and let go of the energies in both his palms, jumping to where his mother stood mocking him. This action caused his uncles to go against each other’s concentration of energies instead. During the same time that Marcos is dueling with his elders at Donegal, Aurora and the others who are left at one of the paranormal council’s hideout were anxiously waiting for something they don’t precisely know. Gibson and his friends from London were at Vienna’s roo, scanning and skimming through books of healing and looking for ways to help her wake up or gain back her soul. They haven’t found any just yet. Suddenly, they heard hurried footsteps and the door burst open as Divine came in, panting. “We’re intruded.” she simply said and Ariella and Gibson quickly stood up. “Please keep my daughter safe.” Ariella said as she followed Divine who ran back downstairs to help fight off their intruders. “Stay with her.” Gibson said and the Molliens nodded. He also ran downstairs as he heard furniture crashing. They truly are intruded. He made a couch fly to an enemy who was about to launch to Divine who’s currently fighting another enemy and the action stopped the attacker. Gibson started taking on fighter witches who, no doubt, belongs to the royal army and can’t help but notice how minimal their numbers are yet their abilities are not to be underestimated. He also noticed that Aurora and Molly are already outside, in the lawn, fighting some more. He pushed the royal army off and dragged him out of the house and successfully whacked his head, knocking his enemy out for good. Then another army pulled him to a duel and this time, Brooklyn Gibson has to face against his father, General Brandon Gibson. “You choose this path.” Brandon simply said before he started throwing attacks at his son and Brooklyn fought his father with the same fervor. All the stocked anger he had towards this man is finally released by the way he released punch after punch and kick after kick at him. A loud and bright explosion halted all the mini duels they had and they all looked at its source, Vough Fiel and his sister Aurora stood there firing white, almost silver energy concentrations, their powers at each other. Everybody else resumed the fights they had and Voughn was initially surprised at the strength of every paranormal the royal witch army are facing against, the fact that there’s a variety of them, from shifters to vampires, even witches. Rage and something like jealousy coursed through him as he can’t even unite his own kind and yet,Noah managed to, or was it Noah or Vienna? The both of them struck an ugly chord in him and yet he had to face off against his sister who, he had risked his life for, so many times in his younger years. “You’re a traitor!” he said and released a huge wave of energy that actually managed to get to Aurora and make her fly off the yard, stumbling into the dirt. “Because you became a monster!” Aurora countered and was about to strike her brother but he smiled and disappeared in thin air. She’s confused as to how and why her brother would do that. She stood up, even if her body ached at that fall, she isn’t much of a fighter at all. She saw some of her allies being almost defeated by their opponents and she decided to help them all the while, looking for her brother. It’s pretty obvious where Voughn went though. And when he appeared there, the Molliens tried their best to protect Vienna but the witch king had them under his control within minutes. Cassy’s piercing scream echoed on Gibson’s ears and he knew something happened there, where Vienna layed, defenseless. Despite being in an almost loosing stance with the fight with his father, he kicked hard enough to get his father off him and it worked, while still on his lying position on the dirt, he made a circular motion with his hand and a portal sucked him in, sending him to where Voughn stood, watching Vienna and the Mollins who are down on their knees, air chains now on their necks. He didn’t waste any time as he punched the king square on the face. They both dueled in a hand to hand combat. The hunter witch, although lower in rank than the deceiver witch king is obviously good at physical fights. And he cared less if he’s being a fool right now, fighting against the king, all he cared about is protecting his Vienna. Back in the royal castle in Donegal, debris and bodies scattered here and there as well. The royal siblings, Marianne, Marissa, and Mark managed to make it outside the closed throne room from where they came in on their assigned wing in the massive stone building, leading their troops who are surprisingly doing well against the guards. There, they saw Devon, Diana, and Dark who are fighting a heavy number of fighter witches, the three clearly drained but still fighting. The royals used the elements they can manipulate to easily knock off their enemies. “Where’s Marcos?” Mark asked, delivering a roundhouse kick to a guard who launched at him. “Inside.” Dark answered. “The doors are tightly locked.” Marianne said as she tried to open the heavy doors to the throne room, all the while hitting some who attacks her with her powers. “Magic.” Marissa said. The royals then diverted their energies to the door to simply destroy it but then again they feel some kind of sorcery, stopping them. Not that they doubt their eldest brother’s ability but they had a feeling other royals from different generations would be involved in this so they can’t leave him to fight them all. And of course they are right about that. “It’s not working!” Marianne exclaimed frustrated. “Let me try.” Devon offered as the last of the wave of guards was knocked down. He got a thin piece of metal from his pocket. “Go on, direct your powers here.” he said. The siblings did as told and he pushed the metal through the key whole. “Pour out more of what you got!” Mark said and they did. Dark replaced Devon as with vampire speed he jiggled the metal on the key whole. They heard a soft crack. And they piured out more of their energies in it until a huge line of crack lined in and they were able to destroy the door entirely. Vincent and Arnold, even Teressa was shocked that the barrier they built with Voughn’s blessing was brought down by the ‘lads’. Marcos had a smile on his face as they started attacking his uncles and he only have his mother to attend to, now. “Now tell me. Where is he?” he asked sternly. “I won’t tell you.” she answered. “Then, you will bring me to him.” Marcos said and held his mother’s eye contact. He doesn’t want to do this but, for the first time, he used his deceiving power on his mother and willed her to take them to where his father is. Teressa walked out the room and Marcos followed close by. He trusts that his allies can handle situations here in Donegal as his mother led them to a wangzhan. So he’s not in the castle. Goosebumps rose on the future king’s system, he kind of had an idea where he might be. And if so, he hopes he’s not too late. As soon as they’re out of the portal, he willed his mother to use her power to get them to where he believe they are. While the fight between Voughn and Brooklyn Gibson was a loosing match. The only thing Gibson can do is defend himself as well as stop Voughn from doing anything to Vienna. The witch king finally had enough of him, he was about to just end the hunter witch’s life as he managed to pin hin the younger man on the wall, but before he can strike, his whole body was pulled back by a strong wind. He stumbled a bit on the foot of the bed, looking up, mumbling, “Marcos” as if that’s a curse. “Father.” ……………
