Tina was quite reluctant to go. But Pastor Josh was a man who was always in charge. It's so difficult to refuse him.
Tina's mom stayed at the back while Pastor Josh opened the front door for Tina, treating her like a real lady. 
He also has a sense of humour. On the way, Tina was quiet and intentional about it. Pastor Josh made a joke, but Tina remained unmoved.
“Lady T, how far now?” That brought a smile on her face.
“I'm sorry sir, but I am still struggling with God. Just pray for me.” She retorted.
“You don't need prayer; what you need is the revelation of how blind, naked, wretched, and miserable you are. Once you can see that you are in the gall or bondage of bitterness, wow, you will jump out of the prison because, my love, the prison door is open!”
“Hmmm, this is a strong revelation, Pastor Josh. I'm learning.” The mom sighed.
“Wow, Pastor Josh, I think you are right. My heart is troubled and has not been at rest since yesterday. It's only by His grace. In the night I saw myself chained like an animal and tied to a tree. I have been wondering about the meaning but you just unveil the whole thing now. Awesome!
The prison door is opened for him to believe the Word. The revelation leads to the realisation that I'm free by the blood of Jesus Christ. Oh my God, I forgive in Jesus' name!!!” Tina kept on muttering this word of prayer until they got to the hospital.
Pastor Josh went to see her stepdad with her mom, but Tina stayed back until they were done discharging the man, which took about an hour. She prayed throughout.
The man finally asked for Tina, “Please, can I see my daughter or she refused to come with you?”
“I'm here dad, Tina couldn't hold back the tears as he saw him, lying down on the bed of affliction. He has lost pounds of weight, looking tiny like a cancer patient, the stinking odour emanating from his body was enough to send her away.
 He was dying, and one could see the painfully inscribed in the contour of his face. His head resembled that of a sickly goat. He had become a shadow of his bubbling self, full of life and energy.
 His life was slowly ebbing away. What a sorry sight! 
“I'm sorry my daughter, for using you to gratify my lustful desires years back. Please, find a space in your heart to forgive this old foolish and senseless man.
 I am paying for my sins, and I know it's time to leave this earth. But please, let me die in peace, knowing that you have forgiven me.” He spoke with a quavering voice, bringing out each word by struggle.
“Yes- yes-yes, I forgive you, Dad. Hmm, I am sorry too, for running away without any trace of me. Forgive me, Mom.” She replied amidst weeping.
The stepdad smiled and you could see peace descended like a river, attended his way. He made a deep sigh and gave up the ghost, with a smile resting on his glowing face. He had died in the Lord, through Pastor Josh who led him to Christ.
Both Mom and Daughter wept like a baby. Prince Josh made arrangements for his corpse to be taken to the mortuary. It was evident that he was only waiting for Tina to forgive him.
Two weeks later.

Tina's dad was buried at the government cemetery in Lagos, with relatives and friends, neighbours in attendance. It was done at his residence in Ajegunle, Lagos. 
Tina's mom gave birth to a boy, of about twelve years of age. 
Pastor Josh took custody of Joseph, who stayed with him at his residence, while Tina's mom stayed with Tina. She took her mom to Church and was introduced to her stepbrother. The Church was glad to welcome them into the fold of God.
By the following week, Tina went on a date with Pastor Josh in a secluded restaurant. While there, a phone call came through Gola that Carine and Pastor Martins had a fatal accident. Pastor Martins died on the spot, but Carine's life was hanging between life and death. She has been shouting Pastor Josh's name. She claimed that she needed to see him.
“What!” Pastor Josh screamed and got up. The speed at which he got standing was frightening. Tina held her head and wailed. They hurriedly went to the hospital at LUTH, to see them.
Pastor Josh identified the body of Pastor Martins who was ascertained dead on the spot.
“How did the accident occur?” He asked Gola, who had first-hand information from the onlookers at the scene of the accident.
“Sir, one of the people told me that the Toyota Corolla was coming, and a trailer was coming from the opposite direction. 
Suddenly, they saw the lady inside screaming at the man, it looked as if they had been arguing for a while, and as the man was trying to reply, he couldn't see that the trailer had come too close.
