Chapter 22 Ethan: The Savior of the Celestial Realm
Ethan, the master of the element of Earth, was walking through the Celestial Realm when he noticed something strange. The mountains in the distance were moving. He stopped and watched, his senses heightened. He could feel the land shaking beneath his feet. Ethan knew that this was no ordinary earthquake. Something was very wrong. He quickly turned and ran back to the Celestial Palace to warn the others. When Ethan arrived at the palace, he found the Guardians already gathered. They had also felt the shaking and had seen the mountains moving. "What is happening?" Anya asked. "I don't know," Ethan replied. "But it's something big." The Guardians decided to investigate. They flew to the mountains and landed on a nearby peak. They looked down at the valley below and saw a sight that filled them with dread. A massive creature was emerging from the earth. It was hundreds of feet tall, with a body made of rock and stone. Its eyes glowed red with fury. "What is that thing?" Anya asked. "I don't know," Ethan replied. "But it's not from here." The creature roared and charged at the Guardians. They quickly drew their weapons and prepared to fight. The creature was incredibly powerful. It swatted the Guardians away like flies. Anya and the others fought bravely, but they were no match for the creature's strength and size. Just when it seemed that all was lost, a beam of light shot down from the sky and struck the creature. The creature roared in pain and recoiled. The Guardians looked up and saw the Celestial Mother standing in the air above them. She held a staff in her hand, and it was glowing with power. "I will not allow this creature to harm my people," the Celestial Mother said. The Celestial Mother raised her staff and unleashed a torrent of energy at the creature. The creature was caught in the blast and was thrown to the ground. The creature struggled to get to its feet, but the Celestial Mother's energy was too powerful. The creature eventually collapsed to the ground, defeated. The Celestial Mother landed next to the Guardians. "Is it over?" Anya asked. "For now," the Celestial Mother replied. "But this creature is only the beginning. There are more like it coming." The Guardians looked at each other, their faces filled with determination. They knew that they would have to be ready to fight again. The Celestial Mother smiled. "I know that you are," she said. "You are the Celestial Guardians. You are the protectors of this realm. And I have faith in you." The Celestial Mother turned and disappeared into the sky. Anya and the Guardians looked at each other and nodded. They knew what they had to do. As the Celestial Mother disappeared, the surviving creature roared and charged at the Guardians again. Anya and the others drew their weapons and prepared to fight, but Ethan stepped forward. "I'll handle this," he said. The other Guardians nodded and stepped back. They knew that Ethan was the master of the element of Earth, and that he had the power to defeat the creature. Ethan raised his hands and focused his energy. The ground beneath the creature's feet began to shake. The creature tried to roar, but its voice was muffled by the dust and rubble. Then, the ground beneath the creature's feet opened up and swallowed it whole. The creature roared in pain and anger, but it was too late. It was gone. The Guardians watched in awe as Ethan closed the crack in the ground. He turned to them and smiled. "That's one," he said. The other Guardians cheered. They knew that they had Ethan to thank for saving their lives. But Anya's smile faded quickly. She knew that there were more creatures coming, and they would be stronger than the last one. "We need to prepare," she said to the Guardians. "The next attack will be soon." The Guardians nodded in agreement. They knew that Anya was right. They needed to be ready for whatever came next. Ethan stood in the gardens of the Celestial Palace, looking up at the sky. He knew that the darkness was coming, but he was not afraid. He had the Celestial Guardians by his side, and they would fight to protect the realm, no matter the cost. He closed his eyes and focused on the element of Earth. He could feel its power flowing through him. He was ready. ***** Ethan stood on a hilltop, overlooking a scene of devastation. The once-thriving city of New York was now a smoldering ruin. The ground was littered with the bodies of the dead, and the air was thick with the smell of smoke and ash. Ethan had been on Earth for a few days now, trying to find a way to stop the monsters that were attacking. But the creatures were too powerful, and he was outnumbered. He had tried to contact the other Celestial Guardians, but he couldn't get through. He was all alone. Ethan watched in horror as another monster emerged from the ground. It was a massive creature, with a body made of rock and stone. Its eyes glowed red with fury. The monster roared and charged at the people who were running for their lives. Ethan knew that he had to do something. He couldn't just stand there and watch. He raised his hands and focused his energy. The ground beneath the monster's feet began to shake. The creature tried to roar, but its voice was muffled by the dust and rubble. Then, the ground beneath the creature's feet opened up and swallowed it whole. The creature roared in pain and anger, but it was too late. It was gone. Ethan turned to the people who were watching in awe. "Run!" he shouted. "Get to safety!" The people didn't need to be told twice. They turned and ran, as fast as they could. Ethan watched them go, feeling a sense of satisfaction. He had saved some lives, but he knew that it wasn't enough. There were more monsters out there, and they were getting stronger. Ethan closed his eyes and focused. He needed to find a way to stop them. He needed to find a way to save Earth. He opened his eyes and looked up at the sky. He knew that he couldn't do it alone. He needed help. He thought about the other Celestial Guardians. He wondered if they were safe. He wondered if they would come to help him. Ethan hoped so. Because he knew that he couldn't save Earth by himself. Where were the other Celestial Guardians? Where was Anya? Why was he alone, fighting those monsters?
