Five months later,
Everything was going well for Yun Xi and Mo family. Yun Xi's workpiece on Mo Corporation's Anniversary was highly appreciated.
Orders started filling in, but every proposal was first to read thoroughly by Mo Shan. He did not want his wife to overwork, while pregnant. So, he only accepted an order per month. But there were many requests made from upper-class families, so Yun Xi suggested Mo Shan hire more designers. That way, they can help her, and she also would not have to overwork.
Thinking for a while, Mo Shan accepted her idea. Soon, it was announced that Mo Corporation was looking for jewelry designers and appraisals. But what surprised people the most was the fact that young and new ones were given more priority.
That was also Yun Xi's idea as she herself didn't have much experience. And if Mo Shan hadn't given her a chance, she would have never accomplished it that easily. So, she wanted to give youths more chances.

Everything was going perfectly except for one thing. As the days went on, Yun Xi started feeling something more and more off about the girl Linda. She could not pinpoint what exactly it was, but she knew one thing. And that is, she didn't like her.
She also talked about this with Mo Shan a few times, and he had the same feeling. But he could not take any action as they didn't have any evidence yet. Moreover, that Linda acted very well with other family members, especially Old Master Mo.
Apart from that case, everything else was fine.
She was already six months into her pregnancy. Her stomach has also started showing up. This was also her last month working in the company. Mo Shan and other family members refused to let her work as soon as she reached seven months. They were afraid something would go wrong.

But Mother Mo was still worried about it, so she would ask Mo Shan to rub her stomach with bio-oil skin oil. On Sundays, Mother Mo herself would help her apply. She also made sure that Yun Xi got all the nutrients and vitamins she required.
When Mo Shan was free, he would always accompany her to enjoy the sunlight. Other times, Old Master Mo would accompany her to enjoy the sunlight on the terrace. During this time, Old Master Mo taught her how to play chess and some other indoor games. Sometimes, even Elder Ji came to accompany them.
Mo Shan would accompany her for the check-up every time. Sometimes, even Mother Mo would accompany her. During one of the visits in five months, they found out that she was having a girl.
Hearing the news, Old Master Mo was the most elated one. He didn't have a sister, a daughter, and even a granddaughter. So after 3 whole generations, finally they were having a girl.
Within a week, Mo Shan along with Mo Sheng finished preparing the room for the unborn child. The room was princess-themed. As soon as she saw the room, she had cried that day. Even if the child was not Mo family's blood, they completely accepted her as their own. So, nothing made Yun Xi happier than that.
Even Xiao Hui had his own contributions. He moved out of their room and now slept with Mother Mo and Father Mo because he was afraid he would hurt his baby sister in his sleep. Yun Xi had told him it was not necessary, but he was adamant about his decision.
But even if he slept in another room, he would always come to theirs as soon as he wakes up. And the first thing he would do is greet his sister and pat her stomach.

One more month passed just like that. And now she was in her seven months. It has been a week since she had stayed at home. But during these seven months, she was never left alone. Mo Shan also started taking holidays on Sunday, just to accompany her.
Along with the excitement, there was also a tense environment in the family as they were afraid something would go wrong. One day, Old Master Mo made Mo Sheng cover all the pointy things with rubber. He didn't want her baby bump colliding with any such things.
So it would not be a lie to say that she was being pampered endlessly.

She was still not awake yet, but she could react to external stimulations sometimes. Like if she was tickled by a feather in her hands or feet, she would move her fingers. Just as Linda was pacing up and down in her room, a 'ding' sounded in her cellphone. She picked it up to find an incoming message from an unknown number. She opened the message, thinking who it could be. However reading the content inside it, her hands trembled and she nearly dropped the phone. Looking around, she quickly deleted the message.
Linda was now sweating, remembering the contents. She quickly dabbed the sweat on her forehead with her sleeves as if someone would catch her like that.
The message read, "When are you making a move? We don't have time to dilly-dally. If I don't get news soon, you will regret it."
