I veered forward to after him, abruptly Tori's voice attained my attention, she screams out of her room and jumped on me, "ra..rat" she sewed my eyes to the direction the rat was seen, she gets down and dragged me in.
I was also scared of the same thing, I hated rats while growing up, so I thought now that I ain't no kid anymore, I can as well catch the rat in the room.
Tori held me on my cloth, and Walked behind, she poked her head and points out the directions to me.
As we veered closer, just then the rat runs out of its hiding place, no one had to tell me, I jumped on the bed, holding onto Tori who shivered.
Seconds passed and we still held unto each other, Alvin walked into her room and saw us together, his veers close and dragged Tori off the bed, Instantly gaining my attention.
I loomed my eyes around the room, trying to make sure that the rat wasn't there anymore, but returned my eyes when Alvin decides to open his mouth and alter the first thing, his head thought off.
It's disgusting to hear, such a word coming out of his mouth, indeed not once did he try to understand me, after living together for more than a year, yet my little brother knows nothing about me.
I had zero tolerance to indecency,  and as much as I'll love to beat the spell his father, Fabian cast on him against me, it's best he learns his mistake by himself. (I got down from the bed and walked out of the room).
Tori attempted to go after me, Alvin pulls her back weaving a warning, he says, "how many times, do I have to tell you to stay away from my brother, the next time I see you with him, I won't be responsible for it".
His hostile statements shoved her (tori) to the wall as she answered back in an irritated tone.
" What is wrong with you? Why are behaving like a five-year-old boy, who's fighting over a candy with his brother, ?".
"Because I am!" ln a raised tone he answered her back, tori veers back in mistrust, 'your unbelievable" she turns back to leave but thwarts when Alvin shocking truth repaid her attention over to him.
"What?" She says alarmed by his confession, Alvin in return gags her forward and forcefully kissed her.
"I love you! Tori! I have said this twice to you and I promise to love you the same way, you love me".
An astonishing look draped over her countenance, out of doubt she pushed Alvin off, hurling out in an agrivated words
" Alvin gets out and don't let me see your face, for the next few hours, please leave ".
She walks close to the door and opened it for him, Alvin moves close and walks away after seeing the angry look on her face, but that didn't end there, Alvin comes over to my room and pushed the door open without knocking.
" We need to talk?" Alvin says, regaining my eyes to him.
He walks in, shuts the door, without any invitation from me.
I watched as he paced like a paranoid chicken who's about getting slaughtered.
After a few minutes, he turns to me and asked me, "do you have feelings of love for tori?". ( he waits to hear my rejoinder.
A fragile smile smeared on my face, the question I was yet to understand was, is my brother getting jealous over a girl he bears no romantic feelings for? Or has he finally falling in love with her?.
(Inaudible conversation)
