You were spying on me?

“We need to talk,” he said. “Please, Allie.”
I shook my head. I didn’t want him in my house.
“Allie… please,” he said again.
I sighed and stepped aside so he could come in. I closed the door behind him.
“Thank you,” he said as he took off his jacket.
I sat down on the couch and he sat down across from me.
“I need to know what happened,” he said.
I looked at him. “What do you mean?” I asked.
“Did you meet someone else?” he asked me.
I blinked. “What?”
“Did you find someone else?” he asked again.
“That’s why you broke up with me, right?”
I shook my head. “What are you talking about?”
“Allie, I saw you with someone. I saw you hugging him,” he said.
“You were spying on me?” I asked.
“I wasn’t spying. I was just checking up on you,” he said. “But I saw you hugging this man. Who is he?”
“I’m not talking to you about this,” I said.
“Why not?” he asked. “Why are you avoiding me?”
“I don’t want to see you,” I said. I knew that was a lie but I didn’t want to admit it to myself.
“You didn’t answer my question,” he said. “Are you with someone else?”
“Why does it matter?” I asked.
“Because I want to know why you left me,” he said. “Tell me.”
“No,” I said. I didn’t want to tell him about Noah.
“Allie…”
“No!” I shouted. “Don’t try to talk to me about this. Don’t you dare talk to me about it.”
“Allie…”
“I said no!” I said. I was trying to keep the tears in but I could feel them building up.
“Tell me…”
“I’m not with anyone!” I shouted at him. “I’m not with him! I’m not with anyone!”
“Allie…” He stood up and came closer to me. “Allie, please…”
“I don’t want to hear you say that name!” I yelled. “I hate it when you say her name!”
“Why?” he asked me. He knelt down in front of me and looked at me.
“Because…” I took a deep breath and tried to calm down. “Because I hate that you love her.”
He looked at me and his eyes widened. I could see the realization in his eyes. I could see him remembering that moment in the car when I had asked him about her and he had said that he didn’t love her. He could see it now.
“You…” he started. “You love me.”
I didn’t say anything. I couldn’t. I didn’t want to admit to myself that I loved him. I didn’t want to say it out loud.
He stood up and sat down next to me. He put his arm around me and pulled me close to him. He kissed my forehead. “I love you too,” he whispered in my ear.
I closed my eyes. I couldn’t believe that he was telling me that. He was telling me that he loved me. I couldn’t believe it. I pulled away from him and looked into his eyes.
“Really?” I asked him.
“Yes,” he said and pulled me back into his arms. “I’m so sorry, Allie. I’ve been so stupid. I never should have left you.”
I felt my heart beating fast. I could feel the tears building up again.
“I thought…” I tried to speak but I couldn’t get the words out.
“What?” he asked.
“I thought that you would never love me,” I whispered.
“I do,” he said. “More than I ever thought I could.”
I leaned my head on his chest and felt him hug me tighter.
“I can’t believe this,” I said. “Are we really together?”
“Yes,” he said. “If that’s what you want.”
“I want it,” I whispered. “More than anything.”
“We can make this work, Allie,” he said. “We can make our lives work together.”
I looked up at him and nodded. “Okay,” I said.
He leaned down and kissed me. I felt like I was floating. I felt like my heart was going to burst out of my chest. I kissed him back, I couldn’t stop myself.
He pulled away and smiled at me. I smiled back at him.
“I love you,” he whispered.
“I love you too,” I said.
We stayed like that for a while, just holding each other.
“I missed you so much,” I said.
“I missed you too,” he said.
We kissed again and this time he pulled me on top of him. He ran his hands over my back and I felt every inch of his body against mine. I felt him grow hard underneath me and I started to move against him. His hands gripped my waist and he pulled me down on top of him.
I kissed his neck and he groaned.
“Allie,” he whispered in my ear. “I want you so badly.”
I nodded and kissed him again. He moved his hand down between my legs and I moaned when I felt his fingers on my most sensitive spot. He started to move his fingers in a circular motion and I moaned again.
“Giorgio…” I whispered. “I want you.”
“I know,” he said. “Me too.”
He moved his fingers faster and I felt myself getting wetter. I started to grind against him and he groaned again.
