Then when they arrived Arthuro send in ER, his doctor followed him and take care of him. It takes an hour to see his other illness aside of thinner and pale. As what they know he have an HIV POSITIVE, It takes a months of medicine and continue to give it to him until his okay. But after in hospital Arthuro sent into psychiatric health center to figure out his experiences in living with Melanie. 
"Are you his brother?! " Says the doctor of hospital. 
"Yes doc I'm his brother. How is he now? "
"His okay now and good news his free from HIV positive, thank god you sent him as early as the virus spread into his body. "
"So when his release doc? "
"Yes, actually he can go home now, but shiela asked me to sent him or transfer him in a psychiatric health center to determined what happened to him while his living with a woman. "
"Ahh I get it doc, can I go with him? "
"Sure sir, don't worry about the bills shiela already paid it. "

Then Arthuro send to psychiatric health center with joseph. Arthuro still sleep while riding with ambulance. Joseph takes picture of him so that he can sent it to his family. 
"Luckily our son is okay now pa! " said the wife. 
"Yes but why he still in a ambulance? " says the husband. 
"I'm going to call joseph now! "

Then she called his son. 
"Hello joseph, how are now? "
"We are okay ma, actually we are going to psychiatric health center for his mental health. "

"No, the doctor prefer to send him in a psychiatric health center so that we can determine his mental health and other illness. "
"Okay we understand now son, just update us if what happened to him okay?! "

Then joseph off the phone and continue to look around. While the two old couple was happy and glad.

Both old couples laughing. On the other hand shiela was busy still she's in other countries with her sister and daughter. It's the same thing she did. For this year she always in other countries every month. 
And her daughter needs to summer school the other subjects. She did that while they are in Philippines. 
But by the next year shiela asked her agency to take a break because her daughter needs to focused on her studies in home. That is why shiela travel to one countries going back into her agencies country in order to take an scheduled and her meet and greet was in social media only through Livestream. Plus the plans to have a book.

"Im happy mommy even if it was so tired of traveling from here to other places. "
"Well the good news is that by next year you can focused on your studies in home without traveling to each countries. "
"Good news mommy, I need to summer class my other subjects, my teacher said to me! "

When they comeb home from other countries they rest for a few days. 
Sheila asked her sister to cook for them too. 
"Hey sis if your making a dish for your breakfast, lunch and dinner, please include us because we are so tired from traveling, I'm going to give you goods, meals and etc you need in your cooking time. " she's talking in a phone while laying down. 
"Sure sis, just send it to me. I'm going to cook now! "
"Thank you so much sis, the gifts is later okay?! I need to take a snap now. "

Then Sheila off the phone and asked her other sister to bring all the goods and meals including the rice to their sister house. 
Then she bring it all, after that it takes 30 minutes before she come back and take a snap. 
It's already 9:00pm in the evening when they wake up. The food was in a table and her sister was in a salas watching her baby playing. 
"Ohh, you all wake up now! "
"Yeah, thank you much sis for your time to cook for us! "
"It's okay sis, that is a the only thing I can help to you it's a small thing but it come from the bottom of my heart! "
"We are so touch sis! " says the second sister of Sheila. 
"Hello baby! " says Sheila daughter to her cousin. 
They played while eating their dinner. After that Sheila was the dishes and sit down in a couch and chit chatting to them. Later on she goes to upstairs and bring all the gifts she said. 
"Here's your gifts sis, it's a souvenir from the country we used to visit. "
"Wow it's nice I'm sure my husband like this too! "
"Ohh, auntie you have too!! " says her nephew.

"Your welcome! " with a big smile and run to her cousin and play.
After an hour of chit chat her sister go back to her house with the gifts she asked her husband to come and bring all of it. 
Then the three was in upstairs and bring back to sleep. When Sheila heard her phone ringing. 
"Hello! "
"Hi sis , sorry for my inconvenience but I saw your online so I tried to contact you now. "
"We just arrived this afternoon bro, what happened? "
"His in psychiatric health center now, after in hospital. "
"Yes bro, doctor Santiago told me about that he said your brother had a HIV positive  but he is okay now. "
"Yes sis, and thank you for that! "
"Not to worry bro, I already pay his hospital bills. "
"Yes his doctor told me that, will I'm going to update you his conditions after this. I need to go to work bye sis, thanks again! "
