3rd Person Pov
Today, both Solstice and Luan were getting ready for a family dinner together with their parents. It would be the third or fourth time that Solstice would see Luan's parents because his parents were busy with their own work. The old couple would spend their time at work or in their house to rest or bond together. 
 
“Darling, can you?“ Luan offered his necktie to her wife. He wanted her to put it on him and fix it like how he had seen his mother do it to his father. 
 
Solstice smiled sweetly at him, moving her head up and down as a sign that she could tie it on him. She took the necktie. 
She draped the necktie around her husband's collar, crossing the wide end over the narrow one, then turning back underneath. She brought it up and turned it down through the loop. She passed the wide end around the front from left to right, then up through the loop. She pulled it down through the knot in front, tightening it carefully and drawing it up to the collar. Then she looked at him to know if she tied it too tight or not. 
“Thank you darling.“ Luan placed a hand on the side of Solstice's neck then kissed her below her jawline on the right side.
“Always welcome,” she chuckled, feeling a bit ticklish while he kissed her.
“You look beautiful in that dress,” he said, staring up and down at Solstice, who was wearing a long white silk dress. 
 
Luan picked the dress she was wearing because it's not that short and he could easily cover the upper part with his coat. He does not like it when she wears revealing clothes. Not that he forbids her from wearing something she likes. He just wants to be the only one who can look at her body. He also knew that it would feel uncomfortable for her. 
 
Solstice's red cheeks were all visible, even her ears were red. Luan rubbed her left ear, staring at its redness. She just stood there, letting him do whatever he wanted.
 
“Mhm, my beautiful Solstice,” he mumbled. He placed sweet kisses on her neck, sniffing in her scent from her neck. She used a vanilla perfume. He liked it and smelling it from his wife made him relax. 
 
She just smiled, holding his hand as she let him kiss her. He stood up straight, staring at her eyes. He slowly wrapped her arm around his neck as he leaned in closer to her. 
 
He pressed his lips against her, kissing her in a gentle way, just a way of showing love, not anything else. He smirked a little as he already felt her kissing him back, moving her soft lips in sync with his.
 
Their minds went blank, not knowing what they were already doing after having a sweet and gentle kiss. As their mind went blank, their gentle kiss turn into an intense one. 
 
The next thing they knew that they were already in bed, laying down and resting. Luan looked into his wrist watch, they still have an hour to prepare again. Luckily, they prepared early because they have other plan but they cancelled it.
 
“Are you tired?“ He looked over to his wife, who was laying down beside him. Her head was on his arm and her arms and legs were wrapped around him. “We can cancel the dinner,” he said, gently caressing her cheek, and he kissed her forehead. 
 
“I'm fine. You know it's hard for your parents with their schedule, right?So, darling, let's go there no matter what happen," she scooted closer to him. 
 
"All right, darling," he sat up, pulling her up to make her sit up as well."We should get ready again, darling," he said as he brushed her hair with his fingers.
 
They both stood up and wore matching outfits. 
 
Solstice wore a light brown formal long dress with a V collar and short sleeves, and with some tie around her waist. She paired it with a white stiletto heel. 
 
While Luan wore a light brown, same color as Solstice's dress, long sleeve polo with dirty white pants, he paired it with white shoes.
“Let's take a picture,” Solstice said as she pulled out her phone from the drawer. Luan and Solstice decided to put their phones or gadgets in drawers whenever they had to spend time together. They will only touch it when they hear a notification from their phones. 
 
"Sure," he said, leaning in and resting his chin on her shoulder as Solstice extended her arms in front.
 
“Smile,” she said as both of them smiled, and then she took a picture of both of them. 
 
Luan took her phone and brought Solstice in front of the mirror. He turned the camera to the back camera as he held Solstice at her waist. They both posed as they took some mirror shots.
Solstice stared at their photos on her phone. She sent those photos to Luan because he wanted to keep them on his phone too. 
 
Luan and Solstice have the same favorite photo of those they took. They both liked the photo when Solstice was hugging his arm while they both stared into each other's eyes. 
 
They both set it as their wallpaper while their Solstice's lock screen was Luan, who was sitting in the chair with the table in front of him that she took on their date, and Luan's lock screen was Solstice, who was hugging the bear he bought for her.
 
“Can I post our picture?“ She looked up at him, holding her phone. "My account is private, and my friends in my account include only Baba, you, and three others."
 
"Of course you can," he said as he kissed her head and smiled at her. He actually liked it when she lowkey flexed him on social media.
 
Their friends still don't know about them having a good relationship now, so they don't know how they'll react, but still, they still want to be free to flex with each other in their accounts.
Solstice smiled as he let her post it. She picked two photos of them and posted them, and one of those photos was their favorite. After she posted it, she placed her phone inside Luan's pocket in his pants to keep it there since she would not bring a bag and she was wearing a dress. 
 
They both went to the car. Luan opened the car door for his wife and waited for her to get in. He assisted her as she got in and slowly closed the door, then he walked over to the other side and got in too. 
 
They were now heading to their dinner date with their parents.
