We looked at the sky because of the fireworks, there was a helicopter and a lowered banner with a word written on it "I LOVE YOU!"

"A-ah, I'll leave you Czarhaine and SIR, I need to be early because I'm leaving tomorrow" I said while holding back my sobs.
"Wait!" I stopped walking when Zevron stopped me.
"Let's talk" he said.
"Tomorrow at the office SIR, good afternoon to you." I replied and completely left there.
Aiiisshhh! Why is the end of joy followed by sadness? It's unfair! Sometimes I just prefer to be numb so I don't feel anything. I immediately went to my room and arranged the things to put in the bag. I looked at the clock and it was 5 pm, I hope there is still a flight. For sure there are 24 hours, the flight is still in Metro Manila. After I checked out of the hotel, right when I got to the bus station, there was another crossing so I immediately got on. When I arrived at the dorm, I immediately laid down on the bed, I don't know, as soon as I lay down, the tears that I had been holding back started to flow and I fell asleep.
The next day I woke up to the alarm, sheeezz!! my eyes are swollen. In front of my bed is the life size mirror as well as my make ups. I ate and took a shower, am I right to still go in after what happened last night? If I don't go in the won't pay anything? How can I pay my rent here and send money to you mom? There were many rumors when I arrived.

"Does it hurt?" I ignored them because my day was already ruined and I didn't want to ruin it any more.
I went straight to the office and saw Zevron and Czarhaine kissing.
The marriage didn't work out for me and Zevron? First blood, he didn't choose me last night double kill, catch them kissing TRIPLE KILL! MY HEART HAS BEEN SLAIN.
"S-sorry" I said and was about to close the door again but someone stopped it.
"Yussef Jaxx?"
"Alexa?" He opened the door wide and smiled at Czarhaine and Zevron.
"I forgot to say that there is a party later at Brielle's Bar, are you invited?" Dhan nodded
"Sure mate" replied Zevron.
"Alexa, let's have lunch together later, huh?" Yussef smiled welcomingly.
"Sure" and I smiled at him.
"Alright, see you then." He said goodbye to us and left.
"Ah Krish, go ahead and go to work, I'm leaving because I'm going to see Zevy and we'll go shopping." Dhan said and came closer, she patted me on the shoulder and left.
I sat at the secretary's table and started the paper works. I worked quietly but I knew Zevron was glancing at me.
"K-krish, can we talk?" He suddenly spoke to me.
"No need" I responded coldly.
"B-but does it seem like all of happened, everything rather is okay for you?" He snorted at me.
Nothing?! Does it matter? It's so painful, if only you could choose me! If only you could be mine again, if only you could be selfish but what about your child who needs the protection of his real mother, the child longs for a complete family and I will not ruin it.
"Actually when I thought about it, I don't need to fill in what's missing in your life because your true love is back" I smiled at him and stood up to approach his table.
I put down his schedule on the table and headed for the door.
"I-I love you Krish, but I didn't expect this kind of thing to happen so I hope you can forgive me." He said sincerely.
"Ok" I replied and walked out of his office.
"Beshyy!" I turned to see Jhuneevine who was waiting on the bench outside the office.
"Hi" I greeted her gloomy.
"Anyare? What happened? Why does your face look like Good Friday? What happened? Rumor has it that the CEO's wife is back here." She said directly.
"Please I don't want to talk about it" I said nonchalantly and started to leave.
"Beshy, you're no different from me. I know you're hurting because I know there's something wrong with you and Sir. You can tell me what's troubling you" she said after and anchored on my arm.
"Thank you Jhuneevine" When we got to the building's cafeteria, someone suddenly called my cell phone.
"Oh yes, by the way, we're on our way there" and I hung up.
"Who is that?" Jhuneevine asked with raised eyebrows.
"Your brother, we are planning to have lunch together so let's go?" I responded to her.
"Wait! Wait! Do you and Big Brother have something?" She asked after but I pulled her and we went to the parking lot.
"No" I replied when I saw Yussef Jaxx's car.
Jaxx immediately got out of his car and frowned. "Why are you with that brat?" He asked seeing Jhuneevine.
"Hey Big Brother, you hate to eat with at the same time! Beshy, don't answer that, okay?" Threatened by Jhuneevine.
"I-I said, Let's go" Jaxx said scratching his neck.
Jhuneevine and I also entered and Jaxx drove to a restaurant since the break was two hours. When we entered, the waiter led us to a 4 seat table and immediately gave us a menu.
"HAHAHAHAHA REALLY? Where's the restaurant? I want to come too." The woman behind me laughed.
I didn't want to face it because it looked like I already knew who was talking there, but Jaxx saw it and what's more annoying, he called and waved at Zevron and Czarhaine.
"You're here too?" They turned to us in shock.
"Ate Beauty! I miss you" Zevy greeted me happily and hugged me.
"I miss you too Zevy" and I let go of the hug.
"It would be great if we join our table right?" Dhan's suggestion.
"Yes Mrs. Demetrius" Jaxx responded happily.
When we put the tables together and arranged the seats.
"So as I was saying, honey I want to go to that restaurant" Dhan said first.
"Sure honey, we will. Especially that place was amazing and wonderful." Zevron replied.
"We should go together with these two little couples and Jaxx's little sister." Dhan said she was happy.
"Hmmm, by the way good luck at the party later and there will be a special performance" Jaxx replied with a smile.
