Brian was still around the park and he was busy watching his chat with his college friends. There were not too many patients who came for surgery this afternoon, therefore Brian was not as busy as before. He was walking around the hospital corridor then he remembered what happened yesterday that made him feel strange and again the police and Joe said the same thing. He is just a doctor and doesn't know anything about cases like that, it's just that something indirectly disturbs him. He, who was still thinking about it, tried to contact Joe but he didn't pick up. There are no eyewitnesses and also the CCTV is dead, all of this is not a coincidence. And again he has only worked for 3 days in this place. It was natural that he didn't know anything. Previously Brian was also visited by reporters because he was the one who found the victim who fell from the 3rd floor was suspected of committing suicide. "Excuse me, are you okay?" Brian asked in a gentle tone to the patient. And then he looked at Brian's face
"Yes. I-I'm fine."
"Which room were you in? Can I help you?"
"Ah no. You don't have to doc."
"Okay. Oh, what's your name?"
"Vivi. That's my name doc."
It is true, according to the data that he previously saw, this patient was a patient who was in the 3rd floor room, he was on the 4th floor, it seemed that he was with his family just for a walk. The 4th floor is a place where there is a roof for patients to rest enjoying the sun or just walking around enjoying the fresh air. Brian who sat beside him watched all the patients who were in this place they all seemed to be enjoying their time very much. But Vivi actually looks like that. Brian quickly went into the room. The room was indeed quite far away he had to spend a lot of time running downstairs. Arriving there Brian saw a female patient who had a traffic accident but it seemed that her life could still be saved. It didn't take long for him and other officers to immediately take him to the operating room and the doctors had prepared to take action as well as him. After finishing preparing Brian and other doctors then performed surgery. The wounds on his body and head were very serious and there was bleeding everywhere. She then left the room glumly and went to the toilet herself there in the mirror holding back tears.

Brian then came out of the toilet and himself in a very worrying condition he then told the patient's family that his life could not be saved. Joe, who saw Brian's condition like that, felt sorry for him. Not long ago Joe was also transferred to duty in this city as a team crime unit. "You are okay?" said Joe to Brian

"Vivi. The post-operative patient on the 3rd floor, room 5, knows what happened yesterday. Go see him you will know."

Brian was still in his room then he left the room and was about to head to the roof. He walked leisurely there until he reached the roof and looked around the area. He with the intention of clearing his mind and eliminating his worries then he got the news that someone who was on the 3rd floor to be precise the patient who occupied room no 5 was unconscious then the doctor who was in the area immediately transferred him to the operating room because his surgical wound was open. Brian who heard this then himself went downstairs and immediately headed for the operating room. When he got there he saw Gerald who had brought the patient and immediately told Brian to get ready and perform the surgical procedure.
"Hey you what are you waiting for quickly get ready," said Gerald
"Yeah okay."
Brian in a hurry himself then got ready and went straight to the operating room and as soon as it started, it was clear that Vivi's wound had opened and this of course made him suffer a lot. He slowly closed the wound and then because it was swollen and there was a lot of pus he had to clean it all and start closing the wound. The procedure this time was quite inconvenient because it was unexpected.
"Does he always walk around?"
"I saw him on the roof."
"No wonder the wound opened. He should just rest."
The doctor who keeps on muttering has a point because it will put the patient at risk. But whatever this power is already now they are focusing on treating patients. They were getting hysterical and again someone fainted. Vivi's death immediately sounded in the ears of the hospital residents and they continued to talk about it by word of mouth. Rumors spread quickly and Alex who was in his room was then reported by the nurse who brought documents to his office. Hearing the news he just understood what had happened and he then continued his work. Unlike Brian, who made himself even more depressed because as long as he was here bad things always happened to him. Not only that, he also returned to his room as soon as he finished bringing the bodies to be cremated immediately and brought by their families to be buried.
"Is this done?" said Brian
"Yeah, it's over."
"Then I will return."
"Okay. Enjoy your duty."
Brian then came back and he languidly walked to his room. When he got there he immediately told Joe that Vivi had died on his operating table. Joe, who heard the news, was not too surprised because according to his understanding, the perpetrators would definitely target him and it turned out that his guess was right. But so far Joe still hasn't found the perpetrator he means now he is only focused so that the case is not designated as a suicide but murder case. He was struggling with it so asked Brian to be alert and of course to see if there was anything suspicious around his workplace. When Brian contacted Joe, he was then called to change his service because it was already 6 pm. Brian immediately went to meet them and made a change of service before he finally left. Now Brian was somewhere he intended to meet his uncle at a classic restaurant. Right in front of the restaurant then Brian entered it and was greeted by a friendly waitress.
"Welcome. Is there anything I need help with?”

"Over there. Please, "said the waiter while showing Brian and sure enough his uncle was waiting for him. Then Brian sat across from his uncle facing each other. The meal was already on the table along with a bottle of wine.

"Not too bad. Aren't you busy uncle?"
"Today I had the opportunity to meet you even though it was actually busy. Is there any problem?"
"Nothing."
"You did your job well?"
"Well I guess."
"If there's something you need just say it."
"Oh yes uncle I have something to ask."
"Just ask what is it?"
"Do you know the son of a famous pharmaceutical company in this town?"

Brian then poured wine into his finished glass and now he was enjoying his drink while chatting with his uncle it didn't feel like the bottle of wine they ordered was empty and then the waiter brought a new one and he enjoyed it again casually for the evening.
"Here's another drink, sir," said the waiter
