In the afternoon after Brian finished work he then went home and he wanted to go somewhere first. He was frustrated with today so he went to cool off somewhere not far from the city center. In solitude he looked at the beautiful lake in front of him. A place that is quite beautiful in this city and is always visited by many people. Brian continued to stare at the lake while contemplating the emptiness in his mind. After he was released from despair he longed to relax in the peace of his dreams for a moment only happiness did not come. Brian then saw someone standing in front of the lake carrying a fishing rod. Turns out that person was fishing there. He who was curious then drew closer to where the person was and not long after that they looked at each other. An uncle who seemed like he was enjoying his free time. Brian tried to get up the courage to chat with the person.
"Excuse me uncle."
"Yes, young man."
"Does uncle often fish in this place?"
"No, this is just to relieve boredom. You want to try?”
"With pleasure uncle."
Then the uncle gave Brian a fishing rod telling him to try. Brian quickly picked it up and he then started fishing. The peaceful atmosphere is unbelievable in a crowded city like this there is still such a beautiful place and yet so few people around. Brian patiently waited for his fishing line to be caught and he was busy gazing at the beauty around him. The uncle who was beside him sat looking at the same scene as Brian. Judging from his appearance, he looks like an ordinary person wearing only a jacket and knee-length pants, his hair looks messy. The uncle and Brian chatted for a while.
“Young man did you just come home from work?”
"Yes uncle. Is that obvious?”
"Of course. You look well-groomed and also look like you've had a tough day."
"It's true what uncle said."

“Brian McDonnie. That's my name and uncle, what's uncle's name?"

The uncle continued to talk about many things and of course many things that Brian did not understand. Not long after Brian's fishing hook felt something tug and it was very heavy Brian quickly lifted it. Unexpectedly it was a fish. Brian who was surprised to see what he got made himself unable to hide his expression. The uncle then congratulated himself for having caught a fish without waiting for centuries. Not only that, Brian also immediately felt happy and then he moved the fish into the bucket that the uncle brought.
"Wow, you're great Brian."
"This is beyond expectation."
"Just move it to that container."
"Okay."
Brian then sat back down and he changed the bait. It was getting late but the sunset view was amazing and made him not want to go home. Maybe even the uncle should have gone home immediately, what if his wife and child are angry. But it turned out that the two of them were actually fishing until the sky started to get dark. The lake which is near the city center is indeed quite famous but here it is not uncommon for people to come just to relieve their stress. Brian then looked at the clock and he felt he had to meet someone at the club. Brian then said goodbye to the uncle and he was about to leave.
"Sorry uncle thanks for the time but now I have to go first."
"Yes, of course. See you later."
Brian then left and on his way he looked around it was warm to see many people with partners or just friends. Brian didn't feel jealous, it was just that he couldn't shake off the frustration that ran through every nucleus of his cell. Now it's right in front of a club and Brian goes inside. It was already crowded with visitors and then he looked for a seat that still looked empty. There by the bartender he saw Alex sitting down. Then Brian walked over to him.
"Alex what are you?"
"Brian, you've arrived."
"Where are the others? Haven't they arrived yet?"
"No, they'll show up soon, that's him."
At that time Felix and his friends came. The four of them finally went to a room where they ordered a lot of drinks. Not only that, suddenly a woman came and sat beside Alex. The woman was revealingly dressed and it turned out to be Alex's date today. It's hard to believe that he's like the playboy Toni who always plays with girls. Seeing himself like that made Brian feel surprised because at work he looked like a good kid but the reality was beyond expectations. The woman continued to cling to him and the two of them drank while making a touch of the lips which instantly made Felix vomit.
"Oh fuck! You two just get lost there. It's just annoying," Felix said with a slightly annoyed tone
"If you want to look there huh," said Alex to Felix
"Oh lord, you two are just kids," said someone who turned out to be Sam, Felix's friend, a lawyer. Judging from his appearance, he doesn't look like a lawyer but looks more like a model.
"If you had known this would not have come," said Brian
"Hey, you can't say that. After all, it's time to have fun, just forget about your stress," Alex said casually
"You're right but not as stupid as you are either," Felix said while drinking vodka
"Gosh you guys."
"Hey Brian, do you have a boyfriend?" ask Sam
"Not."
"Impossible. You're handsome," said Sam
"Oh lord this is real how many times do I have to answer huh," said Brian in an annoyed tone
"After all, it's not really that important," Felix said
"Hey don't talk like that in front of me," said Alex
"Yes, yes," said Felix
They all continued to party and soon someone came up to them. He opened the door of the room when he saw who had come Brian was surprised not to play. The person who came into the room was none other than Yurian Frances.
"Eh? You?" said Alex with a face of disbelief
"Yurian?" said Brian
"Wow, apparently you're here Emma, what's wrong with this sight? You guys look like you've just seen a ghost," said Yurian, who then sat down next to Brian.
"Emma? Oh, so your girlfriend's name is Emma," Felix said
"You just found out?" said Sam
"Why do you guys what's wrong with Emma," said Alex
"It turns out that if you're drunk you're crazy too," said Felix
“Emma quickly get out of this place. We're just downstairs," said Yurian
"Ah it's you even though I've just been on a date," said Emma
"You're dating that playboy? wow," said Yurian
"Hey who are you to say playboy huh," said Alex
“Wait a minute you were the one at the bar? I didn't think you'd meet me in a place like this," Yurian said with a grin
"Sit down, you can join us too," Brian said
"Hey that's a great idea," said Sam
“Oh yeah I heard you were preparing for another concert?” ask Alex
"That's right. are you my fan?” Ask Yurian
"Yeah, you could say that."
They all then got together and drank together late into the night. It turns out that Alex has always been a fan of Yurian and he admits it himself. Their party lasted so long that half of them were already getting drunk. Brian who still looks a little conscious he then goes to the toilet. Arriving at the toilet he then vomited the contents of his stomach and after that he drank a hangover antidote. As soon as he returned to the room he saw that they were all drunk and unconscious except for Yurian. Seeing the situation made Brian feel troubled because they kept muttering with strange words. Brian then sat beside Yurian and not long after he saw Yurian who was still under the influence of alcohol kissing his lips suddenly made him feel surprised but he couldn't let go and they both then drifted into the atmosphere. A few minutes later Yurian mumbled the name of someone which shocked him so much he kept calling the name which was none other than Jason.
"Damn what are you talking about," Brian muttered
Not long after Brian left there and he left Yurian who was still drunk in that place. because he felt bad about his current condition, it was clearly very dangerous if left unchecked. Brian then turned and returned to the room he then checked the cocoa on Yurian's cellphone and it was not locked. He then looked for Jason's name and then connected him by sending a chat message. After he finished sending the message then he left.
A few minutes later Jason heard a notification from his cell phone and read the message. He then went to the place where Yurian was and as soon as he arrived he searched the room all the women who were staring at his good looks like that. then Jason found the room in question and there Yurian was still drunk with Emma and Brian's friends. Seeing his condition, Jason immediately took Yurian away. And when he got to his apartment, Jason took him all the way to Yurian's room. He immediately laid him on his bed but suddenly Yurian looked at him with a gaze full of warmth and it made Jason weak then they both pressed their lips together and continued until they drifted deeper.
"How does he know who that person really is?" Brian muttered, still annoyed by what had just happened. He was now walking along the street and looked around which was very crowded. He was suffering again.
"Hey young man what are you doing there? Are you lonely?” someone said to Brian and he then turned to the person.
"Did aunt call me?"
"You don't want to stop by? Standing out there it's cold so why not just enjoy some warm food.”
The person who spoke to Brian turned out to be a mother selling food at a small restaurant. It was cold, but now Brian was losing his appetite. Seeing her pathetic self, suddenly a young woman came up to her and that person was someone Brian knew she was her co-worker, Sister Hana.
"Doctor Brian. Is that you?" said Hana to Brian while coming to see him
"Oh Sister Hannah. What are you doing here?
“Ah, I just met my relatives. And why are you here?”
"That... how about sitting there first."
"Oh yes."
The two of them then talked in a traditional restaurant. the owner's mother immediately offered the two of them menus and then ordered dishes. It turned out that Brian, who had always felt that he was pathetic, was not seen in the eyes of others. He just felt annoyed and tired of the mistake he thought was fatal. Brian then asked the restaurant owner to provide alcohol.
"Auntie, the beer, please."

The dishes they ordered had arrived before them. Then Hannah ate it voraciously. Brian who experienced a shocking tragedy while at the bar did make his appetite disappear but he tried to forget it somehow it wasn't on purpose and again he was drunk of course he certainly wouldn't remember what happened earlier.
"Doctor why are you daydreaming?"
"Ah not just suddenly remembered something."
"Oh I see."
'Yes, I have to forget this terrible incident,' Brian thought
The two of them ate together like normal colleagues. The two of them continued to talk about work and again it was indeed a suitable topic for the current situation. The nights are getting colder, it's the most appropriate to enjoy hot food in these conditions.
"Doctor, aren't you dating?"

“Shit damn damn why is it like this damn it,” Brian grumbled
The next day Yurian woke up from his sleep and when he got drunk on his eyes he found Jason who had finished taking a shower. Yurian just looked at him and his head still felt dizzy then he went to get some water. At the same time where Brian was he was lying on his bed even though the alarm had sounded he was still sleeping and then because he felt noisy he finally woke up. He saw the alarm and got out of bed. Now he has morning duty. Once he finished getting ready then he went to the hospital for work. He saw the people who were shocked by the events of this morning. Brian then looked at the crowd,
"What happened?" asked Brian suddenly
"There is an accident. Before the ambulance arrived, the two victims were in a state of worry," said someone
"You saw that it was crazy."
"I don't see clearly what's going on?"
They kept talking about what happened this morning. Brian then continued his journey to work. It wasn't long before the bus he had been waiting for finally arrived. He then boarded the bus and as soon as he got on it turned out that he bumped into Hana. Brian then sat down next to Hana. They both go to work together. Arriving there Brian and also Hana then followed the service change ceremony. When finished, Hana was then asked by her colleague who is also a nurse.
"Hey, what's your relationship with Brian's doctor?" her friend Hana asked herself. Hana shyly then responded to the question
"Ah it was just a coincidence together."
"Correct? could it be that you two are secretly dating?”
"No it's not like that."
“If not then what? hey actually you like it right?”
"When did you say that?" said Hana with a red face
"Hahaha look at your face you can't lie."
"What's the matter, you guys are so noisy," said someone who had just come and approached the two of them
"Oh doctor Alex. You've come."
"What are you two talking about so early?" asked Alex curiously
"That's Hana," then Hana covered her friend's mouth so she couldn't continue her conversation
"Ah, it's nothing, doc, excuse me," Hana said while bringing her friend
"What's the matter?"
Elsewhere Brian is busy with his work he continues to examine the medical records of patients seriously. And sure enough this morning's accident killed one of them when he arrived at the hospital. Brian, who had to handle the surgical procedure, was then preoccupied with the action. And again one of the patients who had died had stitches in his body. Brian immediately assumed that organ harvesting was carried out by the hospital even though he did not get concrete evidence but he concluded that way. Patients who are still in critical condition then receive intensive postoperative care. Brian continued to monitor his medical record and soon he came to the patient's room to see how his condition was progressing.
"Okay, let him rest. Oh yes, if you are awake, please tell me," said Brian to the patient's relatives
"Okay doc."
Brian who went straight to the morgue with the patient's family, he saw the family sad and what surprised him was that they didn't question the stitches on the patient's body that's why Brian continued to follow them and wanted to ask them something but instead he was called by the nurse. to help with surgery again today. Brian quickly left and he forgot to ask something important beforehand because he was called. Arriving at the operating room he then joined the others and started the procedure. This time he did the procedure without Gerald. I don't know why that person didn't show his nose at all. Brian who was focused on his work then he almost finished the operation and it was finally done. He and his partner then took off their handscones and masks and took a deep breath.
"It's finished. Good job everyone.”
"Yes."
"Now just move him to the infirmary."
"Okay doc."
A while ago. In a closed room not far from the morgue someone was standing in front of the operating table there he was busy cleaning his tools and not long after that an officer came who brought a corpse still in new condition and he then moved it to the operating table quickly the person immediately performed surgery he removed all the organs that were still good in the corpse's body except for his eyeballs. After the organs were removed, he then put the organs into a plastic bag filled with water.
"Sir, we will take this body back to the morgue."
"Of course you should bring it."
"Okay."
"Wait a minute the surgical scars haven't been stitched up."
"Okay sir. I will waiting,"
"Oh yeah and make sure no one sees or you'll die."

The person then sewed the surgical scars very carefully and when finished the corpse looked like it had failed in the operation, not only that, the corpse did look the same as before. After Brian finished saving the life of the other patient, he saw the condition of the corpse and from there he immediately felt that something was wrong because of that he kept looking for information and he even had time to log into this hospital account to look for some information related to this installation. Brian seriously looked for it, he then entered the web which contains patient data complete with their personal data and the contents are not important. He, who felt that it was not enough, continued to search, he even found data that this hospital received drug supplies from a pharmaceutical company that was fairly familiar. That's why he searched deeper and deeper, apparently they were indeed collaborating with this hospital.
“What the hell is this,” Brian mumbled
He looked for data on the sale of human organs for transplants but found nothing. But he still doubted the information he got from Felix so he looked for it himself. Actually it would be much better to ask the head doctor, only Brian felt that he would not easily tell Brian even though he was now working in this hospital and was a trustworthy person since then he felt it was impossible to tell easily.
