It was only a matter of hours before  Mekaila would be released from the hospital, and their children were excited to be together again.
"Mommy, I can carry your water bottle," Mezachela said.
"Me too, Mommy," Mekaela chimed in.
"Mekaela, Mezachela, go ahead to the car, sweetheart plsss" Zach said.
"Okay, Daddy. I love you, Mommy. We'll be waiting for you at the car."
"Okay, sweetie. Go ahead. We'll follow you with Daddy later after billing."
A little while later, the billing was done, and it was time to go. Zach's happiness was immeasurable.
As they traveled home, Zach told Mekaila that they would go to his mom later and stay there until she was completely recovered.
When they arrived at Zach mom's house, Mekaila was confused by the silence.
As she stepped outside, Zach covered her eyes with his hand and hold her hand then guide where to step.
"Love, what's going on?" she asked, sounding confused.
"Just wait, we're almost there, love," Zach said.
"Love, get off your hands to my eyes plss I can't see anything," Mekaila said.
 "Wait hmm almost their just walk slowly and I know you'll be happy once you seen what's going on , I love you so much, and everything you'll see is just for you," Zach whispered at her.
A moment later, Zach set her down and removed his hand from her eyes. "Slowly open your eyes when I'm not next to you already," he said.
"Ok love" Mekaila replied.
"Wait just a second love "
"Now?" Mekaila ask 
"Yes open it slowly in a count of 3 2 1 " Zach said and turn on the music, while Mekaila open her eyes she was shock of what she seen.  While the  music was playing Zach came close to her and bend his knew " will you marry me again?" 
Mekaila tears drop unexpectedly and directly say "yes I do" then hug him tight. 
Mekaila felt so happy coz she  was home, and almost feeling well, and most of all she's with her family. Zach had kept his promise. He'd said before that he will marry her again for a fresh start, after she got better, and he was already making plans. The wedding wouldn't be fancy, just a small gathering with family and close friends. But it meant the world to Mekaila. It showed how much he loved her, how much they'd overcome.
 "You really did as what you promise?" Mekaila ask while crying of joy.
"Of course I did! There's nothing more important than having you in my life so why shall I disappoint you ?" Zach replied to her.
"Do you wanna ask how happy am I right now?" Mekaila whisper at Zach.
"I got figure out but I can feel how happy you are my love, you know what having you today at my side was my biggest happiness " Zach said while tears drop at his eyes.
And on the other hand, Mezachela and Mekaela were bouncing with excitement. They were already planning their flower girl outfits. They’d even chosen Liam and Hance, their friends, to be their partners. They chattered excitedly about the wedding, their little voices filled with joy.
 "Liam will gonna be your partner and Hance is mine" Mezachela said.
"Yeah and wait we already decided on dress so let's also plan for flowers and let's til Tito Marcus to get it for us. " Mechaela said.
"Will I don't think tito will get even 1 for us mechaela, boys doesn't like flowers." Mezachela replied to her in a sad voice.
"No remember that dad always brings flower for us and mom before right ?" She ask her
" Yup ! But tito and dad aren't same , daddy is gentle man while Tito is cool , daddy is lover while tito is mafia hyts it's impossible." Mezachela said to her sister while fixing her hair.
"Will never mind let's just enjoy daddy and mommy's 2nd engagement party" mechaela said to her so she won't be bad . 
And talking about Zach's mom and his dad were beaming. They couldn't stop smiling. They'd been so worried, but now, seeing Mekaila smile with Zach, they felt a huge wave of relief and happiness wash over them. They couldn't explain it, but this simple wedding plan was more meaningful than any grand celebration. It was a celebration of love, resilience, and a family reunited. It was perfect.
While Zach held his wife's hand, he always thought about how happy they used to be like this. For him, it felt like a dream, but the important thing was that he saved Mekaila. Now it was their engagement day, and tomorrow they would be getting married.
Meanwhile, Marcus happily watched them while drinking wine. He often thought about his ex-girlfriend and wished she were there too, hoping that maybe they could get back together.
