The sun is setting and the party is just getting started. I walked over to Jaehyun and Lucas who was already starting to drink. "You! Give me some", I exclaimed reaching for the vodka. "Nope", Jaehyun said snatching the bottle from the table. "Why you-", I yelled but immediately getting cut off by Lucas. "Remember the last time you drank", he asked me. "It was Taeyong's and Yuta's fault anyway", I said taking his glass from his hands and drinking the contents of it. "Tch you hard headed kid", Lucas said snatching the glass back.
"Give me some more, I need more", I said sitting down next to Lucas. "And why would you need more", Jaehyun asked. "Because I need the courage to talk to Ten later and possibly watch the fireworks with him later", I said pointing at the table gesturing them to give me some more. "Fine but you'll only drink with us, you won't drink anywhere else", Jaehyun said bringing out a glass. "Yeah yeah yeah you talk too much", I said snatching the glass from him and pouring the alcohol myself.
"Sometimes, I just want to cry of how you treat me", Jaehyun said. "You still love me though", I teased making him smile. "Hell yeah I do", he said standing up. "And because I love you so much, I just want to do this", Jaehyun said approaching me. Not long after he tackled me and started tickling me. "H-hey! S-s-stop", I screamed in between laughs. "I love you so much my little sister", Jaehyun cooed before stopping. "You're gonna pay for this", I said not moving an inch and laying on the sand. "Come back up here we still have to drink", Lucas said lending me a hand.
"So now you want me to drink", I said amused at how fast he changed his mind. "As much as I don't want you to, I want you to fix things up with Ten", Lucas said pouring me some. "Eh? Why", I asked confused as to why he's been really supportive of Ten ever since. "I've never seen you this happy before Jae. If he really does make you happy then I'm all up for it. Whatever it is that you have to do just to fix this mess, I will help you", Lucas explained not sparing me a glance.
Mark then handed me a drink and gestured me to drink up. “I suddenly don’t want to drink anymore”, I said pushing the glass back to him. “Oh so now you don’t want to drink”, my brother asked confused but laughing. “You are all suckers for that sucker”, I said grabbing the glass and downing the contents. “We are suckers for your fucking happiness goddamnit”, Jaehyun said grabbing the glass from her. “Oh shut up, now give me more”, I said with a smile grabbing the bottle from Mark. “Stop stop stop”, Jaehyun now stopping me from drinking straight from the bottle laughing as well as the two.
A few more drinks later and I was ready to go. Just half an hour before the fireworks to start, I started finding Ten. I first approached Taeyong who seems to be busy making sure this party is doing alright. "Have you seen Ten", I asked him as soon as I got close. "Uhm no... but have you been drinking again", he asked back with eyes studying me. "Well yes! And I want more", I said before snatching a bottle from him and started walking away. "Thank you very much", I yelled waving at him. He just stood there confused of what just happened.
I then saw Mark and immediately approached him. "You seen Ten", I asked startling him. "Goodness don't scare me like that", he said clenching unto his chest. "So, seen Ten", I asked again. "Goodness no. But why are you drinking again", he then asked me making me laugh. "Because I want to", I answered pointing the bottle I'm holding at his nose. He immediately snatched the bottle from my hand and ran. "No more for you", he yelled. "Hey! Give that back", I yelled as I ran after him. I eventually felt dizzy and fell to my knees on the sand. Shit, this is not a good time to feel weak.
"Are you alright", Mark asked as he was nearing me. "Do I look like I'm alright", I sassed as he raised his hands up in the air. "Why are you looking for Ten anyway", he asked sitting down beside me. "I just want to fix this mess I created", I honestly said laying down on the sand. Damn that alcohol already kicking in. "Oh yeah, forgot about that part. You have never been more right your entire life", Mark said obviously teasing me. "You're lucky I'm not in the condition to fight you right now", I said closing my eyes. "Well, I'll help you find him then", he said standing up and pulling me up as well. "Thank you", I said before forcing myself to stand back up.
