Dylan was surprised to see Matt outside the bathroom. He was leaning against the wall, and it looked like he was waiting for him. Matt motioned for them to come out, and he followed. They went to the garage, Dylan looked around to see if anyone else was there.
"You're sick?" Matt asked.
"I'm not in pain," Dylan said
"Don't lie anymore, I know you're hiding something. Do you think I didn't notice?" Matt said.
Dylan took a deep breath. "Notice what?"
Matt crossed his arms and then stared at Dylan. "What if I find out what's going on with you and I tell the gang?"
"Do it," Dylan said.
"Do not you trust me?"
Dylan looked at Matt. He knew Matt, he was sure if he hadn't told Matt what he noticed he would investigate, and he would tell his friends what he found out. Matt started walking away from the garage when Dylan spoke again.
"One month," Dylan said
Matt turned away then frowned. "I- I only have ..... one month to live." Dylan had a hard time saying that.
Matt was stunned and stared at Dylan. "W-what? Don't fool me, dude. I can tell if you're lying."
Matt knew that from Dylan's reaction, he didn't look like he was joking. He suddenly felt intense nervousness.
"W-why? I thought you were o-okay? That's what Tita told us." Matt said.
Dylan's mother tells them Dylan is okay. He knew there was something off to what Dylan's mother said, besides it wasn't looking them in the eye.
Dylan suddenly burst into tears. "I'm sorry, I lied. But please, don't tell the gang, especially Gaby."
Matt was held against him. "Dude …." Matt took a deep breath. "Dude, tell me you're just kidding, promise, I won't get mad. I won't tease you."
"I hope I was just kidding," said Dylan
"What happened? Was there a complication? Why don't you go back to the hospital?" said Matt.
"I was taken out of the hospital because they couldn't do anything. My lungs were in bad shape," said Dylan. "I just want to be with you, so I'm not making it obvious but …. but the truth is ..... I'm having a hard time, dude."
Matt turned around, he didn't want Dylan to see him cry. 'Shit, I thought it just felt like a joke when the scene was like this.' Matt thought.
"What are you doing there? Yaya Belen cooked a snack. Come on, let's eat."
Matt and Dylan wiped away the tears at the same time. Gaby was standing behind Dylan. Dylan immediately approached Gaby, she smiled.
"What snack?" Dylan asked.
"Pumpkin cake …" Gaby said.
"Okay, it just sounds good …" Dylan turned to Matt. "Dude, come on, there's a snack."
"You go first." Matt just said.
When Gaby and Dylan entered the house. Matt hid in the back of the car, he couldn't stop himself from crying. He immediately picked up his phone and called his Uncle, who works at the hospital where Dylan and Gaby are confined.

"Are you okay, Dy? You're pale." Gaby asked.
Everyone stared at Dylan's whereabouts. "Yeah, do you want to rest? We're staying overnight here, so it's okay for you to sleep here," said Sasha.
"I'm fine," said Dylan
"Dude, you're going to get drunk on that ..." Clark said while looking at Matt.
They saw how Matt drank the beer. Matt drinks the beer as if it is water. Even everyone was surprised at Matt.
"Dude, that's enough," said Rikki
Matt looked at Dylan. "Sleep," he says. "All right, I'll join you in the room."
Matt stood up. "I'm fine, dude," said Dylan.
Matt pulled Dylan's hand away. Dylan stood up and Matt just followed. Everyone was looking at them. Arriving in the room, Dylan lay down and Matt sat down next to the bed.
"I talked to my Uncle, and he confirmed your condition," said Matt. "They offered you a transplant but because there is no certainty, and you could die in the operation so your family refused."
"Yeah. You're right," said Dylan.
"I asked if there was another way, but they couldn't give anything," said Matt. "Dude … tell them. Tell the gang…."
Matt's tears flowed. "I can't pretend there's no problem while seeing you smile." Matt punched his chest. "Dude, I know I'm a fool, but it's hard to pretend. I'm having …. I'm having a hard time."
"I'll only be with you guys for a month," said Dylan. "Even though I'm having a hard time, I'm enduring because I want to be with you. I don't want you to be sad anymore, I don't want the happy memories I want to, be replaced by this … Crying and sadness. I beg you, dude ..."
Meanwhile, from outside the room, Jeff was leaning against the wall, and he heard the two talking.

Isabel cried after hearing what Jeff said. He immediately called Franco to find out Dylan's true condition, and Isabel and Franco went to Dylan's house.

Meanwhile, Gaby sat on the bed with everyone. The boys are on the floor and the girls are in bed. Gaby looked at her friends, who were sound asleep. Because of drinking, they fell asleep early.
'Why am I feeling this way? Why does something seem to happen? I'm too nervous. ' Gaby thought.
Gaby noticed Dylan stood up. It was hard and holding on to the chest. Because it was dark, Dylan didn't notice him. Dylan cautiously left the room and Gaby followed him. He went down the stairs and went straight to the kitchen, he heard the voices of Franco, Isabel, and Jeff from there.
'Is Mommy crying?' Gaby thought.
Gaby heard Isabel moan. Even Dylan's crying. "Drink some water, dude," said Jeff.
Dylan took the water and drank it. "Dylan, is there no other way? Gaby will be sad ..." Isabel said.
"Auntie, I'm praying there's another way. I still don't want to leave Gaby, I know she still needs me," said Dylan.
'Huh? Is Dylan leaving? Why doesn't he tell me? ' Gaby thought.
