The place they were headed to was southeast of Eldelius which was the border between Lunaton and Hilberius. The three of them were in a teleportation portal that connected to several places in Fedelion. Ilya had closed the portal again and now they were moving from that place to a house not far from there. Indeed they had to travel a few feet from where the portal was. The atmosphere at this border is not as tight as imagined. Several members of the security team approached them and then escorted them to their destination. In this part of the area there are about 20 people on guard. The number of cases that occurred made the headquarters immediately deploy a large number of troops to various points. Gabriel as well as Leo were relieved to have managed to escape from those people. Their breaths were still heavy and they were resting for a while. Ilya looked around and then saw an inhuman sight just to the north.
"What's that? Hey you guys, there's danger in the north. What are you doing? Quickly send help," said Ilya to the security team.
"Oh, wait a minute," said one of the security team, wearing binoculars. And that's exactly what Ilya said.
They immediately moved in that direction and saved the people who were beaten there. The security team on duty in this place is fairly agile in dealing with dangerous situations. After they finished resting, the three of them decided to head to a house they said. A few minutes later, they got there. The house looked well-kept and just as Leo was about to knock on the door, a middle-aged man came up to them and opened the door.
“Oh you guys, how did you come here?” said the middle aged man to the three of them
“We use the portal,” said Ilya
"Oh, that's right."
Leo and Gabriel were taken aback by the casual reaction that appeared before them. This middle-aged man lives in this place alone as a form of social isolation. Ilya who looked familiar with him made Gabriel wonder. If viewed from anywhere this location is not a suitable place to live. Gabriel who felt strange about himself then asked permission to go to the toilet for a while. While Gabriel was in the toilet, Leo started asking about the middle-aged man's activities and their conversation went on for quite a while. After that, Ilya immediately invited them to go somewhere else in the area. The place Ilya meant was none other than the residence of one of Alice's followers who according to this middle-aged man was still alive today. Hearing this, Leo suddenly disapproved of the plan because it was quite dangerous.
"What are you saying? Ilya shouldn't we come south of Eldelius and go undercover. Why did you suddenly go to that person's residence? this is too dangerous,” said Leo who emphasized.
“Then, should we go now? The timing is this week so there's still time for that."
"Not. That's not the problem."
"What is this? Why are you guys arguing?” asked Gabriel who had just come out of the toilet.
“Ilya said we should go to the residence of one of those ancestors,” said Leo
“Ancestor?”
"One of Alice's followers."
"What? why so suddenly?”
"It's up to you. This time I will not protest,” said Ilya who immediately changed his mind.
“We have to go to headquarters. I don't mean Antoni's residence and plotting there."
“That place is too far, we are southeast of Eldelius now,” Gabriel replied
"We can leave anytime using the portal so what's there to worry about?" said Ilya
“Hah, that's right. It won't be too difficult."
“You three intend to go to the territory?” ask middle aged man
"Yes. Right. because we have something to do.”
"You'd better be careful."
"Of course."
"Don't go near them. If you have to face them it's better to just save yourself."
"You mean?"
“It's too dangerous to move recklessly. Do you know why I live here?”
They all shook their heads.
"Because the crowd is their goal."
Hearing the middle-aged man's words made the three of them feel surprised. How could they target the crowd. Wouldn't that just invite the security team. Such thoughts flashed through the heads of the three of them at the same time. The middle-aged man in front of him just stared with a serious look. Not long after, Gabriel felt what he said was true.
"If that's what they're after, it makes sense," Gabriel said
"Makes sense how?" ask Ilya
“The incident at Antherius. the victims who died there were more than 100 thousand people. In other words, they are looking for offerings to open the gate.”
"The gate cannot be opened," said Ilya
“Then everything becomes clear now. We don't have time to move anymore," Leo said
"Good luck to you guys," said the middle-aged man
The three of them then prepared to go to the location suggested by Leo. It took some preparation so they had to find a hiding place for a while in the area. Ilya then opened his teleportation portal and the three of them left using it. It didn't take long, they finally arrived at district 59 which was south of Eldelius. This area is still quite safe considering that there are many buildings and other buildings that are still standing strong without any chaos. The three of them split up and looked for a base to live in for a while. Ilya who gets to look around the high-rise building. There, he saw something that quite intrigued him. On the roof of the building on his left from below Ilya saw someone standing there looking at him. Not long after, the person who was looking at him went somewhere as soon as Ilya turned his body for a moment because he saw a small child who almost hit him.
"Who? This is interesting," Ilya muttered with a smirk.
Gabriel, who had found a suitable place to be used as a base, was none other than an apartment near the park. After he contacted the two of them and then ordered them to gather, Gabriel was suddenly shot in the left leg and at that moment made the people who were there run in panic. Gabriel who was lying on the floor faced a man who was wearing black clothes and on his finger had a ring with a hexagon symbol on it. Gabriel who realized this then panicked and was about to run away but his leg was injured.
"Who are you?" said Gabriel.
