The place inside in the space crack looked like a floating island that suspended in the void . I discovered that a mysterious law prevented one from flying here . Chaotic divine energy pervaded the environment and the laws in this place were very violent and harmful . 
 I had to constantly pour my divine energy in maintaining the barrier that surrounded me . Any weaker demigod that intruded into this place will be instantly shredded apart by the rampaging divine might in the environment . 
 Countless of corpses floated in the void and they seem to belong to different races because many of them looked vastly different from each other . Some had purple skin with scales on their bodies and their bodies mainly radiate destruction laws which showed that this race was born with innate talent which was suitable for comprehending destruction laws . 
 Some had green skin like the creature I just fought but the most striking thing I discovered about this race is that they had dark devouring aura around them which showed that they were creatures corrupted by the devourers . i also saw some human corpses that carried divine aura around them . 
 "Human gods ". I thought solemnly . It was my first time encountering a human god albeit a dead one.  
 I walked forward with caution as I heightened my vigilance because of unforseen circumstances . The entire sky was dark and silent with occasional energy storm rumbling in the vast void . I suspected that this place might not be the main battlefield instead it should be a part of a larger battlefield . 
 I carefully evaded the floating corpses as I advanced with caution and care . After traveling for like 20 minutes , green phantoms that I previously encountered in the forest of ruin attacked me . 
 Boooom!!! green fog surrounded me , trying to cut me off from sensing the environment . Poison and decay laws started eating up the barrier that surrounded me . The strength of the green phantoms that was attacking were much stronger because they were all at the peak of the demigod realm . 
 Boooom!!! Star laws circulated around me as I simply punched out in a slow motion . My attack only made the space to distort slightly and that showed how strong the space here was . 
 Boooom!!! the green fog was swept away and the green phantoms shattered . I frowned because the green phantoms recondensed in the void again . They must have been influenced by the immortal like characteristics of the Devourers . 
 It will be quite difficult to deal with them and I don't want to cause too much commotion in case I alert a stronger existence in this island . 
 Bang!!!! Space laws surged in the environment as I grabbed at the space where the green phantoms were .. Boooom!!! my aura surged as I sealed the space and trapped them inside the separate space I created . With my prowess ,they will find it difficult to escape for a long time . 
 I continued my journey having dealt with the threat of the green phantoms . Broken weapons of different kind littered around the place but the aura coming from them showed that they were all divine weapons although their grade could no longer be determined . 
 I was even suprised to come across broken war ships that spanned thousands of meters in length . The extent of the vast destruction made me wonder what kind of battle that made so many gods to fall here . 
 The battle must be extremely tragic because most of the fallen gods that was here did not even possess complete bodies . Traveling further , I also discovered another race that had their bodies simply made out of rocks . 
 They were very gigantic as they were thousands of meters in height and they mostly exhude the aura of earth laws . The strangest thing about them was that each of these creatures had holes in their chest regions as if something was ripped off from there . 
 The dead gods that I encountered was mostly at the Lord realm with no one at the heavenly lord level but as I traveled deeper , more terrifying beings at the heavenly lord realm could be seen everywhere , some were even at the peak of the realm . 
 I made use of my space laws to travel because it was faster and also I could conceal my aura with space laws . The pressure generated by the corpses became more prominent that I have to avoid the areas they were in and take another route . 
 Boooom!!! a towering pressure descended on me as my body was forced out of the void . My body shook heavily as I took ten steps back , leaving a large imprint on the ground before I could stablize myself . 
 My expression became solemn because four massive corpses were blocking my front . One of them belonged to the rock like race , another one to the purple skin race , one to the human race and the last one belonged to the green phantom race . 
 The pressure that radiated from there dead gods showed that they were at least at the celestial lord realm or above when they were still alive . My body made cracking sounds as I continously circulated my cultivation in order to resist the pressure . 
 The green creature was covered with intense devouring aura that made it look like a demon while other corpses had immense resentment on their faces as if they were angry at something . 
 Boooom!!! my surrounding changed as I found myself in a very large battlefield that spanned millions of miles . Roar!!!! gigantic creatures like the purple skin race , the rock like race , humans and the green creatures were engaged in devastating battle that ravaged the entire void . 
 I was quite suprised to see human gods that was dressed in Golden armour tore their opponents apart with terrifying might . I seemed to have gone back to the timeline where the terrifying battle was fought . The green creatures seemed to be the opponent the other races were fighting against . I guessed that it must have something to do with the devouring aura on their bodies . 
 "Heavenly monarch , why fight a futile fight when the nether lord have fallen ". One of the green creatures that exhuded terrifying aura roared out and said . 
 The old man who was referred to as the heavenly monarch sneered and said "Green fog race , you guys are quite shameless after betraying the nether region and stabbing us at the back . You have the guts to invite us to help those outworldly creatures that invaded from another universe ". 
 "Golem monarch , are you not going to submit to the noble race and be granted supreme power ". The green creature further enticed the rock golem who only responded with a terrifying punch . 
 Boooom!!! boooom!!! each of their strikes seemed to be able to shatter stars and destroy space for millions of miles . I can't fathom their actual cultivation but I believe that they must be above the Lord realm . 
 The battle was extremely tragic as divine blood flowed in the void and countless of worlds were destroyed completely . Bang!!! the scene shattered as I found myself in the island again . it must have been one of the remanants of memories of the corpses in front of me that I saw . 
 "Hmmm , a human ". A suprised voice sounded beside me , scarring me greatly . I had the surrounding covered in my space domain so I will be alerted if anyone tries to sneak up to me . But now someone appeared behind me without me noticing anything showed that he was way above me In strength . 
 Whoosh!!! my figure became blur as I vanished from my position only to find myself back to the initial position that I was before . It was as if I did not make any move at all . I gulped nervously and looked backed only to see an old man who was looking at me with a calm gaze . 
 "The heavenly monarch ". I muttered slowly .
