After eating dinner, Hunter and I put the kids to sleep and put them in the guest room while I and Hunter went to my room and laid down. We enter the room at exactly 11 in the evening. It's so frustrating but I felt so relieved.
"I feel so happy," he said. He pulled me closer to him. I fix my position and turn around to face him. We laid on our side of the bed, face-to-face.
"And why is that?" I ask.
"When you back hug me when you left came home and when we were eating— I can feel that we have made a family." His palm went up to my cheeks. I chuckled, closing my eyes— feeling his touch... I felt so sleepy but still fight it to talk with him. "It feels so good."
"Yeah it is, but it is tiring."
"It won't be tiring if you had me." My eyes open, staring at him. My expression changes after hearing his words.
"You know you don't have to do everything for me. You're being selfish to yourself. You should think of yourself too." He smiled at me and shake his head.
"My world is you, you are important." I playfully hit his chest.
"Yourself is important, dumbo." My smile faded. "But seriously, you also need to take care of yourself, this morning, I found out you're the one who takes care of my class when I can't attend it." His eyes look like he is in shock and didn't expect me to tell those. "Handsome Teacher H, huh?" I chuckled. "You know You don't have to do that. Shane would do that for me, though I don't like her to stress because she's carrying a child. We're still not married but you have already done a lot for me— I don't know how to return it."
"If I had to stand in the middle of the road or rain, I would do it if you want to. I would go outer space if you said so." I hit him.
"Don't you dare say those? I would never do that. If I said something when I am mad, stress, please, don't take it seriously. C-can you talk to me even if I am angry and told me that I cross the lines, that I said something makes you hurt— I can't stop myself sometimes." He smiles and kisses my forehead.
"I won't get tired of understanding you, Lia. You've gone through a lot of obstacles, I am here to give what you deserve and your hard work pays off." My heart and mind were in peace and relief when I heard those.
"I love you,"
"I love you more." I finally found my partner for the rest of my life— a partner who will stay by my side. I smile, closing my eyes.
After finishing my work in the office the next morning. I finished at 5 and I arrived at the house like 6:30. I and the kids went for a walk at the park at 7 as I promised to Adrian and Brian. We walk and after playing for a minute, we decided to go back to my house and cook for the dinner. Adrian help me while Brian did his homework, I really let them have homework, and Adrian was done doing it this morning and Brian still hasn't done it yet.
I dressed the kids. I also change my clothes and I lock the container and put it in the bag. I borrowed my dad's car and assured him to drive safely. I also assure the two kids' seatbelts were strong for them to handle their weight if ever I stepped on the brake.
"Hunter never let us go to this place." I open the car door for them.
"Really?" They nodded, maybe because Hunter knows his father was still handling the company, and if ever the father sees the two— he will surely abuse them and hurt their feelings. As a brother, Hunter wouldn't let his brothers get insulted.
We entered the elevator and landed in the lobby, everyone was busy walking there and here, running here and there and also rushing for their work. Everyone greeted us as I expected, everyone knows I am Hunter's finance because he put some rules I don't know what kind of rule it is. They look so responsible and they look so educated.
"Hi!" The receptionist looks at me and smiles before bowing. She also waves to the kids in my side while they also bow. She giggles while I chucked. I bow to her and we both went to the private lift so the kids won't get pressed in the crowded public lift.
As soon the door of the lift opened, my eyes landed on Hunter's secretary's desk and witness the two people whining— probably arguing. When they heard the door open, they look at the door, eyes widened.
"Ms.—" The girl, Ms. Cole called. I nodded my head.
"What is happening?" I look at them while they're still recovering from their shock.
"Nothing, Ms." The guy answered but the girl shook her head.
"Can you imagine, Ms.? I told him to buy ice cream and ketchup but he forgot to buy ketchup. I told him personally and even texted it to him so he won't forget but..." The girl sighed, putting her fingers to her temples.
"Ice cream with ketchup? That's weird." The guy agree with me as he nodded his head. Everything sinks in as I gasp. "Pregnancy cravings? Are you pregnant?" My eyes widened while my lips parted. Adrian gasps too while Brian is asking Adrian what's the meaning of it.
The girl looks at me, thinking. The guy's face falls into priceless. "No, it can't be. Maybe I am just on my period—" she freaks out after remembering something. "I still not having my period these past weeks..."
"Take a pregnancy test and if it comes out positive, tell me." I gave them a teasing look. "I will give you two a day-off." I giggle at them. They bowed at me while telling me their thank you too. I laugh, I have known two people are pregnant now. Who is next?
"Mommy, what is pregnant? I've been asking Adrian but he won't tell me." I looked down at Brian while we're making our way to Hunter's office.
"Pregnancy means there's a baby inside her womb." I sighed and stop by the front of the door. "You see women with a big stomach? There's a baby inside of it." Brian has been taken aback.
"Really? How can a baby fit in a women's stomach? They must go through a hard, pain before delivering the baby." I smile. I sat down on my knees and face Brian. "Yes, and that's why mothers are very strong. But baby usually not coming out big as you, they are just like this when they come out— well when it's premature." I motion my hands to measure how the pre-mature baby comes out of the woman's womb.
"If that so then I don't want mommy to get pregnant," he said. I was taken aback by his statement. "Brother and Teacher are getting married, and so they had to make a small family— stop being exaggerated. When you grow up, you're gonna have it too with your wife." I look at Adrian and nodded.
I stand up and hold the doorknob to open the door. We all went inside and a guy who's busy looking at his document sitting beside the desk lookup with a stern look. "Don't you guys know how to f*cking knock on the door?" His eyes went to the doorway to my eyes. He was taken aback after seeing me with his brothers.
His gaze softens while Brian tightens his grip on my hand. "Lia, what are you guys doing here?" I sighed.
"Did you forget we're going to eat dinner here with you?" He stands up, leaving his work behind, and went to us.
"Hunter is scary," Brian mumble beside me.
"No, brother is just stress from work. Sorry if I scare you." Hunter went to Brian and lift him. I went to the small living room in his office. Adrian helps me to set up the table while Brian and Hunter are playing.
"Everything is settled, come on here, let's eat." I watch Adrian sat on the chair, carefully and look at Hunter and Brian in his arms. "Do your work later, Hunter, eat first. You might faint if you eat later." I went to them and hold Brian. I put him in the chair in front of Adrian.
"Hey, you don't have to overwork yourself either." I look back when Hunter holds my arms. "You're in your office, doing work and when you came home, you make dinner and be with Adrian and Brian, you know you have to rest too, right?" He pulled me a little and kiss my forehead.
"I am practicing, don't you like it?" I teased. He was moved by my words but giggles at my words. "Sit down already so we could eat." I sat down beside Adrian. "Want me to feed you this time?" I ask.
"No," he answered. I sighed and proceed to get myself food. I fill Brian's plate and Adrian's plate and we eat peacefully with a happy conversation.
We went home after dinner, Hunter had to stay there for a little bit more so he could finish his work for this week. I don't know why he wants to finish his work for this week. I sighed before looking at my social media. The picture I took when I became the CEO of Crawford company was all over the media.
Not surprise anymore, Crawford's name is well known as a successful business and so after my take over of the position— of course, it's a big issue for netizens. I never dreamed of being a public figure like this. I only wanted a simple and happy life and had a big goal. I took education so I could change the world by teaching kids about humanity again but— unfortunately, I am here.
But this feels so right. This company built by my grand grandfather has a high reputation and maybe using this company, I can continue my goal— right? I will build a house for orphanages and donate money to some people who need it and I hope everything will be alright.
"Hey, what are you thinking? You seemed so off tonight," Hunter who just went out of the bathroom spoke. I turn my phone off and sat down on the bed, my back leaning on the headboard.
"I can't believe many happened to my life but after looking back— I see how much I've grown and how far I've come." I smile to myself but getting teary. "Maybe if I haven't taken the risk before, maybe I am not here where I am right now." He hops on the bed and sat beside me.
"Everything happens for a reason," he whispers. I nodded at him in agreement. "I won't be home tomorrow until Friday morning," he said. I look at him in perplexity. "Business. I had to finish my work for this week and you remember next week January, means it's our wedding day."
"I am leaving this Friday, means you won't be here in the afternoon?" I look away. "Mr. Navarro booked my flight and it's afternoon." He nodded.
"I can't tell." I look down at his words. This is the first time I am flying abroad and I expect him to go to the airport with me but he can't— expectation from others will only make you hurt sometimes. "Hey, I don't mean it like that. Of course, I will make time for you," he tries to comfort me.
Maybe he saw my expression and the silence took over us. I hummed in response but he seemed not to be satisfied with my response. He suddenly lift me and make me sat in his lap. "Yah!" I slap his chest a little. He smiles but it's only a little.
"You know I don't like it when you're silent, right?" I gave him a weird look.
"Are you okay? So you want me to shout every second?" He shook his head while looking into my eyes. I chuckled but got intimidated by how he stared at me. That's the time when I finally realized our position—  me sitting in his lap while he was in a sitting position, back is leaning in the headboard.
"O-oh, we should sleep right now, I have to go to the office early in—" My words got interrupted when he attached his lips to mine. I mumbles on the kiss but it can't be heard properly as he covered his lips to mine. He sat down properly as I kiss him back.
There's no need to fight anymore. I move closer to him as I wrapped my arms around his neck and tilted my head to deepen the kiss. The kiss quickly turns into a heated one. All of my tiredness was all gone and a tingling sensation inside me awakening.
This is something I feel the first time when we went hiking— surprisingly, I love this feeling. He put me back on the bed, hovering over me, staring at me. "Let me remind you, you're so beautiful..." I chuckled.
"What's wrong with you?" His husky voice was sending a shiver in my spine. Goosebumps rise on my body as soon as I felt his cold hand slipping down my pajama. I arched my back and he move his hand up to the rise of my bre*st. I chuckled while looking at his eyes. I don't want to look weak in his eyes. I unconsciously bite my nails when I chuckle and as expected, his eyes fall onto my lips and look at my eyes again.
I didn't wait for him to talk and sealed his lips with mine. Butterflies grew inside my stomach and I let him touch me. I wrap my arms around his neck and put my feet on his waist, pulling him closer to me. He kneeled, leaving me wanting more. He tossed off his shirt and smirk at me. I admire his well-built body and it won't fail to make my fantasies about him more. I rub my thigh to each other while gazing down at him. I am aware of my emotion in my eyes changes into lust and I am not afraid if he sees it. I love it when he is making me feel this way.
He lean to me and kiss me while his palm was roaming behind my back, targeting my bra. He put us in a sitting position, me in his lap again and he did his work. He tosses my pajama off making me giggle. My breath hitch in the middle of our make-out session. His hand travels in my body. 
"Mommy! Mommy!" I groan after hearing a loud shout. I open my eyes and it's still night— why is Brian awake at this time? I yawn and stretch my body.
"Yes, Brian?" I sat down and look at Brian who sat in front of me. I look at him with my half-asleep self.
"Brother went off for work already," he said. My brows furrowed. I look beside myself and saw there was no one there. Did he leave already? 
"Brian?" I look at him. "What time is it?" I inquire.
"7, mom." My eyes widen after he spoke. 7?! I cursed under my breath and kiss Brian on his forehead, quickly. I run to the bathroom as soon as possible and clean myself. I feel myself feeling sore down there but I had to go to my company, if not, then I will be doomed. "Why so rush?" Adrian asks. I cooked them a pancake, hurriedly and told the maids to take care of them. After we bid our goodbye, I quickly made my way to my car and the driver starts to drive. Inside, I meet Mr. Navarro, wearing a serious face. "Late for 30 minutes is not Ms. Crawford's doing."
"Yeah, I overslept."
"And why is that? You just return home at 7, I think..." He thinks again then nod after. I sighed and shrug my shoulder.
When we arrived at the office, there's a bodyguard everywhere— maybe because I had to meet some businessman and me and Hunter would deal with it together. I bowed to everyone who bowed to me and greet me. "
Mr. Lee arrived 2 minutes before we arrived here," Mr. Navarro informed. I cursed under my breath and fasten my walk towards the private lift. I don't know why CEO has their lift when they can go with the public lift. Probably to had their privacy as the owner of the company?
"Is Hunter arrived also?" I inquire. I and Mr. Navarro stepped on the lift while he was busy looking at his tablet.
"Sill not," he answers. I sighed and shook my head. He left early but why isn't he here still? Where is he? Is the fall asleep? He should be here to entertain Mr. Lee. 
"I had to go to my office first before going to the meeting room." He nodded. The both of us left the lift and went to my office to put my bag down and to carry the documents needed. Mr. Navarro professionally readies the documents too. I left the room first as he was still fixing all the documents I ask him to fix. He runs towards the lift with me. As we arrived at the floor where the meeting is.
I went inside the room with Mr. Navarro following me behind. Everyone in the meeting room stand up and bowed, showing respect. I smiles and bowed also. I look at everyone in the room and noticed that they are all middle-aged men. I and Hunter are the only young here? It feels like we are left out.
"I am Alexandria Crawford, Mr. Dylan Crawford's daughter. Nice to meet you all." They all stare at me with their sparkling eyes which I chuckled. My confidence rise and went to my seat, at the end of the long table. I watch Mr. Lee's secretary set the projector.
He is planning to build a building for kids who don't have parents or parents who neglect to take care of the kid. I like the idea, however, we need to do meetings for the project and so we could discuss this and so I could add some to the idea.
I take education in the first place because you can tell why I choose it. I like kids and my weaknesses are to see kids in the streets, don't have shelter, and doesn't have enough food. I let a heavy sighed.
