I rushed to Jessica who was still lying on the floor wounded, the lightening really did her bad, not much of an open wound, but the fall happened to affect her rather than the strike, she might have broken some part of her body in the fall, making it impossible to go join up with Mary and minimize the beating she's receiving.
“ Jessica!..... Jessica!!, We have to end this and you are the only one who can stop all this now if only you are willing to help ”.
I pressed her, trying to hold her up from the floor, she was now sitting with on the floor, my hand resting on her back as she rested her head on my chest.
“ Sometimes I wonder whether this was the mind I got attracted to or some lunatic who doesn't see the situation I am in, how can I possibly go and fight against that in my miserable condition?”.
She said, looking a bit displeased with what I just said, I guess she doesn't understand what I meant, she wouldn't react this way when she understands me, she would react worst.
“ That's not what I am saying Jessica...... I mean...... I mean, I need your help right now, like really need your help ”.
She turned her face to me, confused on what I am asking her for, I can't meet her gaze, I looked away, averting her eyes, don't want her to see the pain in them, when she does, she would definitely understand what I am asking and if she knew that I am scared and sad about the decision, she possibly won't allow me to go through with it. I looked at Mary who seems so weak to continue the fight, she was now lying on the floor, hands spread and totally weak, the creator has gone back to his activity, sipping all powers away from the tree. 
I turned back to Jessica, having controlled the emotion in my eyes, the light from the lightening coming from the tree to the creator was reflecting in her bright red eyes, giving it a wonderful and pleasant memorable eyes to always remember.
“ I want you to give me the bite Jessica, transfer the vampire venom to me, I want to fight alongside you guys ”.
Her confused look turns to more confusion as she tries to process what I just said, after few seconds, her brain gave her the information of what I was asking for.
“ No, no, there's no such way I am going to make you go through pain just because of me, the venom's pain is not something easy as it looks, it will send you into shock while transformation of your body system, and after that you still want me to watch you get beaten into a pup like Mary there?, No, no ”.
She won't, that look in her eyes signals that her decision is final, I have to make her carve into my request, even if it's threatening her with the relationship we have together. There's no much time left, Miriam said this was a limited task that will come in handy, only in such opportunity can I carry out this mission, after then, I can never defeat him again.
     “ Look into my eyes Jessica, if you don't give me the bite, I will go straight there like a human and fight against him, he would definitely end me faster than you can imagine or even suck my blood dry, you have made your decision and I have made mine, I think I have to be going now ”.
I tried to stand up and walk away but she held me back, holding my sleeves as if she's never going to let go, she pulled me down to her mouth level.
“ I hope you know what you're asking for?”.
She kissed my lips, then went straight to the side of my neck, she hesitated a bit, my heart pounding, I can possibly hear to sound on my ears, she sank her teeth into my neck as I wailed in pain, it really stings.
     When she was talking about shock, I didn't know this was what she meant, it feels like a naked wire was connected to my skin, I continued walking towards the creator, Miriam's voice repeating itself in my head.
“ Make sure you get there when you're still human, if the transformation completes, then it will all be in vain, your full transformation means that he will end up turning you to one of the beasts, but transforming you when you are still human will have a negative effect on him ”.
I got there, standing some feets behind him, hiding the jolts I am feeling inside of me, I turned to Mary whose eyes were on me, she wasn't confused and doesn't know what I am up to, I turned back to Jessica and saw her crawling on the ground, pushing herself to where I am, I think she have just realized what I was up to, she knew that the transformation wouldn't be complete yet and I am on a mission to sacrifice myself for the town, she was crying like a baby, shouting on top of her voice for me not to do this, I think this is the perfect cue I need, something that would make the creator believe that this was my decision, a decision to join him and my allies are not in support of it.
“ Make me one of your monsters!....... I wish to fight forever by your side creator!, I don't want to continue being a loser!”.
I got his attention, he turned around to me, surprise replacing the look on his face, he's way smarter than me, but at this point, I think I have more tools to outsmart him.
He looked at Mary who was in no position to stop me and looked at Jessica who was still distance away, crawling to me with every negative expression on her face, the creator smiled, smile turning to wicked laughter, enjoying the scenario playing right in front of him, he gently walked up to me, I was already losing control of myself but any slightest error will make the creator understand the game I am playing right now. Miriam said that my scent as a human would be gone some minutes after the bite and after then will I begin to transform into a full vampire, I just hope I am not too early or too late.
     His fangs sank into my neck, I don't know whether he was too distracted to see the one on my neck already or was I too late, the wound already healed.
The longer his fangs were into me, the more I lost the fight, my eyes too heavy to keep open, I was dropped to the floor like an empty plastic bottle, the only thing I can control right now is the movement of my eyes, I looked at Jessica who has stopped struggling to reach me, she was now in one spot crying her eyes out, if someone like Jessica can ever cry like this for me, then I believe I am someone meaningful and valuable, at least I can go on my way with that knowledge.
I began hearing the sound of cry, a loud one that sounded more like pain.
“ What have you done to me!!!........”.
I think my plans worked, I think the creator is dying, he's affected by my tricks and it's reaping him apart, I think I have succeeded in outsmarting him, with no more strength and energy left in me, I guess this is it, I passed out.
