Chapter 63

Mumbai, India
A female entered in a board meeting room dressed in almost black. Her black boots made enough predatory sound to catch others' attention. Roaming her eyes around every corner of the room she looked at the big decorated chair placed in the middle. Walking straight towards that she made herself comfortable after sitting on it. Surrounded by numerous men of different age and their questionable facial expressions she raised her hand forward to speak.
"Speak what you have in your mind."
The room felt dead silent. One woman among 15 men, the scenario looked way too weird for everyone to handle. People started staring at each other's faces before bringing out their words. None of them actually thought the situation was realistic. They all had heard of recent changes in the Indian Mafia segment but the moment they saw her, they were shocked to their core. A girl of merely 24 or 25 walked inside the most dangerous room filled with some deadliest gang leaders of India. Neither bodyguard nor huge weapon, she was carrying nothing except one Beretta Px4 Storm semi-automatic pistol and one Bersa Thunder 380 semi-automatic pistol tucked at the back of her skinny black jeans. The manufacturer of the first pistol is from Italy so it didn't take much time for them to realize the reality. Calmly she claimed what was secured for the King of the Underworld. That means the news was completely true.
"We never had a female as King of Underworld." One of the gang leaders spoke looking at her.
"That's not my problem." She spoke her words.
"What actually happened with Ranvjiay?" Another man spoke.
"The exact thing that you have all read in the newspaper."
She smiled a little while looking at those faces. Randhir was mad at her decision. Ranvijay almost stopped talking to her after knowing the plan and Arthur decided to fly back to India. It took almost four days for Myra to calm them down.
It was high time. Myra knew if there would be a traitor among the group, he would oppose and would try to attack her. And that was the thing she actually wanted that time. Every single mole needed to be eliminated and the only way to do that was to expose herself. Knowing Ranvijay was in coma, her status might look vulnerable and keeping Randhir away would increase his security.
The facial expression of that person got hardened after hearing her savage reply. Of course not all men from India would be happily taking commands from a young girl. Especially when it comes down to the Mafia. (Not generalizing Indian Men. No offense)
"We are not sure of....." Another man started to speak when she took the lead.
"You are not sure of taking commands from a woman right? But this woman is the wife of Ranvijay Singh Sekhawat and sister of Arthur Moretti. In a short bloodline of Italian Moretti family."
Everybody started looking at each other once more. Then Ranvijay's wife would be flying to Mumbai to talk to the gang leaders. But they were not sure of her personality. Very few of them had seen her as his wife and they knew her as an Italian Indian girl only. Never in their dreams had they thought that the girl would be a nuclear bomb.
"Let me introduce myself. I am Myra Moretti or Myra Ranvjiay Singh Sekhawat. Whichever surname you find comfortable to understand the impact of going against me or Sekhawat Brothers, you can remember."
Most of the men looked at her with a confused look. A mere girl was speaking such heavy words sitting in the middle of all gangsters being unbothered.
"Listen girl...." One man tried to say something by standing up from his chair.
"Shh.... Mr. Raheja right? Don't you forget how you were saved during the Income tax raid by Ranvijay and also how your daughter was saved by Ranvijay's men?"
Myra spoke sitting in the position just by resting her hands on the table. Mr. Raheja lost his ability to speak. How could she go through every single detail of Ranvijay's Mafia business? That clearly indicates how well she is prepared to claim the position.
"I will not tolerate any voice over me. My ears are too sensitive to listen to your growling and my hands become too uncontrollable during that time to spare anyone alive."
Her smirk didn't go unnoticed by any of them. Of course they had heard of the Moretti family and just by looking at her they understood how ruthless she could be. She won't mind snapping the head of the man who would be talking shits sitting next her.
"But we have some rules."
"And your rules never say to ignore the next claimant in the absence of the King. Am I right?"
Point goes to Myra. Someone spoke inside Myra's head when she pinned down another statement thrown by another gang leader.
"What do you want now?"
"Now someone is talking sense I can see. I want nothing but loyalty towards Ranvijay and now me. I want every single traitor who is appointed by Shaurya Agnihotri. Find me his location just."
Myra's statement cleared one fact at that time. Ranvijay got an equivalent partner in his life. The girl itself is a rule book of the Mafia. Few more exchange of words happened along with that few more decisions had been taken too. The more time passed the more the ambience intensified. She was confident and she was not willing to leave a single space in power. She was born to rule whether as Ranvijay's wife or as a Moretti and she made them accept that.
The entire room felt silent again until one husky voice was heard.
"I agree to continue my engagement with Ranvijay. I agree to keep the alliance."
The most popular gang leader spoke the largest sentence. Nobody had seen him speaking more than one or two words.
"Vivaan? South Mumbai. Illegal drugs, contract killing, kidnapping, illegal gold transporting including weapons. Your brother was killed in a gang war five years back."
The way Myra randomly dropped her book of information, Vivaan looked at her ocean blue eyes with more astonishment. Is she even real?
"Fuck." His voice reached Myra's ears when she spoke.
"Thank you for your support. It's not at all bad to take commands from a female. Because when I am sitting on this chair I am neither man nor woman. I am just the claimant of this throne."
Vivaan kept on looking at her with more deep thought. The killer instinct just runs through her blood. She knew almost every instance of the people present there.
One after another, the rest of the gang leaders started agreeing as they knew today or tomorrow Ranvijay would come back. And even if they denied at that point Myra won't sit back silently. Even if not being scared but being abiding by the Mafia rules they had to accept the alliance. Ranvijay was still alive and breaking the alliance with him won't do any good to them. Shaurya would never be the one like Ranvijay. He would be more into killing people without reason. He would never protect or help them during their crisis.
With a smile of triumph Myra stood up from the chair. She knew she broke plenty of rules but for her Ranvijay was more important than anything.
People started walking out of the room when Myra took her steps too. Things looked better in everyone's eyes until a sudden action grabbed their attention. Myra was walking towards the door when all of a sudden she grabbed the neck of a man standing beside her. Before others could react she banged his head on the big conference table with an inhuman force making the side of his forehead bleed. She grabbed his one hand by bending it at his back and with her another hand she pressed his head more on the table.
"Didn't Shaurya tell you to finish me off today by manipulating the members against my decision."
Almost everybody stopped on their track when they heard the statement. The man who was pinned down by Myra was none other than Ajit Rahane. He was known for his double face character. And truly he had tried to tell them to avoid that meeting with Myra. But almost every gang leader denied his words and attended the meeting in order to respect Ranvijay's decision and his wife's words. Of course their male ego got hurt when they were told to give equal respect and attention to Myra but still they came expecting Randhir at least. Upon coming here they found no one by Myra only which made them a bit angry. But with time her dominance and her words made them convinced enough to accept the change she had brought in power management.
Vivaan came near and Myra looked at her while speaking his part.
"We don't kill without proof or we don't blame without proof."
Removing her hands she made the man stand on his feet and held him by his collar.
"Come on, Ajit. Do I need to speak or you would say the real story. Trust me I have my whole day to bring out the truth from your sweet mouth."
Ninety percent of the gang leader's eyes widened with astonishment. They could never believe how swiftly she pinned down a man like Ajit. Ajit was not a lean man but the way Myra dealt with her, surely they saluted her invisibly. Vivaan was still looking at her with questions. How could a girl so dashing and sensual could be so murderous? Damn, she is just a forbidden princess and nothing else.
Ajit looked at Vivaan once and then Myra. He knew his plan got backfired and he was being exposed. To handle the situation the only way out was to kill Myra. Without hesitating much he pulled out his gun pointed at Myra. Immediately Vivaan's gun got pointed at Ajit.
"Come on Ajit. Do you think they would let you go alive if you kill me?" She smirked while taking two more steps towards Ajit.
"But Ranvijay would die for sure knowing that you are dead when he would come out of coma."
She looked at Ajit with pity in her eyes. He didn't even know how badly he got himself tangled in this mess.
"He is not that weak and was never." Finishing her sentence she simply caught his hand pushed up to fire pointing at the ceiling. He was not ready for the sudden impact. Vivaan got that chance and fired two bullets pointing at Ajit’s head. A Lifeless body of Ajit fell on Myra while she was holding the weight of the dead on her. Looking at Vivaan she brushed of Ajit's body from her and it landed on the floor with a loud bang.
"I thought you needed proof." Her mocking tone reached Vivaan's ears when he replied sternly.
"I got enough."
Rest of the men looked at them while Vivaan instructed some of his men to dispose of the body. Shaurya did a lot of wrong doings being a part of India Mafia group. Almost everyone got pissed off. But the current scenario looked more serious to them. The attack on Ranvijay was not the only one. He had tried to harm some family members of other gang leaders.
Vivaan came out from the building and asked Myra.
"I know you are capable enough. Do I need to drop you?"
"Thank you but no. Just look for the other moles before they reach you all too." Saying so she climbed in the driving seat and started the engine. Vivaan kept looking at the car until it lost his sight.
Coming down to Penthouse Myra took a shower and changed her clothes. It had Ajit's blood. As soon as she came out from her closet she saw a raging, fuming Ranvijay standing in front of her.
"Why did you do that?"
"What? Going alone in the car? It's fine." She ignored the major point.
"You know very clearly what I am talking about." Ranvijay almost lost his temper.
"No. I don't know."
Myra was trying to get away from his track when Ranvijay pulled her close to him and pushed her to the nearby wall, trapping her between his body and wall.
"Stop ignoring me Myra. I know everything."
"I didn't know you are allocating people to stalk me and my actions." She tried her level best before melting down.
"So you want me to let you walk in the den of lions." He was worried for her.
"Ooops sorry. I killed one of your lions, not one of your assholes."
"He was just a mole not a part of my gang. You could have given the work to Vivaan also instead of creating such a mess."
Ranvijay got to know about the situation. Even if Myra got enough proof against Ajit, she could have exposed any of the men to finish off Ajit. Instead of that she took the matter in her own hand and ended up standing at Ajit's gunpoint. He lost his sanity and was ready to drive back to that building. Randhir and Ranvjiay both had arrived in Mumbai with Myra. Ranvijay kept his appearance under dark to prove his coma story but Randhir was open for action. The moment he got to know the scenario he couldn't control himself.
"I like working by myself." Myra was not ready to give in.
Before she could say something else Ranvijay pressed his lips like a hungry wolf on her pink petals. She was stunned by the sudden attack. Holding her both hands in his tight grip he kept on sucking her lips. Moving his tongue inside her mouth while devouring every inch of her sweetness he couldn't stop himself from pulling away. The shortage of breath made them break their kiss. Cupping her face in his large hands he whispered in her ears.
"I would be a living dead if I lost you Myra."
He dropped his on the crook of her neck while kissing her madly. Myra's eyes widened with fear hearing the last statement. Her hands came up to wrap around his wide silhouette. But her heart started drumming in her ears. What she had just heard shook the earth under her feet. How could she become his weakness? When did she become? No way. She cannot let him live with the constant fear of losing her. He has to accept that Myra might not be forever. But how?
