When he saw his brother was in a street sitting down and old and weary. He is weak and sleeping.
"Melanie! " says joseph.
"What?! who is that? " Melanie replied.
"What happened to my brother why he is here in outside the stall it's so hot here? "
"I don't know to him brother I didn't notice he was there I was in bathroom. "
"Are you sure?! "
"Yeah, "
"Then why you didn't pick him up? "
"I'm just coming out now brother! "
"Seriously? if I was not here and calling your name your not going out and pick him up?! "
"Really brother? you think that I'm dumping him?! if you want get him and bring into your house! "
"Is that how you treat people?! dumping and if you don't want him anymore your throwing him away!?"

Melanie get outside the house wearing ang heavy Make up like she works in a club.
"I'm not going to be surprised if there is no man stayed in you for a long time, your wasting my brother time and effort, he left her wife shiela and the kids because of you witch! "
Melanie get angry and tried to slap joseph but joseph throw her away. She fall down and the fruits was one by one bring down. Joseph pick up his brother and sent to his parents house.
"Listen to me witch you can't even step into my parents backyard if you did, I will shot you!! "
Melanie didn't say anything but stared to him with scared feeling.
When joseph and Arthuro came into the house the two couples cried to see his situation, they put him in a couch and joseph decide to call Sheila to asked an help.

"Yes bro, is there anything wrong? "
"Arthuro was here in my parents house, I picked him up since That witch woman dump him outside the stall. "
"What do you want in me bro? "
"If it's okay to you I need your help to send him in hospital?! "
"Yeah no problem, send him in hospital and mental institution so that we know what kind of illness he have. Don't worry about the bills and medical medicine I'll pay for that. "

"He still the father of my child, and not because of him I'm not here where I am today. "

Then they off the phone, Shiela was busy doing her own studio for her fans and gifts to open. She need a space to talk to her fans, meet and greet through Livestream in social media accounts.

After that they have a schedule for the next trip in other countries which it's first time to them in HK.
after HK, they travel to Malaysia and Indonesia for meet and greet and the same time for signing a contract of her novel.
It's the same thing she hide her sister and daughter to everyone, and they can enjoyed touring.
When they come home from travel they tired and sleep. Her sister who have a kid come to her and asked her if she knows Andrew.
"There is someone come here yesterday outside your house. And he asked if where you!? "
"Yeah I know him, he is my former driver. where is he now? "
"He left yesterday too, when he found out that your not here. "
"Did he left something in you? "
"His phone number, he said call him if you come home. I think it's important! "
"Okay give me his phone number and I will call him tomorrow morning we are so tired today sis, "

Shiela get inside the house and lay down in her bed while her little daughter was next to her sleeping. Her sister sleep in the next room. 
On the other hand Arthuro parents was mixed happy and sad because at last he was there but he is sick. Joseph asked his parents to call a taxi cab to bring his brother into hospital. 
"Ma, can you call a taxi cab?! I need to bring him in hospital so that the doctor can observe him illness. "
"But how we pay his bills and medical care?"
"Don't worry ma, someone help us! "
"I know who is that, it's shiela right?! " says his father. 
"Yes, but shiela askede not to say to him that she pays all. "
"Don't worry son we are going to shut our mouth! "

Then the taxi cab was there and joseph bring Arthuro inside and he jump inside the cab. When they are in a street Arthuro was wake up a little bit and he asked where he is. 
"Where am I? "
"Bro you are in a can I'm going to send you in a hospital so that the doctor will cure it! "
"Thanks bro, but I need shiela where she is? "
"Unfortunately she's not here, she's busy in her own life now. "
"Did she forget me already? "
"I don't know, I can't answer you that now bro. "
"If you see her tell her that I'm so sorry for what I've done to her, tell to her that Melanie give a cup of juice to me the day I first meet her. "
"How could you say that? "
"She told me last day, the day when I heard she's talking to someone. " He closes his eyes while talking. 
Then he fall asleep when they arrived joseph get scared when his brother closes his eyes and he feels like his died, but the doctor says Arthuro fall asleep because of tiredness maybe because he can't sleep for so many hours and he experience a stressful and depression. 
After an hours of waiting joseph talked to the doctor and he was shocked. 
"unfortunately sir but your brother has an HIV diseases , he need a treatment for months or years depends on how stage it is. aside of that we see that he is lack of nutrient in his body, no fluids and he experience of dehydration. "
"Is there a chances sir that his cure? "
"Will yes but it's a long process and treatment, all your family needs to do is to prayed for him for a faster cured. "
"Yes doc  thank you for helping us, and please do everything you can doc to treat my brother and cure his illness! " joseph holds the hand and arms of the doctor. 
"Don't worry sir, we will do everything for him. " 
Then the doctor left, joseph was in Arthuro besides in bed. He waited to his brother to wake up. He felt guilt and pity for his brother. 
"I wish I did an action before, when my parents asked an help for me maybe this is not will be happening!? "
"It's not your fault bro, it's mine. " Arthuro answer him because he heard him talking.
