And at the same time our lifter stopped as we have already reached the 7th floor of the school building and the lifter opened and teacher Mirabel was seen standing at the door.
"And what's going on here?" Mirabel asked wondering why I was kneeling down as Castor ran to her and hid behind her back.
And I understand that he must be scared of me, after all the things I have done to him, of course he has to be scared but I just wish I could convince him that am no longer the person I use to be to him.
Well after he ran and hid behind Mirabel I stood up and stares at Mirabel.
"This is not your business so why don't you mind your business and leave us?" I asked as teacher Mirabel waves her head.
"I can't leave because I need to protect him from people like you!" Mirabel responded.
"Protect him as what?" I asked as Mirabel steps closer to me and we looked deep into each others face.
"As his guardian angel" Mirabel responded and that word sounded like a bell, I am still wondering why she was craving so hard to be Castor's guardian angel.
One person can only has to be destined with one guardian angel, why the hell was Castor destined with three guardian angels?
That means there must be something very special about him but what am not convinced is Mirabel being his guardian angel?
She wants to tell me that she has grown up to 23yrs looking for her ward? that's a pure lie, she is not his guardian angel but I know she must have deceived and lied to Castor.
And Castor actually believed her, of course, why won't him believe the woman that keeps protecting him when he was nothing to anyone.
That alone could be an easily convince to Castor but am very sure that Teacher Mirabel don't want to use him to do anything order use him as a toy on her bed.
However after using a few seconds to run through thoughts, I looked up to Mirabel again.
"His guardian angel? what makes you think so?" I asked as she smirks.
"Well, fate did! and so am telling you now to be aware that he is under my care and under my protection from now on, I don't want to see you or your friends in anywhere close to him again!"
"Take this one as a warning, girl...!" Teacher Mirabel said as I looked down in surprise.
I believed that she said that because she doesn't know my capabilities in magic, she thinks she can compete with me.
"Is that a threat?" I asked as Mirabel shrugs her shoulder.
"And what if it is?" She asked as I smirked and looks at her for a few seconds silent.
"Do not step on my toes Mirabel so you won't regret it!" I responded with a deep warning tone.
"I will regret nothing and am equally not stepping on your toes but if guarding my ward means stepping on your toes then you should go get a steady doctor" Mirabel said leaving me staring at her in anger.
"Because...I would be smashing your toes every seconds" Mirabel said as I smiled deadly at her.
"Let's play this then" I said as I stares at Castor who was hiding in her back.
"Goodbye Castor, hoping to see you some other time" I said to Castor before turning to step back into the lifter.
"Yeah! goodbye too!" Castor replied recklessly bit I smiled instead as the door of the lifter closes and it began to take me down to the ground.
I know the reason why I just have to leave, I cannot try to convince him that I'm sorry in Mirabel's present.
She could make him to seal his heart forever and never to forgive me but listens to her words instead, just like she has already told him that she is his guardian angel and he easily believed.
Then I can say that she's the only one who can easily convince him now.
So I have to make my confess where it would be just the two of us and maybe I can equally use that time to turn him against Mirabel, even though it sounds impossible.

CASTOR'S POV

So immediately Eliz left, teacher Mirabel hugs me immediately as if something so strange happened to me.
"I... I hope she didn't hurt you?" Mirabel asked as she places her hand on my cheeks and I quietly bring her hand down.
"No, she didn't" I responded as she nods her head.
"So... what does she want from you this time around? is it because of the incident that happened back in my office?" Mirabel asked as I shrugs my shoulder.
"No, I don't know" I responded as Mirabel swallows her saliva and turns her back on me.
"What? is everything okay?" I asked as she looks at again with a sad look on her face.
"Castor do you really understand what it means to be someone's guardian angel and someone's ward" She said as I kept looking at her as I obviously don't know what to answer.
"It means that we'll have to be open to each other! you don't have to get my hands off your face when I try to be caring about you!"
"You don't make me look stupid if I try to be romantic with you! it's my right as your guardian angel okay?" she said as I breathes out heavily and looks at the ceiling.
Then looks around and there is still much more students that are stepping down from up stairs heading home while I looked at her.
"Am sorry, I did that because we are in school, come on people's eyes are on us" I responded as she folds her hands.
"Castor, most especially you don't have to keep any secret from me! am here to protect you and for it to be easy to me, you have to tell me your problems"
"So that I would know when dangers may come for you, I can't be protecting you blindfolded!" She said with an angry voice and I wanted to let her know that it's equally the reason why am here, to tell her the secret but she didn't let me speak but continue talking about Eliz's case.
"How can you tell me that you don't know what Eliz want from you, Castor!?" She said.
"Because she haven't said anything till you appeared" I responded.
"Castor she was kneeling down before you" Mirabel doubted if I was actually telling her the truth.
"And so I lied? is that what you are trying to say? I lied to you?" I asked as she was silently staring at me.
"Just tell me that you are scared if she's going to take me away from you" I said as she breathes down slowly and approached me.
She attempted to place her hands on my cheeks but I stared at her hands making her to hang it on the air.
Though it was just a little bit far from my cheeks but haven't touch so she gently bring it down and looks at me.
"Of course Castor, if I tell you that I am not afraid of losing you then I am a big liar, and that's equally how other Angels would feel for their wards" she said as I take a deep breathe and we are left staring at each other.
"So... where are you actually heading to?" She asked as I looks around.
"Am actually coming to your office" I responded.
"Okay, now that you met me here, can we go home together?" She requested as I waves my head.
"I actually came to tell you the reason why I have been tormented but Eliz and Mira, I have come to tell you the truth about it but we don't have to talk about it standing like this" I said as she smirks.
"Then follow me home let's go talk about it or you prefer inside my car?" She said and without thinking about it twice I made my choice.
"Inside your car" I said as she stares at me somehow.
"Don't tell me that means that you are not following me home!" She said as I wanted to say something but she interrupted me.
"Castor, please..." She pleads as I glanced at my wristwatch.
"Okay but I'm not following you to your house right from school, I have somewhere to go and I will come over to your place in the night" I said as she smiled.
"Wow, that's good I just say, but don't you think... we should leave whatever it is you want to tell me, when you come my house we will talk about it" She said and I nodded.
"Let's go then" She replied as we take the down stairs heading home happily.

JENNIFER'S POV

I was walking home with my friend Amber though we wasted our time having some talk inside the class even when we are aware that the closing bell has ranged.
Because the school is very big and well populated with students so am not surprise why there are still many students inside the school compound like this, going home late just like us.
"Amber where is Dante?" I asked my Amber who was walking alongside me.
"Am very sure he must be missing me already... I was the one that asked him to give us some chance to talk... you know this is Friday and you and we may probably not see again this weekend, till next week" Amber said as I nods.
"Yeah you are absolutely right, and am grateful for your wonderful idea, I can't wait to see my dad"
"But what can I say about you? can I say that you are my ultimate guardian angel?" I said as Amber paused and stares at me as we smiles.
"Come on Janifer, it's nothing, you have been there for me before I found my ward, so why should I forget all that wonderful moments we shared together?" Amber said smiling but was shocked as I didn't responded.
She looks at me and see that I am staring at someone.
"Jennifer are you alright?" Amber asked as I nods and then I pointed the boy coming forwards for her.
"That's Castor, a poor boy who is passing through a lot in the hands of Mira and Eliz" I said as Amber admires him.
"He is handsome though, isn't he?" Amber said and I nodded.
"Maybe" I responded as we keep moving and Castor was actually approaching with teacher Mirabel at his side but am beginning to feel something good around me.
