BELLE'S P.O.V


Everyone gives me a warm welcome.
Now I just finished talking to them here in the main hall.
I gave them an apology because of what I had done before. Also, they said that they would accept everything from me. I just couldn't stand it because it was my fault in the first place.


I just realized that if I was just strong before if I was brave enough to face that problem, I would not leave everyone behind without saying a word.


But that's all in the past now.
I am now braver, and I am now ready to face everything.


I am also ready to fight for what I want and deserve. That is the first thing I want to do when I leave the mansion in the west.
That is also why I came here. I want to change myself into a better person.

When he finally entered the room, he walked straight in my direction. He was holding an envelope.
He gave it to me when he reached me.
"What is this?"
It is a brown envelope without any design or marks. Why is he giving me an envelope?

Just after I came back, I got a business proposal.
"It is a report about the one you want me to investigate, my lady."

If the report he is talking about is the one that I requested him to look further into, then this must be the information regarding Georgia.

"What will you do now, my lady?" Arkanghel asks me.

I am still debating if I should apologize to her properly and ask for her forgiveness or stop her from what she's doing.
If I apologize, will she stop doing all this?
I doubt it because why would you go this far if a simple apology would be an answer?
It is hard to think of an answer right now…
Maybe the only possible way to end all these things is to talk to her.
That's right.
I should just talk to her about all these things…
I am sorry for what the original Belle did to her, but I am also mad because she uses Hendrick.
Hendrick isn't doing anything…
Because of what you did, many things happened that almost broke all our hearts.

Arkanghel asks me, but May is the one who answered.

I pleaded with them, and thankfully they stopped arguing.
They just started waiting for what I would say.

Both of them leave the room without arguing.
When they finally left the room, I started to think of a possible way to stop whatever Georgia was planning.

Should I send her a letter?
But come to think of it, how did she climb up to the high society when she was enslaved?
Don't get me wrong, but in this world, an enslaved person couldn't climb up to the high society because that would be a laughing stock to the noble.

They both accompanied me up until I got to the carriage.

They looked unhappy because they would not accompany me tonight, but I kept on explaining to them why without telling them that I didn't want them to be dragged into this situation.
They understand it, and they are still not happy with the thought that I will go there alone.

Both of them nodded, so I asked the carriage to go.


The trip to the capital didn't take too long because the road was now smooth, unlike before when it was full of rocks.
I arrived at the cafe that Georgia included in the letter.
I immediately went outside the carriage and stared at the place.
It is a fancy restaurant that only those with a high social position can go to.
"She accomplished this much, huh?"

I walked directly inside and asked the one in charge of the tables the name of the table reservation.
