Chapter 24

Next day, I sent Kyung Min home yesterday since I don’t want him to cause more issues. Oh my god, my head is going to raise a white flag before I even turn 50. Though, when Taejin went to school, I accompanied Jeon and Shinn to their university. Why?
They graduated!
While the others had to finish up their work or were busy buying gifts for the two lovebirds, I was with them and a cameraman that I hired to take photos of their graduation. The two of them were posing for the camera in their graduation outfit and I just watched them from the sidelines.
That, until my husbands arrived. Lan, Taejoon, Minato, Eun Ho, Yun and Hee-Chul are all dressed up nicely with a bouquet in their hands. I smiled and chuckled at them. “You guys know that if each of you bought flowers for them, they don’t have enough hands to hold it?”
When I asked those questions, all of them were now stuck in their place like a stone. Apparently, those thoughts never crossed their mind when they were bringing the flower together. “Haha…I mean, I thought they were buying something else.” Minato said as he held the flower.
Oh honey, you thought wrong.
“I told you the others are not original.” Hee-Chul whispered to Eun Ho.
“What was that supposed to mean?!” Lan complained as he gave his flower to the two graduates. “Nevermind, my flowers are more beautiful so you should take mine.”
“Are you serious? You bought a damn classic Rose! I brought Lilac, heck even Dahlia. They should take mine!” Taejoon argued with Lan and Yun had to step in to stop them.
Shinn just sighed and looked at Jeon as the guy patted his shoulder before talking to the adults on behalf of both of them. “They are all beautiful. Why don’t we take pictures together!” How sweet! Sometimes, I remember why Shinn chose this guy.
He is just good in certain situations.
Note that I said sometimes.
I stand in the middle with both children, Shinn and his fiance and the others fill the spot on the left or right. After the photo, I heard a short scream. “Wait!” I turned around and saw Taejin. Haha he is so cute- Wait, what is he doing not being at school?
“Taejin?!”
“Dad! Let me take a picture with my brother Shinn please! I’ll go back later!”
I sighed and waved my hand in approval. The siblings smile and take pictures together with Jeon before Taejin hands Shinn something. “Happy graduation, or whatever.” Taejin muttered and gave his big brother a paper bag.
“You bought him something?” I asked as I walked to them to check it out.
Taejin pushed me away, claiming Shinn should open it at home and I shouldn’t see it before Shinn. The fact that it comes in a paper bag could only mean one thing. It's designer clothes.
Taejin always gave fancy stuff in a paper bag so that no one could guess but I know the pattern by now.
“Now, go back to school.” I said and looked at Yun.
“You are going back to school as well, right? Bring him too.” I told him and he smiled before bringing that little brat back to school.
“How cute, he does love his brother after all, huh?” Lan said simply as he waved Yun goodbye, and of course, Taejin too.
“Taejin is like a madman, you know. He values family so much, you can see it when you see him growing up, right?” Taejoon asked which Eun Ho quickly agreed to.
Is he really a madman? I think that child is just an angel.
“I mean, you can be born as a loving person. He might just be that kind of person, not that he is a madman.” Minato commented.
Hee-Chul did not participate in the conversation as he whispered to me after a phone call he just received from Kyung Min. “Honey, Mr. Kyung Min had a contract and he wants your opinion on it before accepting.” That’s a lie, that man is totally making excuses just to see me.
Still, it is time I saw how well he works and I do want to talk more to find out why he is more chaotic than his previous life as Yato. Did he perhaps have more laid-back parents or was it that tough living in poverty. To work it is.
When I arrived at my company, Kyung Min was already sitting down in my office with his laptop. He smiled and waved his hand in a teasing manner. “Hi dear.” Dear my butt, you better be serious. Hee-Chul was glaring at the man before Kyung Min smirked to further his joke.
“No assistant please. We need privacy to talk.”
Hee-Chul was in angry mode but I signed him with my eyes, before he finally left us alone. “Before you continue joking, was the contract real?” Kyung Min hummed to my question. “It is. It’s a collaboration contract. Have a look.” He said and gave me the document.
As we sat in silence, I read the documents and asked the questions that had been bugging me. “So, how come you are more…cheerful as Kyung Min?” That question definitely makes him smile bigger. “Poverty makes me laugh, I had to struggle to the point I had to be this friendly to get a part time job for my studies. Otherwise, I can’t start a business, you know.”
“I mean, it’s slightly refreshing. Still you should still fix your attitude about your husbands. You know, Minato, Lan and Taejoon. You were possessive, useless and-” Kyung Min raised his finger to shut my mouth. Actually, he actually shut it by putting it on my lips.
“Nobody is perfect. If I am sane in that field, I would be the most perfect human being in the entire world.”
I have to laugh at his ego. So big and high, not only do I want to climb it and jump from it but I also want to burn him alive. “Alright, whatever you say. About the contract, think you can create the product and make some fusion with their product for the collaboration? What do you plan?”
“It’s a tea company. Companies that literally produce tea in a tea bag. I handle luxury goods, what do you think?”
“I actually have no clue. I mean, if there is too much contrast between them and you, why bother even reading the contract?”
“I was thinking about Lan who loves, loves, loves, drinking energy drinks when he first entered the acting industry. And for some reason, I heard your company did handle some stuff like foods…drinks…”
“We do have a company working on Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. We create some ready to make package food or drinks…but it’s my company.”
“Technically, my company is now under you, you said so yourself. As we combine into one, I’ll just send this contract to that side and they can handle it. In exchange, I want some profit from giving you the benefits of the collaborations.”
Alright, I see how this man does business now. I guess I have to upgrade. I signed the contract and nodded in agreement. Let’s produce the collaboration inspired by Kyung Min’s love for Lan.
