Eternal Dark sect,
 The environment was serene bringing about a natural beauty to atmosphere . The blowing of the wind and the dancing of the trees seemed to add colour to the environment . Eternal Dark , founded by the first queen Zelenda . It was one of the overlord sect that suppressed a region in the martial world . They were known to be strict and ruthless because they did not tolerate any form of weakness in their sect members . The sect mainly practice dark arts and that made them to look like an evil sect. 
Every sect master is usually a female that inherits the throne from the previous leader. They usually go by the title of "queen". Only the strongest female can ascend the throne as it was the rule set by their ancestors. The current queen who is known as the"Dark queen" is a peerless figure that was unmatched in her generation . She was known as number one under heaven because she no longer have any opponent in the martial world.
 She was also known as the number one beauty in the world as her beauty were unmatched but sadly it was rumoured that no man could enter her eyes because she needs a man that was stronger than her . Under the Dark queen, the 12 Dark lords existed below her .They have enormous authority in the sect as they visually control many sections in the sect. For one to become a dark lord, one had to undergo strict training and must be a void level being. Below the Dark lords are the various elders that help in the management of the sect .
 Currently , The aura in the Eternal Dark sect was gloomy because of the impending danger they were facing . The supreme heaven sect deliberately spread out the news of the injuries of the Dark queen and how she will not be able to survive after a year .At the initial stage , Many people scoffed at the rumours because they did not believe that someone can actually injure the dark queen to that extent . 
 But as time goes on and the Dark queen did not make any appearance and refute the rumours . Many people started believing the validity of the rumours as someone said that he saw the Dark queen vomiting blood but nobody actually knew whether it's true or false . All the 12 Dark lords that were managing the sects bases outside have been called back to the sect as they seem to be preparing for the impending crisis crisis. 
 Many disciples tried to sneak away from the sect but they were caught and mercilessly killed . The former number one sect in the world have fallen to the point that they hole up in the sect because they were afraid of being attacked unexpectedly . . The upcoming overlord meeting is where the control of the martial world will definitely change hands . 
 The members of the Eternal Dark sect were hoping that their queen will be fine by then and she will suppress everyone like she use to do . In the garden that was located at the main palace of the sect leader. The sound of the harp could be heard and a sorrowful rhythm seemed to enshroud the whole environment . A beautiful voice that was so beautiful that it seemed to penetrate the inner heart of a being sang .
         Two seasons gone, I long for you

       Carefree and proud .
 The song was very sorrowful and one could not help but feel sad when you hear the song . Irisha kept crying as she played the harp . She formed a sad picture of a lonely lady that needs protection . She could not get rid of the guilt that plagued her heart . The face of Drex occupied her mind as she could not forget him no matter what . She fell in love with him so deeply that she found it hard to extricate herself from it . 
  "I can't really believe that you are dead , Drex ". She clenched her fist as she muttered . She was really depressed because her world seem to be crumbling apart . Her master's condition have worsened and the fate of the sect was unknown . Thoughts of betrayal seems to have taken root in the minds of many higher ups . 
 "Irisha , you really fell deeply for this guy " . a soft voice sounded behind her . Irisha turned and saw Lynn coming towards her . Lynn was the second most talented disciple apart from Irisha and she was the disciple of one of the Dark lords so her position in the sect was slightly inferior to Irisha . She grew up with Irisha from Young age so they were best of friends . "Lynn, you are here". Irisha forcefully smile as her countenance seemed pale and weak .
  Lynn hugged her from behind and whispered "it will be okay , Irisha " . Irisha sighed because she knew that her best friend was just trying to comfort her . "you have broken through to the peak of grandmaster stage". Irisha said in suprise as she noticed that the cultivation of her best friend have grown stronger. "Yeah , I just had my breakthrough not long ago and you don't really cultivate anymore ". Lynn said with sadness as she looked at Irisha .
 Irisha shook her head and said "I have really lost interest in Many things ". Lynn smiled bitterly and said "The battle is not lost before it is fought ". Irisha sighed as she stood up from her sitting position . "There is no hope in overcoming this tribulation . The Evergreen Empire will not help us and they will be more than happy to see us destroy ourselves". The expression on Lynn face turned a little bleak but she quickly covers it up with a smile and said.
 "Now , let's talk about something else . So tell me how you meet him ". Irisha smiled brightly as she began to recollect . "I was severely injured after being nearly assassinated when I went out on a sect mission . I was hiding when he came across me but by then I had already fainted due to blood loss .He bravely carried me and returned to his house ". She paused and looked at Lynn ." He was never afraid of implicating himself and when I asked him the reason he saved me . He said "Sometimes you do things without a reason ". 
  I recovered from my injuries in his house . I experienced the feeling of living like a commoner and I loved the feeling . Gradually , I feel in love with him . I did not tell him of my identity but I guessed he knew that I was from an extraordinary background". Lynn smiled and said "So , is he good looking?". Irisha rolled her eyes at her friend and said "of course , he is very good looking and the part of him that attracted me to him is he confidence that he possessed". 
 Irisha smiled happily as she recalled his confident aura as he told her that he desired to be free and unfettered . Her mood became down as she recalled the calamity she brought upon him . Lynn suddenly said "He might not actually be dead ". The body of Irisha shook as she looked at Lynn in disbelief "it is not possible ". Lynn smiled mysteriously and said "I interrogated the assassin that was sent to kill him and he said that he jumped off the clif". 
Irisha became estatic as she held the hands of her friend " There is a possibility that he is survived . I am going to look for him ". Lynn shook her head and said "The possibility is too small and are you planning to drag him into the calamity that is about to fall on the sect ". Irisha stopped in her tracks as she smiled bitterly . Indeed , even if he is alive , she will not have the face to see him again and also she might also put him in danger again as the sect was currently facing a sever Crisis . 
"I wish you good luck , if you are still alive ". irisha muttered . "I am going to cultivate". Her expression became firm as she wanted to become stronger before the impending calamity comes .Lynn looked at the retreating figure of her friend and said silently "You have really suffered , Irisha". A flash of sorrow flashed in her eyes as she muttered with tears in her eyes"I am sorry irisha , I have no choice in what I have to do ". 
she clenched her fist as she struggled to make an unknown decision in her heart .
