Terrick goes to sleep with a smile on his face, he holds Catrina close to his chest not letting her go “ good night my little fierce kitten” he murmured. Terrick finally agreed to send Catrina back to school of course not without her agreeing to let Amodeny act like a bodyguard to her. “ Terrick when are we going back? I miss my classmates and miss Abigail” Epie ask. They are at the dining room eating their breakfast “ very soon Epie?” He assures her “ okay, Catrina will you go back with us? Don’t you miss school and your friends?” “ of course am going back and I miss my friend ru umm I miss my friend too” she gives Terrick puppy dog eyes so he wouldn’t be angry at her for mentioning Rudolf ’s name. “ Catrina” Epie calls “ hmm” she hum “ where are your parents? Though she is looking at her food but her thoughts are miles away from the dining room and far away from the pack. Catrina reminisce all the good moments she had with her parents before they died, how her dad will always carry her up and twirl her, how her mom will always be there to wipe her tears and hold her hands when she is scared. She misses her mom’s delicious food, her love and care, her dad’s touch which will always calm her when she is having a nightmare. She misses the time when they will go to the park and have ice cream, ride the rides and run around playing tag and when they will go to the beach and take a swim in the ocean, build sandcastle and feel the sand beneath their feet. Catrina fight the tears which are threatening to fall she smile a very sad smile. “ excuse me” she excuses herself from the table before going away walking fast so the tears which she has been holding don’t escape her eyes in front of the guards. Terrick wakes up to follow his mate. Catrina enter the room and let it all out, the tears fall like a stream unable to stop. She touch the pendant on her neck, the pendant contains a picture of her mom, dad and herself, they look so happy.
