William POV
“I'm sorry, but I need some water,” She says, staring down.
Suddenly, remorse started eating me up.
Maybe I shouldn't have talked to her in such a manner, but I couldn't help my anger.
My eyes were glued to the table with everything running through my head.
“Mum” I heard Flora call out.
I raised my head.
“Flora” Stella also called and my eyes dilated.
What's going on?
Flora rose to her feet at once and I watch as Stella ran to where she's standing, checking every part of her body.
“Oh, gracious Lord… it's really you” she exclaimed and snuggle Flora into her arms.
“I missed you so much darling” Stella cries, stroking Flora's back.
“I missed you too Mum, and I'm deeply sorry for causing you so much pain,” Flora says, tears rushing out from her eyes.
Stella disengaged from the hug and smile widely at Flora.
“I should be the one sorry here Flora,” She says, removing the strand of Flora's hair from her face.
“I've been a bad mother to you…” 
“No mum… You're not a bad mother, you only did what you thought was right” Flora cut in.
“A mother who doesn't care about her child's happiness is a bad mother” She slowly held Flora's hand.
“Forgive me Flora” She sobs, going on her knees.
“Stop it, Mum, I've forgiven you for long so stop this” She cautioned, making Stella stand properly again.
“You're embarrassing me” She added.
Stella smile and sniffed back her tears.
“You've grown so fast, isn't it?” Stella jokes.
Flora giggled and leaned forward to wipe Stella's tears with her palm.
I let out a discreet cough and they both turned their heads to look at me.
“I have interest in the short story, could you please share with me?” I pouted like a kid.
They both laugh quietly, I frown and they both stop laughing at once.
“Mum meets Mr. William” Flora begins.
“He's the Father of a friend of mine, and he's also my life savior” Stella glances from my face to Flora's face.
“Ryder is a real monster, he killed Xavier” Stella gasped.
“What?”
“It's a story for another day Mum, Ryder did countless things to me but thank goodness his son came at the right time and saved me” Flora explained, pointing a finger at me.
Stella shook her head sympathetically.
“I'm so sorry Flora” She apologized again.
“It's all my fault, I made you go through a lot” 
“It's okay mum” Flora cooed, stroking her back tenderly.
“But you owe him a lot” she whispered into Stella's ear, but I heard her.
“This is fate Flora,” Stella says, staring at me intensely.
“Huh?”
“Could you believe this man brought me into his house to question me about his daughter's whereabouts not knowing, his daughter has been with him"?
“What are you saying, Mum?”
“What do you mean Stella?” Flora and I asked at the same time.
Stella took her eyes to Flora's figure.
“Flora, this is William”
“My ex-husband and your father” A light gasp fell out from Flora's mouth and same as mine.
“This is your daughter William” Flora and I share a short glance.
“You mean… This is my little princess… Sofina?” I choked out after a brief silence.
She nodded.
“Mr. William is my Dad?" Flora asked, confused laced on her face.
“Yes Flora, I'm sorry for hiding everything from you at the beginning, but I promise to illuminate everything to you soon” 
“I have a Dad too!” She exclaimed happily and run to me.
She stays in my warm embrace with her face buried to my chest.
“Now I understand why my heart has been glued to you since I met you” I whispered into her ear.
She giggles and disengages from the hug.
“Me too Dad,” She says with all smiles.
What a fate
We stare at each other, grinning very hard.
 I feel so fulfilled right now.
 
 Flora POV.
I'm the happiest being on earth.
Who would have thought Mr. William could be my Dad?
Hm mm
No wonder he seems so nice to me.
All thanks to Zayn, for taking me to that party.
I wouldn't have met him right?
“Dad, Mum” I called.
They both raised their heads to look at me.
“Is there something you need?” Dad asked, dropping his cutlery.
I nodded slowly.
“What's it?” Mum asked this time.
“I need to visit Zayn,” I told them and they all exchange a look, including David.
“Who's Zayn?” Mum asked.
“He's the guy I ran into that night I left home, he really took great care of me Mum… You all owe him” I told them, my voicing cracks.
Yes…
That's not the only reason.
I miss my Zayn so much
I really can't wait to have myself wrapped with his massive arms again.
I watch as Dad's countenance change to a sour one.
“We'll visit him soon Flora but not today,” Dad says, picking his fork.
“And why not today?” I asked him immediately.
“Because you don't like him right?” I added and he sighed loudly.
“You and your Mum still need to go for some shopping to get some dresses” He replied.
“I mean you can't possibly go visit a friend like…”
“It doesn't matter Dad and I do not care” I butt in.
“Don't you think you owe him a lot?” I look at everyone's face.
“Of course Flora, I really need to meet him, and thank him for taking so much care of my daughter,” Mum says.
I smile and nodded sharply.
I look at Dad's face, and he let out another deep sigh.
Yeah,
Whatever.
“Fine… We'll leave after breakfast” he announced, and my lips curved to a wide smile.
I'm going to make sure they settle whatever the dispute between them.
 Violet POV
“Miss Violet, our company really requires someone like you to help advertise our products” The manager coaxed, and I just smile.
“So please when should we expect you?”
“I'll let you know sir,” I said politely and hung up.
I sighed heavily and tossed my phone on the bed.
I feel so much distress these past few days.
But I'm glad I could help Zayn in the little way I can.
It's pretty obvious he truly loves Flora.
I swallowed, 
You shouldn't cry Violet, you've let go of your feelings for him right?
I slide my feet into my shoes.
Furthermore, I need to pay Ryder a visit.
Zayn finally let him go, and I haven't set my eyes on him since then. I'm sure he's still mad at me for betraying him, so I need to settle things with him.
I shut my car door and approach his gigantic gate. Huh? It's wide open.
I stepped into the compound and saw a few guys hanging around.
I recognize them, they're Ryder guys.
“Good day ma'am” One of them greeted while others bow in greetings, I just nodded in response.
“Where's Ryder?” I asked him.
“He's up in his room” 
 I made to walk away, but his voice stopped me.
“He prefers not to meet anyone,” The guy told me.
“Don't worry I can handle it” I told him then walk away.
I made to knock on his door, but his voice stops me, causing my hand to hang on the midway.
I pressed my ear to the door.
“I want a clean job Robert” I heard him say.
“Ensure you remove his car brake pedal without any traces” I covered my mouth to prevent myself from gasping aloud.
“Understood?” He said again.
And with that, I heard his phone disconnect.
“You messed with the wrong person, and you shall regret it”
“Rest in pieces Zayn” He said through gritted teeth and I could feel my heart starting to beat faster than usual.
Oh my goodness…
He's planning to kill Zayn?
Good Lord
What do I do?
Should I just confront him or run to Zayn?
I ruffle my hair annoyingly and moved away from his door.
No…
I better go inform Zayn.
