Chapter 50 About Something

"Loh, why are you back again, Gus?" asked Haris who gaped at his best friend coming back to the hospital. In fact, an hour ago he said goodbye to go home.
Instead of answering questions from Haris, Agus just lay down on the waiting chair provided by the hospital. His right hand rose to cover his eyes. It seemed he still didn't want to talk. Because, his drowsiness and annoyance made him feel in no mood to do anything other than sleep.
The last few days of the month of Ramadan have been hard to live with. Those who should hold back all anger when fasting, are actually provoked by unexpected things. Agus really felt it.
"Asked why even sleep!" shouted Haris while patting Agus' feet.
When he saw the bent look on Agus' face, Haris suspected that he had just encountered a problem. I don't know what caused those eyes to look so wistful. What is certain is that Haris will question it later when Agus has woken up from the pleasure of sleeping which is considered as worship while fasting.
Actually, Haris was also still sleepy. The reason is, last night he was busy discussing in the WhatsApp group about the activities he would carry out in France with his friends. So, he could only sleep soundly at 02.00 in the morning.
From a distance, there was the sound of footsteps approaching Haris. The voice was not caught by Haris' sense of hearing. To the extent, Haris jumped in surprise when a cold hand tapped his shoulder.
"Oh my God, Mother!" Haris complained while widening his eyes that looked so sleepy.
"Why is Agus sleeping here again?" asked Mrs. Sophia while raising her eyebrows.
She was also surprised when she found the figure of Agus who had fallen asleep in his dream. Moreover, Agus' sleeping position looks very uncomfortable.
"Haris doesn't know either, ma'am. Suddenly he came here again," said Haris while directing his gaze to Agus.
Mrs. Sophia seemed to be playing with her lips. Her hands folded in front of his chest. Then, she also pointed his nola eyes upwards, as if she was guessing something.
"Just take him home, Ris. It's a pity if he sleeps on an iron chair like this. It's cold," said Mrs. Sophia, who turned out to have received an allegation about something that happened to Agus.
Not immediately agreeing with his mother's orders, Haris first frowned. He stared at his mother intently as he slowly opened his mouth.
"Yes, Mother can take care of your own father," said Mrs. Sophia before her son managed to utter a sentence.
Haris who was still frowning spontaneously sighed slowly. His mother was always like that. Telling others to rest, but he himself insisted on standing strong even though his rest time was drained.
Without waiting too long, Haris immediately woke his best friend.
"Gus ... sleep at home, let's go!" said Haris while moving Agus' legs which were bent. His body was curled up because the waiting chair wasn't too long.
Agus looks just squirming, not opening his eyes at all. It's annoying, said Haris who saw Agus' behavior. He also decided to move Agus' feet.
"It's okay, let's just leave it to mother," said Mrs. Sophia when Haris wanted to say a sentence.
Mrs. Sophia then moved a few steps from her original place. Approaching Agus who is still in the position of his hands covering his eyes. Mrs. Sophia then sat down in front of Agus.
"Gus ... wake up!" whispered Mrs. Sophia near Agus' ear.
There was no response from Agus. He seems to be comfortable with his sleeping activities. However, Mrs. Sophia looked to try one more time.
"Gus ... don't sleep here. It's not good for the hospital staff to see," whispered Mrs. Sophia again.
This time he shook Agus' left shoulder. Hope Agus can wake up soon.
"Hmmm." Finally there was a response from Agus.
He then blinked his eyes. Pause for a moment to collect life.
"Oh, there's Mrs. Sophia!" shouted Agus who was a little surprised when she turned his gaze to the side. Where, there is a woman with loving eyes staring at him.
Meanwhile, Haris just shook his head at Agus' funny behavior.
Agus then immediately got up to sit down. He didn't like seeing Mrs. Sophia sitting downstairs, while he was comfortable using the long chair to sleep.
"Sit here, ma'am," said Agus as he clapped his hands on the chair.
Mrs. Sophia smiled at Agus's attitude.
"Sleep at Mother's house with Haris. Don't sleep here!" said Mrs. Sophia while sitting next to Agus.
"No, ma'am. Just come here to accompany Haris," said Agus casually.
In fact, Haris was also told to just go home that morning.
Mrs. Sophia then took a deep breath. Staring straight ahead, while thinking about something.
In the atmosphere that was still a bit early, there were already several nurses passing by in the hospital corridor. Entering one by one room to simply check the condition of the patients being treated.
"Aren't you ashamed to see so many nurses and doctors with such a sad face?" asked Mrs. Sophia while pointing her index finger at the sisters who passed in front of them.
Agus also followed the direction of the woman's gaze next to him. Digesting his words, then scratching his head which suddenly felt itchy. He then ruffled his face which had not been splashed by the cold water that morning.
"Come on, let's go home!" said Haris who couldn't wait to see Agus' sluggish expression.
Haris is the type of person who can't wait to do something. It's not just Agus that he acts like that. However, to all those who did not immediately take any action during difficult times.
"You have to wait for your mother, Ris," said Agus while frowning.
He already knew that Haris would not go home with Agus today. Because, he still has to wait for his mother who insisted to continue to be by his father's side.
Harry then took a deep breath. He did not know what to explain to Agus.
"It's okay. You just go home with Haris," said Mrs. Sophia while stroking the left arm of the young man sitting next to her.
"Really, ma'am?" Agus still couldn't believe it. In his heart he felt between the heart and not the heart if Haris had to go home with him.
Mrs. Sophia nodded her head to reassure Agus.
"Yes, ma'am. Haris go home first, yes. If there is anything, just call Haris," said Haris, who had already stepped foot to approach his mother.
Then, he placed his lips on the back of Mrs. Sophia's hand. Deliberately leaving Agus who was still dumbfounded in his place.
"Come on!" cried Haris impatiently.
However, Agus just stood still. He seemed to be thinking about something heavy.
"It's okay to go home to Mom," said Mrs. Sophia, who was still strong with her suspicions.
Agus then turned his gaze to the middle-aged woman. Staring at him seriously, as if wondering why Mrs. Sophia could hear the voice of his heart.
"I'll tell Mom later, okay, when you're calm."
That sentence made Agus gawk for a moment. He was really surprised by Mrs. Sophia.
