"I'm not sure, but I'm certain finding out where he lives won't be the problem. The real issue is, is he really going to forgive us? We really messed things up, Mom. being disrespectful is an understatement. Honestly, you pushed me into maltreating him! But I think we've learned our lesson," Ariel said, swallowing hard.
"Well, I haven't forgotten about our property," Ariel asked.
"I found a place for us, but it's only temporary," Oliveira responded. Ariel didn't understand what she meant by "temporary."
"What do you mean, only for a limited time?" Ariel asked. Oliveira took a deep breath. The way things have been going, it feels like karma. Everything's been going the opposite way of what they wanted.
Nothing ever goes their way, and it's sad to hear that is only temporary. It's only mean of one thing, they won't stay longer in that place.
"I reached out to some friends I thought would help. Unfortunately, they all refused. The one I least expected agreed, but she only gave us until tomorrow to find a new place. We can stay at her place until tomorrow, but then we have to leave," Oliveira explained.
"Until tomorrow...? that's not enough... how are we supposed to find a place to stay? within just today, it's still the same!" Ariel complained.
"Why are all your friends now acting like this? Now they all know that you are in trouble, none of them would want to help, and they’ve been depending on you for everything. Now that you need their help, they want to desert you," Ariel said, shaking her head.
"Sadly, that’s life! We did to somebody else as well right...?" Oliveira replied.
"Sadly... hmmm" Ariel muttered.
"I thought you said you would be taking the properties to your own house. I believe that would be a better option than reaching out to your friends. I don’t care where it is located; we should just go and live there. We have no other choice now, your friend who gave us 24hrs is doing us no good, there is no different about her" Ariel insisted.
Oliveira shook her head in dissatisfaction. "I’m sorry, Ariel. I know I’ve been a terrible liar, and I think I lied about that too. Before I came to live with you, my house rent expired, which is why I came to stay with you. I don’t have a home either, I'm sorry" she admitted, leaving Ariel with a frustrated look on her face.
Honestly, it was better to end this discussion. If it continued, it would lead to a bigger problem, and at that moment, she wouldn't want to see her mother around her anymore. Because she's not understanding, what about the money she had been giver her for house...? She gave her some money to buy little house for herself... so how on earth is she telling her things like this. 
As Ariel thought of it, it was supposed to cause serious problem but she already have enough problems at hand and wouldn't want another.
"Alright, Mom, just forget about it," Ariel said.
"Okay, what about the baby?" Oliveira asked as she approached the baby and sat beside her on the sickbed.
"She’s the same. The last time the doctor checked on her, he said she might get worse. But for now, she’s fine—she hasn’t improved or gotten worse. I pray it doesn’t get worse since we don’t even have a way to pay the doctor, it saddens me really... it saddens me watch her like this and do nothing about it" Ariel replied as line of tears drops from her eyes.
"Hmm... I know, it's not easy, I feel the same way too, and I was the cause of it all but I assure you that it's going to be okay," Oliveira said as she approached Ariel and started cuddling her.
"Have you discussed with the doctor how the baby is going to be eating?" Oliveira asked immediately that got to her head.
"Yes, he discussed that with me too when he came in. He actually got her some formula which she can eat before leaving. Now I have to find a place to eat. I'm starving! I only have a little money left, and I don't think it will be enough for even one plate of food, let alone for both of us," Ariel said.
"Don't worry about me. Just take the money, go outside, and see if there's anything you can buy," Oliveira replied, taking a deep breath. Ariel looked down, nodded, and got to her feet, leaving the room.

Honestly, the little money in Ariel's pocket will not be enough to satisfy her hunger, and she can't forget that her mother is also hungry.
It's true that her mom said she shouldn't worry about her, but that doesn't mean Ariel won't care. If she buys food, she will have to get some for her mother too so she has to find a way to complete the money to be able to buy two plate of food.
Of course, her mother has offended her, but that doesn’t change the fact that she is still her mother, and Ariel cares deeply about her. She will try her best to get food for both of them. But she doesn't even know how she's going to make that happen.
While walking along the highway, Ariel spotted a restaurant. It was an expensive one, and her money wouldn’t even buy her a seat inside, let alone food. However, she decided to go in.
Not because she wanted to buy food, but because she noticed a vacancy notice for a cleaner. She thought this might be a better opportunity for her. Honestly, her pride had been lowered; this was the same job she had previously insulted Damian for doing, which led him to stop working because she was the one that told him he was doing a poor job and had to stop for her to take care of his needs. Unfortunately for her now, this was the job she was going to start doing.
Life can be unpredictable; it might be your turn to enjoy today, but tomorrow could bring suffering, depending on how you treat others. Ariel reflected on how her mother’s actions had led her to this point. She could have been living a good life by now if not for her mother, but what’s done is done. She wouldn’t always depend on that moment.
Seeing the vacancy, she quickly looked herself up and arranged herself before walking inside.
Upon entering the building, she greeted the security guard, who directed her to the person responsible to the position she's going to meet the person hiring after she explained her purpose.
